The NBA needs to be proactive and up their game against some of its members who because of money always play hide and seek game all for the purpose of delaying justice. I am not satisfied with just throwing away such fictitious applications. Such lawyers should be sanctioned to prevent future occurence.

The definition of budget in Nigeria is different from that of other countries. In Nigeria ,it means a rough estimate of what will be looted by the leaders. That is why it never makes any impact on the lives of the people because u can't use what isn't real or available. All the budgets since 1999-2017 added to the ''spiritual'' NNPC budgets within this same period are enough to build a new Dubai.

Zones & states in Nigeria weren't created based on population, we all know that. If it were the case Lagos or Kaduna landmass would hold multiple states & Ekiti will not exist.

Kaduna has almost twice the land mass of Kano. If you follow history you'll realise that there's no correlation in Nigeria between population & landmass & zone / state creation.

if our past leaders who focused more on politics rather than true and quality governance used the wrong criteria in states creation,should every future govt continue like that all in the name of ''equity'' the same way they used federal character and quota system to propagate mediocrity instead meritocracy and quality? What we all true clamour for is true federalism and quality leadership,not more states. Even if u get more states in the south east,it will create an opportunity for more people like rochas,theodore orji and co to be leaders!

The bone of contention is Kwara which should also be part of the south west, atleast the Kabba region.

Also the South East has only 5 States, my remedy to this would be reducing other zones to 5 rather than creating nonviable states.

your opinion is very myopic. Have u checked the size of the whole south east? Do u know that Edo and delta states combined is bigger than the whole south east in terms of landmass? If u talk about population,how many south easterners stay in the south east? Most of the people in south east want 6 six states all because other regions have such number without considering important factors.

U wont know how bad our police force is until u have an encounter with them. It pains me so much to realise that many countries will make massive profit and provide employment for their people from this new iphone but Nigeria won't. All the parts are made by different companies in different countries round the world. Some parts of these iphones come from south korea,china,india,japan,canada,America and other places! No country manufactures a product 100%. Many countries put themselves in the products-parts-supply chain and make profits from every apple product sold round the world. The same thing happens in the automobile and other industries globally. Nigeria must place herself in these products-parts-supply chains if we want to move away from oil economy.

There are two major differences between hollywood and nollywood which are: story and cgi technology.Nollywood has story telling ability,although the stories are becoming boring after being told over and over.In the aspect of cgi technology,it is totally non existent. Nollywood must invest extensively in cgi tech to take it to,or above the standard of hollywood,which has both new stories coming out in different forms and cgi technology. That is why many youths find it difficult to sit down to watch one nollywood movie but can watch hollywood 24/7. With cgi technology,nothing is impossibe. It brings every story to life.

Go and find out how mko abiola's children mismanaged their inherited wealth less than 30years after his death. you are not making sense with the bolded , different ethnic groups been together is not the root cause of our problem, even among states shared by one ethnic group we still have lawless governors, Rep, chairman etc.

The problem with Nigeria is not her diverse ethnic groups, but the corrupt people, people who loot without looking back, people who feels they are greater than the law because the hold some little position, split Nigeria into 9 country, that won't solve the issue on ground, we need to tell ourselves the truth.

u got me wrong. U should have followed your quote from where I wrote ''association'' and it is different from a ''federation''. In a federation,even with uncountable number of ethnic groups,people and languages,the federation still acts as one unlike Nigeria where we are all like strange bed fellows. The hausas/fulanis act as if they are in their own country. Same with igbos yorubas and other regions. All these groups are living in a farsical or false federation called Nigeria which in a right language is an association. This is why obj can never be in jail even though he deserves it,the yorubas will protect him. Same with IBB,Abdulsalami,pmb and others,the hausa/fulani will protect them.Gej also deserves jail but his region will protect and defend him. We are all living in a country of cacophony.

I don't intend to be tribalistic but the truth must be told. The south west and northern region are just trash when it comes to quality education. Gone are those days when the education quality was high in south west. They have quantity but low quality. I stayed and taught in ogun state. Most of my friends who taught in other south western states also agreed with my observation. I sometimes even wonder if everybody is writing the same waec or gce! Most ss3 students and olabisi onabanjo undergraduates I had contact with during my time in ogun state CAN'T speak or write in simple english.
