49cents:There is no award attached to it! ![]() |
hahn:By fire by force is the mindset of the North! l live and work where crude oil sales has not been a source of income so l can say Nigeria has not fared better with the huge income it has made from oil and gas over the decades. ![]() |
Oil must be found by fire by force! |
She is a likeable character. |
Nice one. |
Na better advice be dat! ![]() |
"Mallam Shanjijiri said he had been arrested and sent to prison 11 times but regained his freedom.....When we robbed and the operation is successful, we would settle the security, we would keep some for court cases; we also settled our herbalist who prepared charms for our us." |
He looks more like his mother. |
It is not easy dealing with such loss. |
ThunderingHooves:Nigerians consume more of cocoa over tea and coffee unlike Kenyans who are high on tea . Most tea brands are imported. Dairy farms will thrive very well in that region. |
Governors from the region will be against it. |
There is no incentive to channel the proceeds through the banking system. There is cool money to be from cocoa in the international market. |
Doesn't look like a northeastern plantation, soil and topography to me. I was expecting to see deserts, flat land and stunted trees. You need to read up on Nigeria's geography! |
Their Sharia should be limited to the North! |
He may likely be relieved of his job. If l he can boldly hit a student, l wonder what his home is like! ![]() |
Newway2:The person who needed to travel with them has already left Nigeria but you can send me an email quoting your price. |
"Meanwhile, Banire in a text message to PUNCH before he was invited by the EFCC, maintained that the money was not a bribe but he was merely helping the judge who was broke at the time."....... ![]() |
Insightful read. |
Munzy14:Your course of study just reminded me of my late uncle who will buried in few days time. He was a Professor of Industrial Chemistry. Enlightenment will help reshape our reasoning. Agriculture is about passion not certificate. There is a Kenyan guy l know who studied Aeronautic Engineering but today he earns his sustenance through raising earthworms and was earning about $1,200 monthly as at August 2015 within a space not even more than a plot of land and was selling a kilo of earthworm for $40! We only need a mental shift as there are so many opportunities within the Nigerian space. |
LAGBUS looks so mismanaged. |
Nice one. |
Following:Training willing minds in diverse crops is the responsibility of the State ministry of Agriculture but rather than be on the field creating opportunities most of them there are more interested in pushing files from one office to the other and await their salary at the end of the month.....no value given! The real money spinner is in herbs and spices, most of which we import but can be locally grown and harvested within 3-4 months. A Kenyan friend told me a youth farmers co-operative he knows sold 6kg of flaxseed to a Nigerian lady who visited Nairobi recently and it was sold to her at a promo price of $20 per kilo and she was so happy to pay the $120! I do encourage people not to wait on any government institution....learn from wherever you can and start with whatever you have! |
Things really nose-dived! ![]() |
Congratulations! |
"The official who claims to be in the know of the affair between Ogbonna and the policewoman insisted that she knew Ogbonna was married when they started the affair but that the cause of the fight was because she was also dating another police officer and Ogbonna caught her in the act."...........He is cheating on his wife and still angry that the woman he is committing adultery with is cheating on him! ![]() I wonder the heart with which the wife will go visit him in the hospital! By the way, he looks fresh and untouched by the Nigerian Police! ![]() |
Munzy14:I recall when l worked in Anambra State and did tell the locals it is possible to grow watermelon, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber etc locally rather than depending only on what is brought down from the North but they always did look at me as if l was drunk! Most can only relate to cassava, yam and cocoyam! ![]() We grew up with a stereotyped misconception that cucumber and others can only do well within the cooler area of Plateau State but enlightenment has proven otherwise. Am waiting on a strawberry pilot project, once it is successful it will translate to the possibility of growing strawberries anywhere in the south and harvest within 3 months of planting. It will the climbing variety like the one in the picture.

Munzy14:Demand is high during that period and expensive. Will be happy to see more youths in Imo going into cultivating vegetables for salad. |
Munzy14:Are you planning to grow for the Christmas season? |
jinneyb:At least the online platform should take care of Nigerians who are computer literate thus reducing the traffic at their offices, lumping everyone together is just not fair. |
jinneyb:The info on the website should take care of that and if there is need for further clarification, phone numbers should be provided to help guid the application. Kenya does its business name search and business name registration online, Kenyans just log into their e-citizen portal with their National ID number. Payments for the services is being made through mobile phones even a Nokia 3310 can be used to make the payment. |
Nice read. |
"You don't need a lawyer to register your business for you anymore. You can now do it yourself."..Bad market for lawyers! ![]() Why do we still have to go to their offices when it could be done online! ![]() |
