I think this is best election so far and the collation process was free fair and credible. The out come of the results has not go against any candidate but fair to them. Emerging Peter Obi won Lagos state, if that should be the case tinubu would have proceed to react over compromise. Inec should proceed and announce Jagaban as the winner period

Rivers state result is out. Go and check and ask yourself whether that result defines logic.

Nobody is going to any court run APC. INEC must provide proof of the results it is presenting to Nigerians who have spent time and resources in this election. Nigerians already know who won in their polling units. INEC should upload those results.

All party agents have the results, which they uploaded to their political parties after the election. At the LGA collation centre, you cannot upload an haphazard and unverified result
At the state collation centre, yes but at what point. Perhaps before the returning officer finishes his speech. Security agents doo not allow any time wasting after presentation. They are on the road to the airport. As said, a.direvyive can be worked out on the uploading of results
Where there are issues that genuinely affected the result of the election, please approach the court.

The problem is, INEC has already made a mess of the same provision you mentioned. That's the main issue here.
