What did he steal? I don't like people being beaten or disgraced for stealing FOOD. Hunger can cause any irrational action. Any beating or disgrace associated with stealing, apart from food stealing, is welcomed. I will reserve my comment until op tells us what he stole. |
No matter what language or means used to explain, the fact still remains that pmb, minister of interior, chief of staff, dss, minister of justice and attorney general, police, efcc, head of service, immigration service, borno state govt are aware that maina,a wanted criminal, was around, they are all complicit, culpable and are part of the operation. In civilised countries, this revelation would have led to massive resignation. People don't voluntarily resign in Nigeria. Nigerians will son forget about this issue but another one will soon come out. |
What do u expect when u had a father as ''anini-lised'' as abacha? This is one the families that deserve to be ostracised or banished from this country. Only in Nigeria will u find a looter and his descendants openly and happily enjoying their loots while the people stare and do nothing! |
blingxx:just imagine what hunger can cause!!! Almost killing the person u desired and loved most in the world all because of food!!! |
The most emotional part of that film was when mufasa died!!! Wake up dad, wake up dad!! wake up!!! That scene always always stir up some emotions no matter how strong u claim u are ![]() |
In ''self defence''? Nooooooo! Don't do anything. Just wait until she finish killing u and leave your family in pains! Whatever u do in ''self defence'' is not wrong but learn to stop immediately u are out of danger. |
They just wanted to test your language creativity and reasoning ability. No language in Nigeria has a perfect name for sim card because it isn't an indigeneous word here but there are ways of converting non-indigeneous words or names to local words. I am a Benin guy. In Benin language, every noun must start with a vowel. A non-living noun must start with vowel ''e'' or ''i'' in the Benin letters of alphabet. For ''sim card'', it becomes ''esim card'' |
I just feel ''plea bargaining'' is at play here. Maybe Maina promised to divulge information about how pension scam happened in return for re-instatement. Not until informations come out about the details of the loots so far recovered before we will begin to understand many things. We have seen cases in advanced countries where known criminals were either let go or with little punishment in exchange for assistance to prosecute and convict many other bigger criminals. |
We don't blame u people. If not for bad and evil leadership, which sane Nigerian will want to leave his country to another country where he will treated like rag no matter his achievements? The man that killed 58 people and wounded over 500 others, was he is an immigrant? U can't use the evil action of one person to judge and punish others. |
They won't listen no matter how much u tell them. Idol worshippers pretending that they are serving God. Whatever pics, drawing, statue depicting Jesus is an idol and should be discarded ![]() |
Gej is indirectly telling Efcc that there is another N1billion that needs to be investigated . Efcc please do your work and ask metuh asap!!! |
They are all looking for a scapegoat instead of hiding their shameful faces! I thank God for premiumtimes, saharareporters and a few others! I have always said it, Apc=Pdp=personal interests=corruption. |
Pmb and Gej have all of a sudden become the same personality. Gej was unable to manage the people in his cabinent effectively which lead to chaos and he was booted out. Unfortunately, his replacement,Pmb,who because of his military background, was thought would be different is exhibiting the same characteristic. A leader that can't manage the people that were appointed by himself is a failure and doesn't deserve a place in governance!!! |
Daboomb:you are one of the problems we have in this country. Dont always politicise everything. Apc and Pdp are the same thing and we must learn to be objective in our analysis of issues. Pdp fixed the present minimum wage, nysc allowance and amnesty payments. Apc continued with them despite the anomaly that is in them. These parties do what works for their private objectives and interests and not for the people. |
Even if he is sacked and replaced, his replacement will be somebody loyal and of the same mentality with him thereby nullifying the reason for his replacement/sack! The case of the new SGF is a typical example. ![]() |
Corps members are receiving N19,800 per month for services and sacrifice to their fatherland,Nigerian workers are also receiving a miserly N18,000 minimum wage for all their sufferings for the month while militants are being paid N65,000 per month for doing nothing and they will even use the money to drink and smoke hemp!!! May God help us. |
There are times I am tempted to say that the constitution and the laws therein should be scrapped and let everybody live and act as he or she desires! The laws are only meant for common Nigerians. IBB,Obj,pmb, jonathan, abdulsalami, past and present governors, ministers, traditional rulers, nass members, judiciary, military, police, efcc, dss and others don't obey or follow the constitution even though all of them have one time or the other sworn to protect it. A constitution that doesn't cover everybody should be scrapped asap ![]() |
You forgot to add ''ten-ten'' mostly for girls. One of the songs that go with the game is: new money e don come, I buy garri10kobo, I give mary to cook am, Mary cook am e no done I beat mary she no cry I kil.l mary she no die Which kind mary be this one Amina amina toro, A lazy girl, Iyoooon, amina wants to cry Dance skelebe, skelebe . U just brought back old memories! Nice one op!!! |
The problems we have in governance today are mostly as a result of the failure of the legislature and judiciary to properly carry out their check and balance functions on the executives and other institutions. But what will u expect from a legislature that has become a retirement and sleeping ground to many failed ex-governors and other corrupt individuals. U will never get a meaningful result if thieves are incharge of investigative committees! |
The operation started from the top. You will be deceiving yourself if u still believe that pmb wasn't aware of it. All these dramas we are seeing are because of Nigerians' negative reactions to the scandal and the shame (if there still any shame left) associated with the realisation of the fact that a president who claims to be fighting corruption shouldn't be perpetuating and condoning corruption. Apc is another version of Pdp. |
This is a typical scenario of slavery refusing to leave a person's mentallity despite slave trade being banned many years ago!!! |
They should imitate gulder beer and organise ''Nnamdi's ultimate search'' for him with a very handsome reward and I bet you many whistle blowers will rush to reveal his whereabout ![]() |
Better go and tell Rochas okorocha!!! Anthony Joshua is representing Britain and not Nigeria. All because a drunken and clueless governor committed an abomination and nobody in his state did anything doesnt mean every governor should copy him. If his family wants a street named after him, there are many bad roads in shagamu. Let him fixed those roads and even the dead will clamour for Anthony Joshua's name for those streets. |
sammitex64:even dino melaye is more vocal than akpabio although he is hypocritical! This particular house traded up their credibility all because they wanted bukola saraki to continue as president. If not that, there are too many impeachable offences going on at the moment. There are many ministers that need to be summoned or investigated by the house. They won't do anything because he that is with sin can never cast the first stone else it comes back crushing him. |
Oblang:we have a proverb in Benin which says that ''when poopoo or faeces becomes too big, even the owner will deny it''. Too many close associates of pmb are involved. I don't think they will have the balls to conspire this way without fear of thr consequences of their actions. Moreover, It is a normal thing for a leader to take responsibilities for the actions of his appointees. |
100% true! More than 80% of corruption proceeds from Nigeria land in the uk by way of real estate investments or into their banking sector. Same with corruption proceeds from other countries. The uk is as culpable as the corrupt officials! |
If pmb ordered maina to be dismissed and arrested,mr sagay is that enough? How about the aides who orchestrated the shameless act? The minister of justice and attorney general? How about the minister of interior, head of service, the efcc chairman, the police and Dss leadership that kept providing him with security? How about the immigration service that allowed a wanted criminal to fly into the country without being arrested? How about the banks he operate that have been witnessing massive activities in his accounts despite being wanted but they never reported to the efcc? Many people are culpable mr sagay.,I even suspect Pmb is culpable because almost all his close aides are involved, they may have even been acting on instructions from him!!! |
Explorers:a guy will still marry this one ooooo If she could achieve this in 24hours,I can just imagine how many dudes she will do in one week, one month, one year!! Chaiii!!! |
If public opinion counts in this country, none of the members deserve to come back!!! None none none!!! |
The national assembly is made up of the ruling party Apc and the opposition parties, pdp and others. Supposing the Apc members are not speaking up (some are speaking up),what about the opposition party members?where is akpabio?when is the twitter senator? They have all gone silent as long as bank alert keeps coming. I agree that in democracy, majority carrys the vote but it doesn't stop the minority from being heard! Our problems will keep persisting until will have a credible legislature and judiciary. In some countries,we would have been having massive voluntary resignation by now from top to bottom but in a situation where they don't voluntary resign like in Nigeria, the legislature and judiciary force and disgrace them! I wonder where we would have been by now if premiumtimes, saharareporters and a few others were not available!!! |
Illiteracy or ignorance is the worst disease a person can ever have. Some people still believe that cats and owls are witches and evil in this country even without proof. All I see in the video is a stray animal. The environment even looks like it is close to a forest area. |
Suppose we are forced to agree with u that shagari really destroyed your policies. U had another opportunity from 1999-2007 to correct them and put them back on track but u failed. U awarded licenses to your cronies to be the very few importers of commodities for the whole country without planning for local production! All our past leaders are hypocrites! They only suddenly ''discover or realise'' solutions to national issues only when they are out of power!!! The most annoying thing is their habit of acting like defactor presidents or godfathers immediately after they are out of power! Every aspiring politician or party candidate must visit them to pay homage and ask for endorsement!! Very irritating and disgusting. |
