Hi all, I am not looking for anybody's wahala here o but has anyone checked the handle @DrReubenAbati recently. the last 3 tweets would show you that its clearly a fake account or an hacked account - Abati would not talk about president buying a book for the minister (he instead of she); wont make jest of the colour code; and note it says parody account - i was also deceived into 'un- following' the real one and following the 'Dr' thinking someone here cannot be wrong. by the way i think beaf is not reno unless its a master strategy...... I think (with all due respect) that beaf should apologize for his error and lets move on. thank you all |
hi all, if you are not laughing at reading all above; then seriously u need help. thanks for the stress buster guys. i am 100% sure the story is false though nice nite |

Hi, I think what you would have done is request for information from those in the financial services industry and this you can do by actually going to a couple of finance houses in Lagos and being friendly. a lot of people here would scare you away but its quite a lucrative and good business; I'm working in one so should know. the challenges are there but you always work the risk premium into your rates and now is the best time to start in Nigeria; money is scarce out there; business a bit dull but you'll be amazed at the number of small businesses who needs funds and unable to get due to our self imposed financial crisis and the resultant risk averse attitude of the few that still have money based on the little i know there are 2 ways you can go about it. registering a company for investment is 1 but that could cost you some good money being tied down registering a general purpose company is 2nd but then you run the risk of breaking a couple of laws so the first option seems best but as at the last time i asked you'll need about 20m for that. sounds big to me then but since i don't know your pocket........ in operating the basic thing is your documentation which has to be tight and properly worded. our legal system is such that favours the customer so get your clients to sign all required documents try and lean towards loans that can bring in weekly or bi-weekly inflows and not much of lpos/contracts as they could tie down your funds and delay your expansion. in Nigeria; emphasis should be on business experience and ability to generate steady cashflow try and visit ofid dept in cbn for more details but be careful as that would put you on the radar so if you have started the improper way initial capital mandatory expenses is a critical factor to watch out for as it could make or break you. just think of it as a poultry business; requires attention to details; not fanciful things and sincerity enjoy urself; am a credit person thank you |

Hello all, some of us are actually planning to buy cars via this medium I have read the initial endorsement/comment made by inspired_m in respect of the subject car here. i think its only appropriate that he 'explains' what he knows about the car here. i don't know him; i plan on getting a small car through him based on the costs he gave me which is few thousand less than femmy & based on the volume of business it seems he has done on this forum. now this has got me thinking again... so he needs to come up and explain his involvement - trust me i would have made a good proportion of the mistakes Alhaji made if same car was 'endorsed' by inspired for me and i have the dough on hand. interestingly the pictures of the front were not displayed until the very end and looks accidented to me unless the photographer/sun was playing funny thank you all |

Hello all, I've laughed my head off here. this is really cool and for the first time NL made me forget a serious thing! I've been laughing so much that ......... you guys are just too much on a serious note I had believed this was all lies until someone (u know who) made his observations which made me believe it might really be true well, my position is this: - is this part of the Sure - P programs? - why cant govt just do the most feasible and realistic thing - increase tariffs on the other bulbs by 100%; reduce tariffs on the energy saving bulbs - how can govt use Sure P's money to bring in bulbs; who is supposed to monitor/administer the funds?. - why would govt exposure itself to possible avenues of fraud and corruption by championing this; why not just announce tax holidays equivalent to the amount to be spent for 5 firms willing to bring in quality bulbs and let the market find its level? Energy saving bulbs are good; they are not that 'expensive' as some wants to make it look; policies to encourage its usage is what government needs to look into and it does not work well in low voltage situations. on a lighter mode - are the bulbs being manufactured by Siemens AG? thank you |

an addition; for me; i think for a bungalow; piping & wiring are done after roofing the bungalow. nothing wrong with piping before i agree but most bungalows I've seen would do it after roofing. just my opinion thank you |
Dear Aasog; I am not a builder and definitely not making case for the OP however in my village in Ekiti state; i cant remember seeing a bungalow with pillars; its a matter of choice sir (my opinion) I've seen crazy wind storms too but none of those buildings cracked or crashed..... not posting the plan/ - its his choice; what if he decides not to post at all sir? on the height of foundation - you builders knows better; looks ok to me though.... on the fence; most typical builders out of Lagos would do what he has done; i believe there is more than enough room for the fence based on the cleared land area in the pictures. why spend money on fence when nobody is chasing you sir?. its Lagos and ogun state that has that challenge cos of boys.... Sir; I have seen a lot of your posts and do respect them & you but on your post here i think there is something i am missing ...... did not sound like you sir. thank you. nice day |
any online link to watch pls?. lights out |
Hello all, I have a lot of respect for the minister but here I think she’s directing the blame at the wrong group. Leadership works best by example. A political party rules the country; controls the national assembly and the governors forum Most of these governors are also from a loyal base of the present government and entitled to derivation %. What motivating policy of the government has been sold to the house and the governors to make them agree to save money? The present government is spending like no man’s business and expects the governors to do what? Apart from 1-2 minister’s who else is performing in spite of the huge budgetary allocation; yet you expect my state governor (Ekiti) to agree with you to save some money he knows would vanish when the next election period comes? Capital No!. So I am not surprised they have adopted the ‘if it can fall/crash let it fall approach’ – which is an interpretation of the minister’s comments here. The present government should call itself to order; develop a workable plan to move forward that would require savings as a condition for success and sell it to the Nigerian public, let’s see who would not back it up. Blaming the govs for not allowing only you to exercise the right to squander is not good enough. Thank you |

Now subscribed. Thankfully this thread has been relatively devoid of the usual name calling and tribalistic tendencies of NL interestingly too; politics seems to have been left behind as 2 well known political enemies are aligned in thoughts here. in view of recent developments; I know this topic would come alive again. I have nothing against the man personally but keeps wondering at the government of the day allowing clear cut take over of its roles. thank you |
bros avail me his number please. thanks atopeaceland at gmail dot com |
okay, thanks for your good advice men i just love those windows! |
Bros; as an addition to earlier request i noticed here that you fixed the burglary after plastering; now I've seen a place where plastering was done immediately burglary was being done but it seems not to be a common thing. i dont know if it has any future effects on plaster my question is did you considered the option of fixing and plastering at a go and if yes what informed your decision to go for plastering - break plaster and then fixing of burglary proofs?. just wondering thank you |
Bros, one i love the windows - too much!! I would also appreciate if you can avail me the details of the aluminum windows person hope i can quote you as the 'referrer' whenever I'm ready can post the details here or to : atopeaceland at gmail dot com also that of the burglary person too. thanks. you are really inspiring me to push more |
