That said, the law does not make sense if it is because of the normal physical limitations of a pregnant woman. Married pregnant women are not sacked from the Force. Except they have proof that pregnancy disturbs a married woman and a single woman differently.

A wiser approach would be the advocate to study the law and look for a work around; propose same treatment if the mother is wed or unwed; etc.

Sadly, common sense and wisdom is not common when people result to gender politics.

Yessooo, the burden is on them(coaches). It's believe that the players are only helping you as a coach to interpret your tactics on the pitch.So if they failed,it means it's ur poor tactics that is failing them.As a teacher,you cannot teach a class of 100 students a particular subject for a term or a session n then set exams on dat subject for them.Then 95 students out of 100 failed the exams.You as a teacher cannot come n tell us that those students were so dull dats why there is mass failure.That is not an excusse at all under normal educational standard,you aught to be sacked for teaching the children practically nothing.

incase your a Chelsea fan and your doubting tuchel potentials as coach, I'll let you know a little about his potentials.

1, he was able to take Mainz out of relegation and stabilize their stay in the bundesliga. something his predecessor jurgen klopp couldn't do.
in 2015, he was appointed to replace kloop in Dortmund and was able to stabilize their leauge position as tittle contenders. unfortunately he never won the leauge during his spell only second best to almighty Bayern Munich.

in 2018, he was appointed as psg head coach. his leauge record was impressive as he won the league on both seasons as head coach. he also guided them to their first ever champions league final.

although tuchel has a poor record with club management as it has always been the reasons for his dismissal from his previous clubs.
I just hope he gets along with Roman Abrahmovic.

Yes,I still doubt his potentials.All those achievement you recounted up there are very minor to me.If he was able to stop Bayern Munich monopoly of their league by wining the league for Dortmund,I wud av given it to him.Or if he had won the champions league with PSG,I wud av rated him good enough for Chelsea job.French ligue 1 is a one-horse-title league.So winning it twice with PSG is not a big achievement to me.Even Frank Lampard can do that with the same PSG if given a chance.
So,I wud av preferred Allegri to him in Chelsea.

On a more serious note though, I think what usually causes it is, the woman is most times overwhelmed with the wifely duties at the homefront. in the process she's expended therefore sex will be the last thing on her mind as the passion for it will have died from exaustion from doing chores. If you observed, it usually happens after the kids have started coming and the workload has increased.

If the man can make arrangements for a house help ( not necessarily a live-in help) to assist with the chores, the woman will be more relaxed to reason sex as it's only a relaxed mind that can get a woman in the mood .
