The stupid character named comfort is mohadana of before. Very saddistic individual ,criminally minded fellow, full of self hate He only cuts and pastes crime stories Never contributes to any threads including his own. He couldnt even make a simple sentence in correct grammar the last time he tried.
Is he/she the same person as: ^muda? I have noticed how this particular fellow raises threads with crime stories towards some set of tribes in Nigeria, and never makes any posts except to use emoticons on the politics section. When obviously, there is a crime section, and the poster can go post his sadistic stories there. |
Becomrrich:Blistering barnacles! Let me school you in how to type appropriately next time, before you tell me my grammar is apologetic. For the benefit of correction, and not trying to be pedantic, which is correct between what you typed above and this: Pataki, you can't even type in good English. If you think any reasonable son and daughter of Yoruba land is dancing to your asinine idea of Yoruba-Benin migration and amalgamation, you are an outstanding disgrace to your father's name. Please stick to the topic: What Have You Done For Nigeria Or Your Country In Your Entire Life? And stop this moronic tell tales of Yoruba - Benin forces out of Nigeria. |
What can I do to make you like that social utility site? OK, I will come to wherever on SA main ![]() By the way, you are still yet to tell me when is your birthday. Hate to forget your birthday, and you would have to think, you are my ex. There are insinuations in some quarters that you are the almondjoy of nairaland. What have you done to deserve such a label? ![]() Body dey kampe sha. How dey go, dey go? |
i thot facebook hi5 myspace are all for lil boys and girls . social ke? with pple you don't know ummm. am tech crazy but i rather not have those. Pataki, i dey SA o. you want give me visa?
Olodo rabata. So what are you doing on nairaland if you are not socializing in one form or the other? ![]() You better upgrade yourself sharp sharp. Whereabout in SA are you? Am in SA at the moment. ![]() |
I guess this topic is a joke isn't it? OK. Until otherwise, no point in debating it out. |
Becomrrich:My friend, please SHUT-UP! You either contribute to the topic and stop yarning gobbledygook, which are utterly irrelevant to the topic or better still open your photoshop, take out your crayons and be painting the yoruba-benin country. @ topic, Not engaged myself in fraudulent activities - 419, Yahoo-yahoo etc. Future projection? Plan to abolish that nonsensical compulsory scheme called NYSC in Nigeria. |
You said this: (emphasis on the bold), lucabrasi:Even when the introduction into the article in the first paragraph stated that: (emphasis on the bold again), Startling revelation of how Mrs Lillian Achomba, the woman who was arrested by the police for harbouring 42 pregnant teenagers, ran the home [b]where she trains under-aged boys and girls in sexual acts emerged at the weekend with the police fingering some highly-placed Nigerians of collusion. And you are still telling me: lucabrasi:Dude, something is wrong somewhere. If you believe her despicable act should have been legalized, I am more afraid of your views. |
iReport:You are so predictable! ![]() I have no problem with skin complexion. But I naturally prefer a chocolate skinned beauty. If shes comes as 'yellow love', I am still OK with it. So far as the love is there. |
Tegese:If I had an expectation that you were reasonable in making your input, I do have responded with a more sensible post to you. How you silly drones keep jumping to conclusion leaves little to the mind to be questioned on. Even before the poster made a topic to the 'modify button' it had already been discussed here: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-245749.192.html and the same thing I said here, and I said it there. So I suggest you shut-up or better still go back and be posting pictures of supposed asylum seekers with twenty naira in Somalia. Or you have no more nairaland members to expose their asylum status? |
DANG! This is all-time hilarious! ![]() These guys (fraudsters) are world-time DOLTS!!! |
lucabrasi:WoW! (at the statement in bold). |
![]() This thread is so hilarious. More so, that babs787 with the same lingo (Could you show me up where ur question was directed at me? If you really have the liver to discuss intelligently with facts, bring your proof and you have me discussing with you), since 2006 that I have known his malodorous personality on nairaland cannot clearly refute and take-on the challenge posed by noetic. What an ''olodoristic'' buffoon. ![]() |
@ bluespice, Thundering typhoons! Is that you in your profile? Damn! You got in loads. |
doing good, thanks. the day is still young in South Africa so am in the cafe that fashola left behind typing away

yep that's a good way to kill the boredom . honestly if i break up with you (God forbid) it's good raddiance,
Break-up with me? That's mission impossible my dear. I am too sweet to be deserted, you know that. Where are you right now? SA or Yankee? When is your birthday, before you think you are now my ex. ![]() |
Pataki, what are you doing today ![]() oh, na wa o so that's how you missed her reach eh? see talking from experience Ogbologbo
![]() You are so not serious. I am just chilling at home. I should be sleeping right now, but sleep is not coming. And my yankee babe is not online on facebook for me to chat with. So I would make do with nairaland in the time being. So you still going on remembering your ex's birthday right? Na wa o! Love wantintin. How you doing though? |
If you have the facebook option, then make use of it. But really, all this remembering your ex's birthday is a matter of sentimental emotions. Which in most times, is directed from our heart, and not from using our head to reason. |
Siena:Very plausible and reasonable. Seun:Please do not bring the 'modify button' back. Thank you. |
@ Poster, There are many sides to your story. Taking a retrospective look, she was much younger and naive. She gave you the reason that because you were a chain smoker and an alcoholic, she wanted to terminate the relationship. If indeed, that is true, she is within her moral rights to demand for such then. What I however now question, is why she wants a come-back with you - from what you posted about her and her actions on facebook. The truth is that, you still have a soft spot for her. You might try to cover it with internet words and actions, but deep in you, you wished things had not gone the way it went. What is the way out? Sit down and talk to her. Explain why you feel offended with her. That you stated you are no longer interested in girls and blocking ''your little heart'' to relationships gave you away that you still on hold-on to that relationship as far back as 2003/2006. You are not hurting her by keeping your emotions bottled-in and feigning ignorance to her text messages and facebook actions. Rather, you are hurting yourself. Own up and tell her the way it is with you. It makes things a lot more easier for you guys. Cheers. |
This thread: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-254866.0.html gives a better suggestion to the topic of 'modify button'. |
bluespice:Without mincing words, YES I am. However, I like the response of Siena and his suggestion to the 'modify button' issue and topic here. |
spikedcylinder:Yes, I understand you here and what mean. All still equals modification, innit? ![]() |
spikedcylinder:Huh? Pataki?
Did you miss the part I said, ''refer whomever you want to give your identity to send you a request, and from there take things on.''? A false identity could be interpreted as 'false identity on nairaland' (as you implied) OR 'a false email contact' (which I meant). If you closely read what bluespice stated previous to my replying her, you would know I never meant a double identity on nairaland, as that was not the direction of our discourse. So must I crack your brains before you comprehend? ![]() bluespice:OK. Well, as I said, it is the call of the admin. I just feel the 'modify button' is inappropriate. Your observations could be right, I am not in the position to dispute or refute that. But based on what I have seen from web based forum and occurrences from the abuse of 'modify button', it should be removed. My submission. |
spikedcylinder:The only option, I think is missing here is the option to delete your profile off the forum once you are no longer interested. Deleting your posts on facebook is solely different from editing your posts. Does facebook, youtube, and some other web-forum allow you to edit your posts? NO. Does it allow you delete your posts? YES. Certain blogsites may allow you to edit your previous posts, but I have not come across such on web based forum except for nairaland. spikedcylinder:No no no. . . . . you are not getting me right. I never meant creating double identities on nairaland. I actually meant, ''e-mail'' contact. Why create a false identity on nairaland and still give out your identity details to spammers which would still be used for contacting you? Does that make sense? ![]() |
davidylan:Assumably, you might be right. However, the point is that, one should be mindful of what you post. Who does not make grammatical errors? I recall being banned at one time and there were grammatical errors with the statement from the administrator when writing my ban. ![]() Grammatical errors are not the only thing being modified from posts, that point should be stated clearly. Posters as well modify their original input which I have earlier stated and which at most serves less credence and disadvantage to the original intent and purpose of the poster and corresponding responses. |
The 'modify button' should have long been removed since. What is the point of posting and going back to edit your posts? If you made a mistake with your earlier submission, make corrections to it in the following posts. There have been numerous occasions and instances, where posts as far back two years ago, are still being modified by posters till when the modification button was removed. This in my view, does not add credence and consistency to the site. It makes it look like a child's play when posters, incessantly modify their posts, more importantly when corresponding posts by other posters do not tag along with the modified post from the original poster. I clearly recall, there was a thread which I noticed, a poster made a topic with the body of content to the topic. Respondents to the topic, addressed the topic and it's body of content. The original poster to the topic, went back to modify the whole topic and the body of content, making it all confusing. This should not have been so, if there was a no ''modify button.'' It is an act of 'superior mental laziness' if posters continually have a recourse to keep modifying their posts. If a post is going to be modified, it should be subject to a moderator or the administrator of the site. The 'modify button' has been misused in several instances, and it should be removed. My submission. |
@ topic, Naturally, it takes a concerted effort for me to remember birthday. More importantly, when she is now my ''ex'' that the relationship was dreadful and a living horror? I simply just allow it to pass. Even if it comes to mind. Like today is the birthday of one of my ex (just remembered now ). Why should I bother to send her a text or call her? ![]() I expect of her to be in another torrid love affair, and not having her or myself to remember of one another's birthday. ![]() |
Jarus:Unfortunately, we live in today's world, where 'bad news' is 'good news.' And in a country like Nigeria where, 'bad news' from the activity of it's government and leaders is the order of the day, it would only enhance the reputation of Sahara reporters for their penchant to quickly reveal it to Nigerians and the whole world. Again more importantly, investigative journalisms into clandestine activities of the Nigerian government and even ''reputable'' Nigerians with affinity to corrupt officials has eluded Nigerians right from the Military era. Taking a recall to how Dele Giwa was murdered, just to juggle the memory. Having it being revived through the power of e-journalism, even if it so appears ''witch-hunting'' in some quarters, makes it delightfully refreshing. However, Sahara reporters in itself, are sometimes poor in their editing of their report. This does not add any form of credibility to their website. I came across this particular article from their site, and I wondered, why should such an article be poorly written, without proper editing of the report, before posting it on the world-wide-web. |
4 Play:Exactly my thoughts. The 'modify button' does not create for consistencies in whatever ways it is viewed from. It should be removed totally. Still the call of the admin though. ![]() Facebook, youtube, and various other web forum, does not give you the liberty to modify your posts once posted. As not only spammers, but even regular users to the forum tend to mis-use it for nefarious acts. pataki assuming i wanna give my id without letting the stalkers on here to get itYou are quite right. However. . . . . Create a pseudo-identity, and refer whomever you want to give your identity, to send you a request, and from there take things on. That's what I do most times though. I never want to give out my personal identity at first to people, talk-less of posting it on a forum for even just 5 minutes. |
spikedcylinder:It comes with the name you know. ![]() You cannot have such a name and you won't relish your identity with such. ![]() A whole ''Adekilumo.'' ![]() bluespice:That's why you have MSN, YIM, and facebook chat. ![]() |
bluespice:Well, the only constant thing in life is CHANGE. When facebook changed their 'homepage' recently, I was truly pissed off. Some of my friends were delighted with the change. I sent a message to Mark (owner of facebook), expressing my anger. Did it make him reverse back to the old 'new' homepage? NO. I have accepted it, and I think, I am beginning to like it. ![]() Do not worry, with time, you would love this change on nairaland. ![]() |
bluespice:Yup, I am. ![]() Why do you think there should be a 'modify button'? It should have long been removed in my opinion. Not that I have not made use of it in times past, but truly, there is no need for it. ![]() |
No more modify button? ![]() Good move on that. ![]() |
