From the page of the contractor handling the new Awka City Stadium.

The same Contractor that did Onikan Stadium pitch and Enyimba Pitch and other stadium in Nigeria
The contractor handling Awka City Stadium is very reputable and experienced. I know Monimichelle will give Anambra a standard/world class pitch and tartan tracks, the stadium capacity could be expanded in future as the need arise
Ignorant mind, I don't know who informed you that IDC is the company handling ICC, the contractor handling ICC is the same contractor that built Agulu lake hotel, I can see you never mean well for Anambra state, there is nothing wrong with Esther Obiakor road, the contractor that constructed that road is the same company MPI handling millennium city, please show us what you noticed on Esther Obiakor avenue, you are just bitter over Anambra progress,

Below is Esther Obiakor avenue please show us what is bad about the road or out of your envy you want to drag Obiano to the useless governors that has governed and still governing Imo state
Thank you for admitting that ICC is grossly over budget and behind schedule. Thank you for admitting that IDC is incompetent. I never mentioned that IDC is the contractor for ICC, but whomever they are, they are not better than IDC

As for Esther Obiakor Avenue and the greater Demonstration and Mmiri monkey axis, they formed my play ground growing up and i presently have a house there. You showed us cosmetics of the road on the commissioning day. Some areas around Esther Obiakor had water ingress issues or waterlogging issues and any road constructed without these 5 standard of road course, namely subgrade, sub- base, base course, binder course and wearing course, will fail in at most 1 year.

I am a chartered Engineer, quality road construction ended with Ngige. St Joseph Awka Etiti to Ihiala is still standing 10 years after Ngige, ditto Nnobi-Nkpor Road. Most of Obi and Obiano roads have failed because they used incompetent contractors.

Wing Commander Emmanuel Ukaegbu constructed Ifite Road at the cost of 158m in mid 90s and that road is still standing till date. Obi and Obiano had in 2000s extended the road from somewhere around former commissioners quarters to Amansea through Unizik back gate on at least 2 occasions and it has failed again. Ring road has failed, okpuno roads failed. Tell me any road that has not failed in Awka?

My brother, i am not even in opposition, but i want to see Awka with good quality road networks im particular and Anambra in general. I tell same to Obiano. He seems to have changed, albeit, very late

Please @ do not go the gutter method, as i hold you in high esteeem, except if you have MAD (Multiple Account Disorder) issues as well

With love from me

Thank you nwanne for stating the obvious. Mktinsight and pandax are both not from Anambra. The only thing that drives them is envy and bitterness toward the progressive Anambra.

Pandax particularly is from the backward Imo state, but he has been camping here instead of taking his useless ideas to his useless state.

I found out their evil plans, that was when I decided to continue to trash their lies and propaganda here. Their plan was to hijack the thread and misrepresent narratives but we resisted them and their lies. Their evil plans can never succeed here
I was informed that you escaped from Yaba left; consequently, i will stop responding to your messages

Must you find something to criticise? Must you single out something for criticism? Can't you just applaud the effort of the governor and move on? Or better still just say nothing.

Although I'm not in support of the way some persons here (e.g TedHorsePower) reply you and Mktinsight but serious they've had enough. From talks about the ICC and airport being an elephant project to talks about how unnecessary the airport was. Now it's obvious they both aren't elephant project and it's immediately to how steep the escalator looks.

Haaaaaa. Mr man grow up and stop always being silly. Quit inept arguments and childish criticisms. E no make sense at all.

I've always been a read-through person, dropping no comments in the process but I really had to say this. To you and especially to Mktinsight I'd say grow up.

I've never seen you guys applaud any single effort or achievement of the current administration. No positive vibe from you both. Only criticisms and negative comments every now and then. Ain't there anything positive in your lives? Cause the negative energy you guys exhume appears to come from within.

Nawa oooo.
We are from different school of thoughts and we must not reason alike. Variety is the spice of life.

it might interest you to know that the executive governor of the state is a registered member of this site, he reads our constructive criticism s and had been applying some of our recommendation here

I can assure you that the governor values critics more than praise singers. Some of my recommendations here are being implemented, ditto mktinsight and a few others

For record purposes, I never call ICC or the Airport a white elephant projects, but I believe you cannot build a world class facility with IDC as the contractor( similar to Soludo's thesis of building world class economy on a bungalow foundation) after the mess they made with the three(3) Awka flyovers. If you go to that airport you will see distinction between the works done by IDC et al and the ones done by Craneburgh et al. Find out why ICC is grossly behind schedule and over budget, it is because of cutting corners with incompetent contractors that lack the expertise and experience to execute world class projects. Let the governor execute projects with competent contractors like JB, RCC, CCECC, Craneburgh and not Tamad, IDC, and many of his cronies that build roads that July rain only will wash off. I wept the day i saw how they constructed Esther Obiakor Avenue, Awka. The road is parting now. I have seen better and cannot settle for less

Please, those in governance need to be put under tremendous pressure so they can deliver

I am not an Obiano fan, but when the ICC is delivered it will be the biggest in Nigeria, the finished work will determine if it will be the most sophisticated as well

I really wished Obiano used the same zeal and quality in the ICC and Airport for our local roads construction. We expect the next governor to aggressively give Anambra quality and befitting roads across the state using reputable companies like RCC, JB, Craneburgh, CCECC etc

My friend, Igbo politics is one geared towards money.

They are currently being booked in Transcorp Hilton as I speak and the north is willing to offer them each (Senator and Rep) any amount they wish including oil lifting rights.

My bet is these Judases will live up to their name.
To play ball, Onitsha Port approved, Abia seaport agreed, Anambra Airport made international, Railway lines from PH-Aba-Owerri-Orlu- Nnewi-Onitsha-Awka-Ninth Mile-Nsukka-Markudi-Abuja agreed, 17 oil wells from Rivers to Imo, naval base in Imo, airforce base in Imo, Dualization of Enugu-Markudi Road, Aba-Ikot Ekpene Road, creation of ENOA state and Anioma State and finally 2023 ultimate price.

VAT for states don die ooo. Buhari will be in Imo tomorrow

The Igbos will give feedback on Saturday. The North are the masters in this game

A quick reminder: The Supreme Court will hear the boundary case between Imo and Rivers on September 21st. Afterwards, we know who gets the 17 oil wells. This could be a game-changer for Imo State and the entire region. While I look forward to that, I hope the Supreme Court does not postpone it.
I will honestly be happy if Imo can recover these 17 oil wells from River State to add to the already recovered 43 oil wells from same state. No wonder Wike is fighting Federal government led by Buhari.

It will impact positively on the lives of the citizenry if well utilized

Obiano is docile and very inefficient.

I have never seen a Governor as docile and cowardly like him that under him, the state is fast turning to something else.

Massob disturbed under Peter Obi but he laid them waste to history and end the stupidity of Uwazuluike always leading packs of touts to onitsha to cause mayhem...

I ask?

Who are these Ipobs members In Onitsha and Nnewi that Obiano has not man up his functions to protect the state?

This is where peter Obi is far much better than him?

He should take a lesson from his counterpart in Rivers state and his Predecessor (Peter Obi) on how to fight stupidity.

Today Rivers state has known peace and all these forms of unrest of Ipobs more like a thing of the past?

If there is someone to vote out, it is him and his incoming crew?

The security situation at the state is at the worst time ZERO and now breeding ground for all upcoming terrorists.

The truth is that we have many people who are performing in part or whole the responsibilities of a Business Analyst without having that job title.
If you have ever delivered any of the underlisted, you are probably a Business Analyst; Albeit, with a few of the 6 knowledge areas in practice:

1. Increased Profit
2. Cost Savings
3. Employee Retention
4. Business Process Improvement
5. Improved Productivity
6. Improve Solution Performance

Is Business Analysis professional and relevant?
Is it a good career to start with?
Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders - IIBA

Business analyst is often thought of as the link between the business and IT departments, they are agents of change and from my personal experience, you will perform better if you have an IT Background, Analytical, Inquisitive and good communication skills

It is a good career choice, not to be confused with Data Analysis ( who will provide your input for further analysis & decisions)

If you must pursue a career in BA, please get certified, preferably from IIBA - CBAP, ECBA, CCBA

Look into Agile, especially Scrum as well, as they usually go together
