allthingsgood:Congratulations to you and those with you👍 |
ozo13:Yes please 😎 |
Please, for the sake of Peter Obi’s case, workers should not go on strike. I don’t want us losing days due to strike of Judiciary Workers and any day lost would no longer be recovered as court has statutory days to deliver judgment. |
OldBeer:Just tell your masters that if they don’t act fast enough, they too will not be safe from the fire that will consume the country. |
Blacknote:No. I’m Penguin from the city of Gotham. |
OldBeer:If you like, don’t advise your masters to work assiduously towards ameliorating the plight of the people occasioned by this haphazard subsidy removal. Tell them to continue relying on the military to kill those who dare come out. We will see how many they can kill. |
Blackdeewhy:That’s what I have issues with. Why should they loot private businesses? Now, looting it was not enough for them, they set the building ablaze. That’s wickedness. But that adds up to why countries should always try to avoid anything that would lead to such crisis. Because once it ensues, it usually has many collateral damage. |
garfield1:It is not same thing. Presidential election was clear robbery. Don’t compare |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGs2-1-ZY5w Senegalese authorities are battling to contain what is turning out to become a full blown crisis across the country. Bonfires can be set in the streets as protesters are seen looting major shopping malls and setting them ablaze. Hopefully, Senegalese authorities will find a way to contain the crisis. But hope other African countries that are toiling with the choice and yearnings of the people are watching. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDks83QjgiU Nlfpmod Mynd44 |
Of what significance is his going in a cart to the fight against terrorism?🧐 |
iSense247:Lol! The thing no shock u? Nobody remembers that Atiku contested the 2023 election anymore. It is Obi morning, afternoon and night. |
00FFT00:What is happening in Senegal would be beans to what will happen in Nigeria. |
garfield1:Nwifuru didn’t lose. But he won by a slimmer margin than was awarded him. And there were other irregularities that could nullify his election; though negligible. But I don’t care if he gets booted out by the courts if his opponents are able to prove his malfeasance. I’m not double faced like Tinubu supporters who close eyes to evil because it favours them. |
This is what would have been the case in Rivers and Ebonyi if the Appeal Court President hadn’t relocated their Tribunals to Abuja. |
Peter Mbah is a stupid dunce. This same approach he is trying to use in Enugu was what Soludo tried when he became governor in Anambra and it ended disastrously yet Mbah chose to toe same path. Sometimes you wonder if these guys live in a hole before coming to power. |
NzogbuNzogbu:The election was a one off event. And even at that, we saw police and Army chiefs issue statements to assure people of their security. We saw military tanks deployed to the streets and villages of the east and elsewhere in the country. What security structure has Mbah put in place to reassure the people of their security before issuing his dumb directives? Or when nefarious elements kills anyone, you will hear him issuing statements that “the government sympathizes with victims and assure that perpetrators will be brought to book”. Meanwhile lives are gone. Is that how a human being with brains in his head operates? |
toneroforever:He has already fallen. How can he wake up and issue directive to Enugu people that they should put their live in danger? Because he’s governor? He’s very stupid. Like you said, he should have taken a cue from the pushback that Soludo got when he tried to apply same approach when he took office in Anambra. The best thing Mbah would have done would have been to keep quiet and face governance for now and stay away from IPOB talks. Now he has made IPOB see him as enemy; he has challenged IPOB to a fight and you know how those things end. Mbah is a dunce. |
And even more… One can only wonder, when will Africa ever get it right?

But what is really going on in Senegal? You may ask. Well, these tweets will help make an understanding of what is happening in Senegal.
|
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZxPCWB0cb8 There’s limit to what a people can take. When you push and push and push the people to a certain level, they will get to a point they will start to not only resist your push but also start to push back. That’s the situation in Senegal right now. Since taking office in 2012, Macky Sall, the country’s president, has played a vendetta kind of politics and consistently used instruments of government to clamp down on oppositions and even disqualify leading opposition candidates from standing for elections just so that he can easily retain power. This has led to over 400 political prisoners serving jail terms over different kind of trumped up charges. But this time around, the people seem to have had enough and has taken to the streets. What is interesting in the video above however, is that Senegalese soldiers who were most likely deployed to clamp down on the protesters are seen in the clip waving at the protesters just as the protesters hailed the soldiers in return. This is totally in contrast to what was witnessed in Nigeria in 2020 when Soldiers were deployed against peaceful protesters in Lekki, Lagos, and what happened next is what we all already know. I hope Nigeria is watching and taking notes to see and learn that there’s limit to what a people can take before they pushback. SENEGAL: Soldiers waving as they pass through the crowd of rioters in Senegalese capital Dakar today.

The governor is very stupid. |
Giftexx:Lukaku is Belgian. He’s not African; in the eyes of Italians at least. |
Adakintroy:Was Haland the best player in EPL las season? |
Stupid Nation Newspaper will never report about the massacres going on in Benue and Plateau. In fact, just yesterday, gunmen killed 30 persons in Sokoto but Nations Newspaper will never report about it. But if somebody farts in Anambra or Abia or anywhere in Southeast, they will carry it on their head like gala. No wonder they have lost all relevance and reckoning. Ndi ala! |
Masha Allah! But Victor Osimhen’s incredibility has exposed how racist Italy is; including the leadership of the Seria A. After Napoli won the league, the crowned the guy who was making assists as the new king of Naples. Now, at the end of season, they went ahead and decorated the guy who was making assists as the Seria A player of the season and had to carve out “Striker of the Season” award for Osimhen. All these rigmarole is just so an African doesn’t become the face of Seria A. Very racist idiots. |
frankson1:So you don’t know how BAT is implementing the fuel subsidy removal? Are you not in Nigeria? |
Acekidc4:Nlfpmod Mynd44 |
Parachoko:I’ve already made peace with the judges sustaining Tinubu’s illegitimate victory. But I’m certain that to achieve that, they would have bend our laws upside down and it would be interesting to read what they would offer as their reasons which would eventually become laws for all of us. |
FreeStuffsNG:How low of you and Tinubu to think that they can factionalize the NLC instead of listening to their demand. Tell Tinubu to stop sprinkling ethnocentrism into every facet of Nigerian organizations. Instead of working to diminish our ethnic divisions, Tinubu is more interested in widening it. |
Idiotic Tinubu and his Owambe boys think they can balkanize NLC with their usual ethnic slurs but I trust the discipline of NLC to withstand every internal Lamidi Apapa within the congress. I support subsidy removal… But I do not support how Tinubu is implementing it and I do not also support playing politics and trying to balkanize the NLC into North, East and Southwest. It simply shows that Tinubu is a divisive figure. |
