There are NO such people in Nigeria, we got independence in 1960 and ECN to NEPA to PHCN connected every household to national grid over time, and if any small hamlet misses national grid, they have a Tiger electricity generator and fuel is flowing like water, they produce their own electricity till we connect them.

South Africa got freedom from white-man's cage in 1994 and you have not finished clearing the mess of your wasted generation, of which those 15 million people are a part of the victims of your Boer White master's inhumanity to man
