I feel terribly sick whenever I hear that the same GEJ that once said he went to school without sandals, to functions without shoes and possibly to bed without clothes would forget these ordeals of the common citizens in just this short while after we have provided him with much sandals, shoes and clothes. I do not blame him at all.
I knew he would come to this when he announced he was about taking some decisions that would hit hard on the ordinary citizens. Shame to him for exalting the throne of a woman even more than that of the presidency. He lost it all when he said that all ministers should report to a lady minister, forgetting the fact that these people are all in the same level and platform.
He has forgotten all the promises he made to Nigerians. This unclothed man from the depths of the sea can never make decisions to favour the warm mammals on earth cos he is not in the same habitat. He derailed when he dumped the high level of insecurity in the country and was asking us to give him a 6yr tenure. *(What a goof). Where are all the money we realized from those that looted the economy? Where do I start from? Is it the heavy imbalance between Naira and the Dollar? Is it the linear graph you'll get when you match the ever-increasing cost of cement and other building materials?(House for all)
Infact I no want talk again cos I no want provoke

PoliticsRe: Why Is Rivers State In Darkness? by pawa4ul: 3:28pm On Oct 01, 2011
PH is only enjoying the past glory it had when they named it the garden city. The real name for it now should be the bad-road-city, or best of all names for it the NO-LIGHT-CITY. I hate it when people hide under the cloak of others who are doing well to say they are equally doing great.
This darkness was announced Last month and was said that it would last for about 5wks. The residents did not even raise an eye brow to this cos there was no light before the announcement (wetin concern agbero with overload). To our greates dismay, for the past three wks even the area where they manage to have a flash of the light in some days started witnessing total darkness.
In stay in PH (Elekahia to be precise, where the Liberation stadium is loctaed). Ask anybody who knows Elekahia if he/she enjoys public power. The only means of having light is the acquisition of generators. This total darkness thing does not affect us cos we are already in it before now.
The funniest part of it is that the so-called gas turbine in PH is also loacted in the same Elekhahia. What a twist. The area to me is not part of Rivers state, let alone PH.
PH is truly in darkness

Christianity EtcRe: Was Abraham An Arab Or A Jew? by pawa4ul: 3:16pm On Sep 16, 2011
ABRAHAM -  is from *U R* born of Terah.
ISAAC      - by migration and religious practice called JEW.
ISMAEL    -  by migration and religious practice called ARAB.

ABRAHAM IS NEITHER ARAB NOR JEW.

That ends the argument

claremont:

The day Nigerians stop believing in fairy-tales is the day we will start to develop as a country.

There is a direct correlation between religion and lack of development; the more religious a country is, the more inequality, poverty, lack of development, and crime, is prevalent in such a society. Good luck to them! cool
I BELIEVE YOU BIG TIME BRO.

when i was growing up i used to see those signboard as it was then called with details of various churches but now it has now turned to were husbands and wives in the name of pastor and pastor mrs show to the world how FASHIONABLE they are, while doing this the main informations of salvation that is sopposed to passed will be missing. Go to Ilorin, Lagos and Benin you will see what i mean.
It means you have not visited Port Harcourt. In a street of 10 buildings, 4-6 of them are churches. No matter how much of a mushroom gathering they have, all we hear is that they have a 'CALLING.' These signboard pictures are well taken in a photographic studio to showcase like you said, the level of fashion of the pastor/pastor mrs.
I TIRE OH. I wonder if we are going to seek the face of God or those advertised on the sign-board,
GOD SAVE US

FamilyRe: Can You Continue With The Marriage? by pawa4ul: 6:06pm On Sep 02, 2011
@Pro 01 =
I think some of us have taken this "there are two sides to a story" orientation too far. The only thing I would be interested in in a case like this is: is the poster's story TRUE? That's all. Is it true that his wife took intimate pictures of herself (in their marital bedroom of all places) and sent to another man? Is it true that she is still keeping in touch with her ex-boyfriend - chatting with him even in her husband's presence? Assuming that these allegations are true, then to what extent do I need to hear the wife's side of the story to determine anything? Is there ANY justification whatsoever for such actions on the part of the wife. . .regardless of whatever the husband might have done? Is there anything a husband can do that can make a wife justified in conducting an illicit affair with her ex (sending him pictures!) and brazenly 'disrespecting' her husband? These are the issues. I certainly don't belong in the school of thought that justifies or rationalizes a wife's cheating/disrespect on account of her husband's actions or inactions.

If anyone wants to advise the poster, he or she has to assume that he is telling the truth (as per his story). The issue of 'both sides to a story' only applies if one (or both) of the contending factions is telling an outright lie about what actually happened.

@Poster, no need for me to advise you. As some would already know, my advice in all these issues pertaining to uxorial infidelity/disrespect is always inexorably brutal. Besides you don't seem the sort of 'boss-man' that has ballz enough to do what you ought to do (which is what I would have advised) in the circumstance.
My bros, God bless you jare. We no want tell ourselves the truth we dey busy dey form mordern world. All the people wey dey give all the forgiving and good man advice go fit take the shit if e hit them?

FoodRe: Poisonous Boko Haram's Beans Scare In Port Harcourt by pawa4ul: 9:15am On Aug 25, 2011
I am a PH resident. Even though I am not insinuating a reality of this rumour, we all have to tread with caution. Our beans got finished in the house and we had to go buy just a little amout to cook on Saturday 21st August. I ate the beans and really had a very terrible experience. My whole system was not the same after 4hrs of consumption and this whole experience lasted almost all night long.
It did not occur to me that it could have resulted from my consumption of beans that day, until I started hearing this rumours. Scientifically, I was thinking it could have been from the preservative used to preserve the beans that was much, hence the reaction. However, I advice we tread with caution when we hear rumours. Like the journalist said, let us not be the experimental class. What I expect from the state commisioners of health and that of Agriculture is to take a reasonable qty of random sampling of the recent beans product in the market and send in for research.
I rest my case

PoliticsRe: IBB Fires OBJ Again! by pawa4ul: 8:48am On Aug 19, 2011
The history of Chief Obasanjo is an open sore that is irredeemably contrived in several incongruities and contradictions. When he pleaded with IBB to be given another chance to extend his tenure, IBB was not a fool then. When he was released from prison and granted state pardon, bathed in cerebral ornaments and clothed in royal beads and later crowned as President of Nigeria, IBB was not a fool then. Now that he is at the extreme of his thoughts and engagements, he can decide to dress IBB in borrowed robes.
I no blame you. Na your work sha. Make them no remove straw from your mouth. You too be the real Oluku fool.

@ lastpage:  Notice they dont "repeat the "Amen" at every line of prayer (why? does anyone know why?) but only at the end! Mainstream Christian churches repeat the "Amen" for each line of prayer. Again, why? What does the Bible say about this or what inference can we draw from Biblical accounts?

Yes, I think they are right in this. When I went through the bible, especially in the new testament, the 'Amen' was used in the end of the book after a prayer.

RomanceRe: Whats So Special About Tall, Dark And Handsome Men? by pawa4ul: 8:30am On Jun 17, 2011
Tall, dark and handsome was for our mothers>

Today, Tall, dark and handsome does not in any way reflect the physical looks of a man, but it depicts the length and breadth of the man's pocket, period.
That is what women mean when they say tall, dark and handsome.
Tall: How much the man flaunts.
Dark: It does not matter how much he spends today, he has enough to take care of her needs (the money is more than her requests).
Handsome: Sweet cars, nice apartment and good swag to crown it all.

Abi women no be so?

Paddy Lo or Paddy hi, I no blame you. The fact is that you could not match the lifestyle abroad and things were getting too rough with you over there so you decided to come die in your mama's land.
I work with a multinational oil company here  in PH and have a lot of whites(both male and female) as colleagues. These people do not brush their mouths at all. All they do is drink coffee-coffee-coffee, and here you are claiming they have good mouth hygiene.
I have also travelled a countless times to the United States for one course or the other, so I know them inside out. They worship us like idols over there. Anyway, I guess you were staying in the very local ghettos (neighbourhood) where we have only blacks so you did not have the opportunity of knowing how the whites are.
And to all of you who do not know the current state of the Nija society, gone are the days when one local American-miss-road guy will return to Nija with canvass shoes and be claiming to be a big boy. You have all got nothing.

Paddy lo, you should also not have anything with the girls cos they might not have glossed their puxxi.

I tot that Nijas have grown far above this bullshit level that these Ibos and Yorubas are exhibiting in this thread. For speaking out loud, we should talk about the topic and be happy for the performing Gov-FRB. Lagos is not just a yoruba state, but a national one. That is why we need ppl like Fashola to govern the state. That should be our focus. We should spend more time praying for him and not these bullshit that you low-brains are doing here.

PoliticsRe: Here We Go Again: CPC Rejects Presidential Election Result by pawa4ul: 9:38am On Apr 19, 2011
What the hell is wrong with this old man called Buhari. Was he not the same person who started the destruction of the democracy we instituted when Shagari was elected President of of our dear country? Now what has he forgotten there that he wants to go and take? Yaradua won by rigging and there was no chaos. Goodluck has won by what has been reckoned as the freest and fairest election in this country and he is opening his mouth to say he rejects the polls.
His arrogant and proud nature did not allow him to remain in one party cos he always wanted everybody to be under him.
Let us get one thing clear: Buhari wanted an alliance with ACN cos he saw the writing on the wall of his defeat by Jonathan. The alliance did not work, and I am surprised that such a man of his level would not undestand that the reason for his fear would prevail in the election. Pride did not allow him to allow another person emerge as the presidential flagbearer for ANPP, so went ahead to form the CPC. Same pride would not allow him to step down for the younger brother Ribadu, so the pride took him to the land of failures.

Should we even alow this man to contest elections bearing in mind that he was the same man that destroyed the democracy we built before?

Pls Buhari, it is not written in any constitution that you must rule this nation as a military man and as a civilian.
