afrodoc2: He did SHOULDER surgery. He is not yet planning to do anything about the foot problem. I pray they talk sense into him. An average footballer fits the saying "All in the feet nothing in the brain". |

- Jonathan Shrager Rashford don do the surgery, apologies Marcus for we did not know. @afrodoc2 Patrickmuf Oasis007 Y'all owe Rashford an apology |

pamcode: Lol but why? I believe your defence should keep a lot of cleansheets this season so I am looking at at options there. Shaw is certainly nailed on for me when he is back and Match fit. it's not about the defence but individual errors these goal keepers have in them. They can misjudge the flight of a ball or not react quickly to a shot. It has nothing to do with Maguire/Varane. |

patrickmuf: Rashford is yet to have his surgery done and now we are hearing he has a foot injury...Did the club just know this? No, they have been on the know since yet Cavani for some reason was granted an extended holiday which means he'll most likely be unavailable against Leeds...
I can't believe the club is banking on Martial who has not played a competitive game in months...All these should have been factored in when they scheduled breaks for the players...
If we talk now, e go be like say we too like complain. Rashford had foot injury since the beginning of this year plus his back injury again. The guy has basically been playing with injuries (shoulder, foot and back). Honestly don't know what's going on with the medical team. Cavani, I guess was granted extended leave to see his family cos the guy was complaining he was home sick last season. We should be able to get past Leeds if not..... I go just reduce my expectations |

patrickmuf: Ndidi, Bissouma, Neves, Camavinga and all the names we have been linked to bar Neves and Camavinga are very good defensively yet are not bad on the ball especially Neves and Camavinga...
When you mentioned McFred, I started searching my head if there's a CM with a poor first touch as Fred and his goon but alas, I can't think of any...Safe to say, whoever we sign will be better on than McFred... I just hope the club is actively looking for a CDM cos it won't be funny if we go into the season without one. |

patrickmuf: Tackle first...If he can pass, then that's a plus...Just get the ball and give a few meters pass to Pogba... I agree with you completely but there's one problem, We tend to build from the back with Ole, getting a midfielder that can't pass the ball is the same as playing Mcfred. |

patrickmuf: Gender first and foremost is roles ascribed by the society...In Nigeria for instance, we have not gotten to a stage where a woman can function in every capacity because our society just hasn't accepted that they can function in such capacity so, first and foremost societal acceptance is key...
In developed nations, Gender is what it is that's why you can easily have women occupy just about any position because they have fully understood what Gender is all about...
I think when you factor in what Gender entails, the best person for each role gets it however, for representation of each group (Male and female), Gender mainstreaming forms part of the policy framework of most institutions and governments... Educating people and the next generation in our society will really go a long way in helping them change their views about gender. I mean proper education not what these woke feminists do on Twitter. |

patrickmuf: Equality entails that a man and woman should be treated the same, more like what's good for a man is good for a woman but equity takes into consideration their individual needs...For instance, those who preach gender equality will say if you give a man 2 cups of rice, you should give a woman the same two cups but equity goes beyond the principle of equality to check if the woman eats more or if the man eats more thus the man might get more or the woman, more depending on how much they actually consume...
Gender equality can't and shouldn't stand alone, gender equity must be factored in... Ohh I understand now, it's like saying the female football team should be paid the same amount as the men's team irregardless of the sponsorship or development or their games. In term of social, economic and political how can you factor equity and equality? |

Sometimes he needs to be braver make the substitution fast if it's the obvious one. But this is more of a confirmation that Ole is more of a manager than a coach. |
