I understand the desperation from fans but still we should exercise some patience...We don't have the UCL to offer so, it's a lot difficult to bring in top players...If we must sign a top player at the speed some of you want, we'd have had to overpay but now the club is taking their time to negotiate a deal that's fair, they still get a lot of slack...

If we go by our clamour as fans here, Sancho was supposed to solve our RW problems but we're still not sure if he is that guy. If the board didn't buy Sancho, I am sure we wouldn't have heard the last of it here...The same applies to Varane...

We will definitely sign a midfielder or two. Lisandro will be joining us next and he can comfortably play as a DM, we have also sign Eriksen who can do a job as a CM or as an AM in any case Bruno is out of form...

Even if De Jong doesn't come, a midfield of Lisandro, VDB/Bruno and Eriksen is an improvement on McFred...

Slowly but surely we are making progress...

Apart from KdB, Rodri, Ederson and Ruben Diaz and to some degree Cancelo, no other player in the team is a guaranteed starter - not even Mahrez that scored the most goals last season. Just support your 2nd team Chelsea with your full chest and stop pretending to be neutral.

It will take an act of God for City not to win the league next season. Apart from the senior pros and expensive signings they also have 2 extremely wicked boys from their academy that i am really interested in seeing how they integrate into that first team. Reserve defenders all over the country are throwing party now that the torture will stop.

Spurs are doing some really great business...If they sign that Spence guy then they'd have improved almost every area of their team where they had deficiencies...

Next season will be really interesting but City with Haaland, Philips ajd possibly Cucurella remain the team to beat...

No. I read that he was disgusted with Telles after the last game of last season and didn’t want him at all. Telles is actually not back in training yet.

We have been linked to Malacia for over a month but obviously could not get him at a good price.

Combination of FDJ fee being agreed and Lyon getting him at a fair price gave us the opportunity to hijack the deal.

Prior to the deal, I hadn't heard of Malacia before the deal though...I am just happy that we are strengthening especially the areas of obvious weakness...

ETH has seen enough of Telles and Shaw thus our move for Malacia...

Nope...If we went in for him initially, they'd have quoted 40m but since it was Lyon, they quoted a fair price thus all we had to do was match the agreed fee and hope the player chooses us...
