What does the average Nigerian adult male want from the average Nigerian woman? The answer to this question is elusive to many other reasonable ladies that I have come across in life. Today, you see the pretty and flashy women get most of the guys and you all like: "It is because they look pretty and flashy." Tomorrow, the men come online and say: "We don't like ladies with artificial hair, nails, bla bla bla." Yet you don't see most of the average looking /modest women with them on the street. Now, the new narrative is Nigerian women are high maintenance, lazy, demanding... Who introduced them to that lifestyle? Certainly not their female counterparts! All these endless posts on how Nigerian women are demanding, oloshos, jobless and the rest, are beginning to expose how confused, irrelevant and frustrated some Nigerian men are fast becoming. You complain about high maintenance women, yet you won't go for the hardworking, thrifty and modest Nigerian woman, because she doesn't have the bling, bling or superb look that you so much cherish. Bros, abeg, is it Angel Michael who will foot the bills? Have you checked how much a good wig, lotion or makeup costs recently? Abeg, cut your Agbada according to your lace or Aso-oke material. Soup when sweet, na money kill am. If you can't spend on an expensive but good looking woman, those of us who are hardworking, modest and thrifty bokun for Nigeria. There is one to suit your modest personality and pocket. Just remember that some of us do not have the captivating and posh look you so much desire. So, my Brotherman, what do you want? |
zik4ever:Although the difference is not much, thanks for the correction. |
zik4ever:N455k or thereabouts for a SESSION i.e. three terms will amount to a million. |
anu3:Hhmn! I don't know what the epistle on Jolly Phonics and WAEC requirement has to do with your hasty generalisation. Lemme come and be going. All the best in your job search. |
anu3:Hilarious! "... do quite better than English" majors indeed! Phonics instructors giving themselves hope since 300BC. |
May God bless him beyond his expectations in Jesus name. |
Europeanian:She who wears the shoe knows where it pinches. The ball is in her court. |
Europeanian:If you say so. I think five years is long enough for a man to learn to cherish his partner if he truly loves her despite challenges. |
odinson1:No wonder the Queen LovePeddler gave birth to you. I feel your pain. Sowi you hear? |
Europeanian:I wasn't referring to the original poster. I was referring to the advice: ''chop Nigerian girls and clean mouth.'' Na who no value her thing go offer to anybody who comes along. |
odinson1:Thank God your advice is for the mumu guys who date the 'hoes'. Wetin consign me? Shebi na who see the thing go chop and clean mouth? |

I stated here before that heads will roll at CNN. That was a horrible report. Nigeria will sue them if they don't apologise and do more than this infantile recant. Perhaps they still think it is joke. How on earth can you state that 36 people were shot dead by soldiers without being at the scene and in the face of very credible question still hanging in the air "if soldiers killed even 1 person with their bullets, let alone 36 or 78 according to alleged lie by Switch, did soldiers kill all their friends, families, colleagues, neighbours, pastors/imams,boyfriends,girlfriends etc too? All the revenue CNN generated on those days from the online traffic and on TV viewership while beaming that fake news must be demanded as damages and used to take care of victims of police brutality, victims of the carnage and those their fake news further destroyed. The request for the damages must co-copy HE Donald Trump, the Republic Party and CBS. Amnesty international must receive their own letter too while Lagos State Government must investigate the audio of IPOB leader instructing and commanding his IPOB members to burn down Lagos and establish the nexus between the audio and the coordinated arson in Lagos. If found culpable, he should be reported to ICC and Interpol and other international bodies and prosecuted in absentia if he does not turn himself in. If HE Sanwo Olu does not investigate this IPOB leader audio telling people to burn down Lagos, Lagosians, indigenes and Association of Lagos indigenes like the Lagos State Council of Obas and others should sue the government for not doing its job and compel the government to investigate the whole audio and movement of youths from the South East to join the protest in Lagos when same protest was going on in the South East! This injustice against Lagos and Lagosians will not be permitted. It is completely despicable that someone will tell people to go burn down Lagos and still not be charged by now. It is enabling him to commit more crime or someone else to wake up someday and instruct people to go burn down Abuja or Onitsha or Kaduna or PH or Benin and those places get burnt and we carry on as if we can't enforce our own laws. #Justice for Lagos and victims of the carnage in Lagos I think they were reckless and their shoddy coverage will eventually make heads roll in CNN. Heads will roll just like the last time they paid some people to act like MEND until they got busted. They were absolutely reckless especially after HE Trump called them fake news media for 4 years. This damning verdict by this independent body of journalists is just the beginning. They were not even at the scene yet ignored the report of those credible media houses present at the scene. Yet they are grandstanding. CNN used some of the fake creatives that IPOB leader and his followers used to distract while they allegedly carry out the instruction of their leader to cowardly burn down Lagos.[/quotea] So you mean they should come to thee..... court set up by the.....? Wake up from your slumber! Very few trust the justice system here. It won't be surprising if they turn round and charge the relations/friends of 'victims' with some terms like conniving, accomplice, felony and the rest. It is high time we started telling ourselves the truth. If you see the truth, and you try to use technicalities and grammar to confuse people, you cannot confuse God who is the Chief Justice of Heaven's Court of Justice. He never sleeps nor slumbers. He will repay us all according to our works. |
Another set of fake stories. You still cannot show evidence of people being shot at. All you show are gunshots which could have been aimed in the air as we have seen over and over again. Simply putting CNN on it means nothing.[/quote Zombie like you need to hide your stupidity when sane beings are talking. What were the live bullets meant for? Don't you know people get hit by stray bullets, talk much of the ones being shot in the dark? Your brain needs resetting with a live bullet. After that, we will call CNN to come and show your body to the world as proof. Perhaps, you will understand the viewpoint of intelligent sane beings when someone shoots live bullets at you and your family. |
SatisfyOG:I just received an advice from a newly divorced man to relax my standards and get married to whosoever can take care of my needs. ![]() |
I thought the Mallam thingy was peculiar to my MTN line. ![]() Now I know that I am not alone. |
SuperBold:Display a minute degree of intelligence, please. I believe you read that those whose accounts were frozen were at the forefront of the protest. Is it hard for you to deduce/infer that they would have received donations from their supporters? |
DonGenovese:Kindly give that advice to yourself and those who have concluded that all is well. Isn't that the objective of this post? So, who has already concluded on the matter? The poster who said nobody was injured/killed or I who said it is too early to conclude? Thank you. |
Femuel:I am shocked beyond words! If they had said one cannot ascertain the number of people injured or otherwise, it would have been better. Instead, they are coming to say nothing happened. May God not let them kill us in broad daylight and say it was a Nollywood audition. May the wrath of God visit them and their families. . |
DelphiOracle:Keep QUIET if you don't have proof that nobody was injured or killed instead of parading your grand stupidity all over the virtual space. At least, some of us saw a video of the armies shooting live bullets at peaceful protesters. Really? If people act in a certain way, they call them certain names. And Mr, don't threaten me because you know me neither. |
Simran94:May the same fate visit them. Then, we will have enough evidence to prove that live bullets kill/maim. God is watching them. |
SeriouslySense:I am VERY, VERY SORRY, Sir. I didn't realise that you are not in support of the shenanigans of the original poster. I am truly sorry. I will modify the previous posts. Thanks. |
Here is the thing, if you can't tell due to darkness while believe in "massacre" and cause more deaths and destruction? Nobody wants to be killed based on what might be true or false in the future yet many don't care in this case. Many have been killed since the protest started before and after Lekki, no doubt about that. But some people needed a "big" event for some hidden agenda. Are you disputing that live bullets kill/ maim? It will be nice if karma uses you as an experiment then we can objectively discuss whether you are maimed or dead. Till then, I will ignore you because this discussion lacks evidence. Case dismissed! |
SeriouslySense:Honestly, Sir, I care less about what the people need. My point is: Shooting Live Bullets at Peaceful Protesters is Inhumane. Any other thing outside of this is none of my business right now. |
ivolt:How can you tell? It's barely two full days. Many can't go out of their homes because they are scared to death. Many of the protesters are adults who might be living alone. It will take time for one to notice there absence talk much of deciphering what happened to them and their whereabouts. The darkness made it almost impossible to identify anyone. It is my sincere hope that nobody died. It scares me to think of it. |
SeriouslySense: |
ivolt:Of course, they didn't shoot directly at the protesters but many are wounded. The major problem Nigeria has is that there are too many educated-illiterates/semi illiterates in one geographical area called Nigeria. |
DelphiOracle:IDIOTA! Dead bodies don't go back home and whisper to loved ones that they are dead. Besides, do you expect people to go round hospitals to search the bodies in the mogul for loved ones? It is too early to tell who is missing or not. The FACT still remains that, the ARMIES SHOT LIVE BULLETS AT PEACEFUL PROTESTERS WITH THE INTENTION TO KILL! ONLY A BASTARD AND AN IDIOT TRIVIALIZE SUCH HEINOUS ACTS. |
madridguy:You are sounding VERY STUPID AND HEARTLESS. Armies short live bullets at peaceful protesters in the DARK. Many were wounded and (some - GOD FORBID!) may probably not survive the onslaught, yet, an idiot is coming to say none died, and those who are at home, scared to death right now, should do a headcount and/or come out to identify those who died. Did you realize that many who went to the protest site are/were adults and may be living alone? They may not have told their loved ones where they were going and what they were doing? Did you realize that one may not be able to recognise anyone in the dark? Honestly, you are an IDIOT despite your intention(s). |
Kestolove:Mumu. Do you even know Bright Chimezie? He has always been very fair - natural fairness, not the one your sisters induce with N500 caro-something and N50 Ghana soap. Receive sense! |
Please, Nairalanders, why is the 'f' in Fatima in lowercase (small letter 'f')? I am just asking for my friend. |
