I am one of those who still feel that a gun is too sophisticated for the kind of police force we have in this country. Our police should first learn how to use a baton for many years before u even think of giving them guns!

After faithfully serving the country for over 35years,he still can't afford good health services. He had to depend on handouts from generous individuals to meet health needs while our politicians can afford the best health care the world has to offer despite contributing very little to this country. We need a Nigerian version of arab spring to give some sense to some ''leaders''

These mistaken convictions are happening in advanced societies despite the developed legal system! Just imagine nigeria where every conviction is almost by trial and error,no forensics or DNA analysis,no proper and adequate intelligence on the part of investigating officers, politically and financial influencable bar and bench!!! Numerous wrongful convictions and executions everyday. That is the major reason people are advocating against the death penalty. May God save us.

Who do u blame? Govt? Instead of south south and south east regions to cry and negotiate for projects in both regions from the govt in power,they are busy crying for people in the regions to be given public positions. Since these people have been getting these positions,how have they contributed to the development of both regions? Only their families,friends and cronies benefit from these positions but public projects belong to all. We must learn to stop fighting the fights that politicians are supposed to fight for themselves!

How much and where?

Robert Mugabe is a clear case of an hero becoming a villain. He had the opportunity of becoming a world-loved leader like nelson mandela but his love for ever-lasting power was a weakness that nailed his coffin.

Animal's life in Europe are more valued than humans in Africa esp Nigeria.

every country has its bad and good characteristics. Do u know that there are many people in america who urgently need the kind of care that was given to that dog but have never found it? They can give a home to a strayed animal but will never do anything for a homeless human! Nigeria will do otherwise.

This simply shows how much most Africans accumulate knowledge without using it to bless and prosper their people. This is very sad U won't expect somebody as academically sound and exposed as Robert Mugabe to have run down his country as he did but alas,we are in Africa and in Africa,anything goes we have uncountable number of professors in civil engineering in Nigeria receiving large pay but we still bring chinese technicians to supervise construction works as ''expatraits

The guy made a terrible mistake by hacking the wrong people. It is more profitable and successful to hack into corrupt politicians' bank accounts. If I had such talents,hack into any politician's account and steal billions,they won't even cry out because they can't provide proofs of how they made their billions and evidence of tax-payments without a known business address! I will just jejely be flexing my money

Who should the coach drop from the main team to make room for these players It isn't all about inviting players.If brazil,argentina,spain,Germany,France and many other countries were to invite all ''in formed'' players,where will they occupy in their various teams? There is always time for everybody. If not now,later but always do your best all the time.

Something is wrong with this story. According to op,the man ''confided in his counsel''. Is it the counsel that now released what was discussed privately to the public? If a part of a story has some doubt,the rest part becomes suspicious.

It is people like op that give N20 offering and never pay tithes but always come online to accuse men of God of living extravagant lives with ''their money''.

Maybe it is me. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is from Edo state. I am not jealous of his private jets but I wonder how does he get to his home town if he wants to go there? The Benin Auchi road is not motorable and there is no airport in Esan land.

Only an African pastor would amaze such wealth and watch his people live in squalor. Many of our people just cannot see that something is wrong here. Weird.

tithes and offerings are not forced on individuals but your taxes are forced. U can even go to jail if u dont pay taxes or u under-remit taxes. Why not direct your post to the govt who collects your taxes and does nothing but openly loots your taxes for personal ventures? The money our national assembly members used to buy illegal vehicles that they have already collected car allowance for,would have gone far on that road. Americans and other Europeans don't direct their grievances to rich religious leaders but to elected officials! Learn to do the same. What stops u from starting your own church today and use your tithes and offerings to fix Nigerian roads

this is exactly what happens when people rush for ftc rather than read,understand and make a meaningful contribution. The action of NUC clearly shows the state of things in this country which are: misplaced priorities and self interest. Even if u increase their budget to 100trillion naira,over 90% will still be used on misplaced priorities and self interests. The difference between developed and under-developed countries is the level of investments on RnD. The more investment on RnD,the higher the level of development.

Billions of naira enough to build a new state house is budgetted every year to ''renovate'' aso rock but it is still not in top ten of most beautiful state houses in Africa or even in the world

The most annoying thing is that despite his poor academic ability,he has a higher chance of attaining the highest political or administrative positions in this country than smart,brilliant and suitably qualified people from southern Nigeria. That is why we are still where we are.

funny enough,it is true! The police have been killing innocent people for long and nothing has been happening! We only shout on social media for a while, the matter dies and they continue again with the killings!

The question I have always asked is:what manner of training is given to our police and military It seems their various trainings are laced with violence and without human face such that immediately after such trainings,they are released with anger on the public!!! I have seen how loving the police and military can be outside Nigeria and I wonder why ours are so crazed with power that they forget their primary duty which is service.

The chinese are supposed to be doing these kinds of investments in Nigeria and other african countries if not for leadership failures. They only come here to build basic infrastructure which is supposed to be one of the primary functions of govt. In south africa,chinese companies manufacture automobiles,power/high tech products unlike Nigeria. This pic depicts the kind of chinese investors in Nigeria.

the nigerian people and our political structure are making such a reality almost impossible. Do u know how much to buy a candidate form in any of our parties? How many decent and qualified youths can afford that? As for the people,how many decent and qualified people will be able to pay N2000 to an average of 10million voters to secure a potential vote? The foundation of this country is totally bad.

when u cook food using the same ingredients and technique,u will always get the same result. APC was formed using major ingredients from PDP and that is why we have been having the same results since 1999. We need a brand new set of politicians that have not been ''virused'' by these present politicians,whether Apc or Pdp, to take up governance if we are to achieve any success in this country.

The major attribute of a typical Nigerian police officer and a politician is the ability to deny something that is visible and audible to the blind and deaf. We all know the truth Mr AIG and your actions speak louder than your words only that in Nigeria,public opinion doesn't count.

Even when u are the most innocent of any crime/accusation,deciding to take a ''charge and bail'' lawyer to defend u is the worst decision to take. It is better not to take a lawyer at all than go for one of those quacks.
