Shelumiel: Your government may have failed you by having poor medical facilities to handle whats on ground. But dont fail yourself, educate yourself on the virus and isolate yourself and family from large gatherings. I want you to be optimistic about the situation. But if you call that thrash, and believe you are doomed, i agree with you. You're doomed. 1 Like |

Shelumiel: Never say Never. In as much as the virus is a threat of a sort, still, it is not an existential threat, not to Nigeria, not to the world. The bubonic plague, the malaria pandemic and others all came and left, the earth remains. so far, death rate in comparison with recovery rate is quite low less than 3% or so. But still life is important even of a few, so spread knowledge and not panic and misguded fear, by aggravsting the situation. for now stay indoors and comply with your government directives. It shall come and pass. 2 Likes |

Hello, Good day to you and Yours. Our world is at an Important turning point. Since we began the decade. A novel form of the very familiar corona virus named COVID-19 has been ravaging the corners of the globe. What is left on its wake is panic and fear. With a good Immune System and no issue of pre-existing morbidity there is a high chance of survival for every person. What essentially is the primary fear with the virus is it's sonic infection rate. So that there are chances of healthy and asymptomatic carriers transmitting the virus to others with much sickly defense systems that would prove too weak to contain and fight the virus and hence surrender to consequent fatal blows. First question what is the fate of those in the Tropics, Nigeria Precisely. in the time to come?. better or worse? For now better. ----——— One death recorded so far which was not entirely due to the virus(the fellow had a history of myeloma and diabetes). ––––––There's the suggestion of Temperamental effect on the general state and behavior of a virus. ——————And again my suggestion of physiological polycythaemia. For the people at altitudes much higher . And with one of the symptoms of the infection being loss of breath, the tissues of these people may react to the hypoxia at a manner much more different. What are your thoughts on this virus that now proves a global emergency? |

djdutchbrah: These bright minds You speak of, are the minority in Nigeria. Nigeria as a majority is a collection of blind and empty brained dimwits. Remember this is a democracy. So if Nigerian leaders are a gang of bandits and thugs as you said, and the population of voters could not see this., it means majority wins the vote. Verdict: Nigerians are not as smart as you paint them. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Crime / Re: Yahoo Boys In More EFCC Trouble, Korea Offers Help In Cyber Intelligence by peacesamuel94(m): 2:46pm On Oct 01, 2019 |
Thievery, is not smart, is not intelligent is not wise. A thief is one who has or is blind to whatever service of value he has to render in exchange for money and who on realizing, this, resorts to prying on that of others. The thief is dumb, and thievery in turn is for the blind. There is no excuse for thievery. Saying the whites stole from us first, does not cut it, or that everyone is innately selfish does not either, or that the victims are greedy are all too lame and stupid as excuses. And one more thing, you would find much more dignity and self respect in a legitimate penny, than a stolen pound you would hold your head high and say " i earned this , it is why there is no proud theif, no one answers it, they would either say i am a Yahoo boy, a burgler, and all. But when you call thief. They pick offense. You don't need to be as rich as bill gate to live life to the fullest. Make as much as u can, and spend as much as you worth. And there you will find peace, and fufillment. Competition is for brutes, simple and Hollow brained brutes. Strut out of that delusion and see that life is much more profound, larger and realer than that. Word for the wise. 18 Likes 2 Shares |

Perhaps this might be useful to NeuroResearchers. If by any means you're curious about what it is like for the human mind to be plain dumb, that is, for it to be at the lowest threshold of sentience attainable...almost cretinous, and still be (in the broadest possible sense of the word) sane enough, or perhaps conscious enough, to use the internet. Then you may consider the clutch of Ipob slowpokes that have commented so far, above and below on this thread. And Of Whom, I must admit have gotten to the very peak of blind and bland idiocy, so great, that reality and facts matter no more to their dulled senses. And one must add, that their literacy is an apology to the unfortunate taxpayer responsible. So long. 19 Likes 4 Shares |

sonnie10: You said in your previous post that what they did was more than editing. And Here you are saying no one is saying the video is not real, just that it could be clips from different videos put together. Your point I still don't get. If Buhari no longer wanted go to Japan he would just publicly announce so. Afterall there have been times even within Nigeria when he had had to cancel visits to some states. I have watched that video. And it is realer than life. Their main focus was Buhari and his speech, and not the audience, they have nothing to prove. No need straining the mind to disprove reality, to prevent sounding unintentionally but still sincerely daft. I respect the Biafran struggle, but like I said protesting through stubborn, unyielding stupidity is not the way. 4 Likes |

sonnie10: I will give it that you're learned. If so, please show the genuine video without President Muhammadu buhari. Because for a video to be doctored it means, by consequence that the original has been tampered with. Do you for the sake of respect to sentience even understand the meaning of what You're implying. That a public figure has recognised as Buhari..The President of a nation would claim release of a fake video to the public of him being in a place like this. Without anyone, batting an eyelid, or you think he went there uninvited. This administration no doubt may have dealt the IpOb unkindly, but I think there's no need displaying misguided and unchecked stupidity to retaliate. 3 Likes |

[quote author=Iblad0994 post=81597151] He has never held a position in the FG, he’s not a governor or political office holder in the SE, he did not come out for once to abuse the Igbos, so why the current denigration of Bola Tinubu by your folks? I am Edo, and almost cannot see how the IBO's are "my folks" except you mean as fellow Nigerians. If so, then the descriptive term should have been "Our. So just by my asking how you came up with the deduction that the southeast hating Tinubu was a generally acclaimed reality. You've assumed without prior research from just that, that i must be IBO. From the above it seems it's quite habitual to make heavy and general claims from very minute sources and vague aberrations of evidence and hence I'm inclined not to take you any more serious. 1 Like 1 Share |

I appluad this, wholeheartedly, if this can continue, then the dawning of revolution is indeed soon, very soon. I am in total support of the biafran manadate, though not Ipob. These people have taught us that these thieves can be confronted, touched. They're not immune to manhandling. Only a vile, and imbecilic slowpoke should be against this. Suffering and smiling cankerworms that worship their own detractors. Treat them like you treat phone and garri thieves because they're even worse. A thief is a thief whether the thing stolen is a billion or not. 9 Likes |

Iziquiel: Of course, no system is perfect, and who says it is. So if what you're is saying is true, then it means the American correctional system harbour only people from other countries, or better still just animals in their Prisons, so Americans don't go to Prison right? and when/if they do, they prevent us from knowing right?. So when people like Elizabeth Holmes, Timothy McVeigh and the likes go to Prison, its just Hollywood abi, I didn't know. Infact this is not my main problem with your argument...the above...is not. It is rather your insinuating that since Americans shield their bad eggs or perhaps have a questionable legal system, then it therefore justifies us..Nigerians to do same. Americans are not Angels. Yes. They are not. then what,? How does that affect Nigerians?. that one is a thief does not mean the other, should draw boldness from it. It is this bandwagon mentality that's killing the already dying remnants of hope in the Nation, what woe would betide her, if her youths totally embrace it. Ignore the number and calibre of people living the lie and spread truth. It is what matters. |

Spending 1.9million in a day on nonsense when you're not a billionaire, (not that it justifies such) is not, "balling". It is dumb, stupid a sign of being financially tactless. 12 Likes 1 Share |
