Properties / Re: My Experience With Building Approval In Lagos by PastorOlokonla: 5:39pm On Mar 13 |
Villa12: Remember, they built cheap when the materials was not as expensive and some of them need urgent cash now and have multiple properties. I like buying and spending about 5m to renovate and bring to my taste. Also, many already have the C of O. Just google distressed properties in Lagos and you will be surprised at what you can get for 30m. |

Villa12: They have no Choice, I see lots of cheap distressed properties, some of them need cash for new projects, some want to leave the country. The big opportunity now is in distressed properties. |

Rexymania: Konji means lack of self control. When Konji holds you, you can use mental power to tell konji to calm down and it will listen to you. I have turned down many sexual advances and will never pay anyone for sex. I don't see myself having sex with a random lady just because of Konji. You are mentally weak when you jearpardize your life becaause of Konji. 10 Likes 1 Share |

Business / Re: Folorunsho Alakija And Her Husband, Modupe Separate After 30 Years Of Marriage by PastorOlokonla: 5:24pm On Mar 10 |
mariahAngel: They might have realized long time ago and decided to work things out and eventually its not working and have to part ways. Some may not want to separate until the kids are grown not to have adverse effect on the children. So many reasons my dear. Marriage is not a life in prison. If it works fine and if not couples can choose to seperate and no big deal. You only know yourself and your own marriage and its totally impossible to know what others are passing through in their marriage. 2 Likes |

mariahAngel: You can't know what "they need" if you are not in their shoes. No two marriages are alike. Some couples are better off seperated. 6 Likes |
