senatordave1:Poor you… Atiku lost the 2019 election case because as of the then, there was no law allowing INEC to own, maintain and deploy a server for the purpose of an election. That has now been taken care of by the 2022 Electoral Act which has given INEC the power to maintain a server and deploy other electronic devices for elections. Therefore, anything related to server or other electronic devices deployed by INEC is now justiciable in court. Grow up from your anachronistic 2010 Electoral Act. About Rivers and Benue, the question is not about the votes from there making significant difference in Obi’s favour, but if that action does not amount to substantial infringement on the conduct of the election and a justifiable ground for cancellation of the election. Then lastly, remember that Obi is not contending only the votes of Rivers and Benue, but also Kaduna, Lagos, Bauchi, etc. So, relax and get your wig ready to defend Tinubu in court. If una win, congratulations.

Maize247:Go and read the 100 paragraphs of the case so that you will stop disgracing yourself in public. |
tuborme:I want to see how the judges will dismiss all the grounds of the petition in Tinubu’s favour. We are waiting. |
senatordave1:1) There are documents to support that Shettima was still a senatorial candidate for Borno Central as of the time his name was officially filed with INEC on 14th July, 2022. Then he resigned from that contest on 15th July, 2022. The implication is that for close to 24hrs, Shettima was standing election in 2 constituencies. An action that violates the Electoral Act, 2022. Note: Documents supporting this ground were obtained from INEC and not based on hearsay. 2) There’s a section of the constitution that talks about criminal conviction as grounds for disqualification from an election. The caveat to this provision is that it expires after 10 years. But as requirements for contesting an election into the office of the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the constitution talked about having been convicted by ANY COURT in a case of corruption which shows the person as dishonest and corrupt. The constitution did not attach an expiry date to this. 3) You think you dealing with aboki, abi? Accreditation is incomplete and inconclusive on INEC dubious IReV but it’s not incomplete and inconclusive on the Amazon Cloud Server that is hosting INEC’s data. Peter Obi claims he has the accreditation data as obtained from Amazon and this accreditation data did not tally with what INEC published in many constituencies. Obi is ready to subpoena Amazon Officials to testify to this. U messed with the wrong guy! 4) Well, if LP is able to prove its case beyond every reasonable doubt that it won Rivers and Benue but INEC declared them for Tinubu, then it would now be left to the Judges to determine if that does not amount to SUBSTANTIAL infringement on the outcome of the election. You called two states for somebody who did not win it and you think it’s not a case? Purge your mind Garfield before it becomes irredeemable. |
Jamestown123:So if you type out a section of the constitution for me on Nairaland, I will dismiss it claiming it is “Nairaland constitution”. Wouldn’t you think I’m an idiot? |
By the time the fireworks begin, Tinubu will be negotiating for a soft landing. Ndi ala! |
raskymonojendor:There are close to 40 lawyers listed as solicitors in the case with some of them being Yoruba and other tribe. But of course, you will only screenshot the part that suits the agenda and propaganda you want to push. But nevertheless, whether Obi’s lawyers are all from Anambra or are all his siblings is of no material consequence to his case. Just tell Fagbemi and his co ewedu lawyers to prepare their defense. Ngiyaponga! |
The picture below is why Tinubu’s drug case in the US amounts to a ground for disqualification from the presidential race.

https://www.scribd.com/document/632742041/Peter-Obi-Election-Petition Above is a link to the full text of Peter Obi’s petition challenging Tinubu’s victory in court. Key takeaways:- 1) In talking about Tinubu’s non-qualification to contest the election, no mention was made about his certificates. The grounds of Obi and Labour Party’s prayers are that as of the time of Shettima’s nomination as Vice Presidential candidate of the APC and Tinubu, he was still the senatorial candidate of the APC in a senatorial district in Borno State. An act that contravenes the Electoral Act 2022. The second ground is Tinubu’s drug case in the US.(an official of the US Justice Department is listed as witness here and might likely be testifying in court) 2) Labour Party and Peter Obi are claiming to have obtained accreditation data from Amazon Cloud which hosts INEC’s accreditation data and are ready to subpoena the staff or officials of Amazon as witnesses. 3) Obi and Labour Party are contending that there was over voting in Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti, etc, as accreditation data did not correspond with the votes recorded from these states. 4) That Labour Party’s votes were wrongly allocated to APC and Tinubu in over 18,000 polling units across the country. 5) That Labour Party won in Rivers and Benue. 6) That Tinubu did score 25% in Abuja. 7) That INEC failed to follow its own guidelines for the conduct of the elections. In summary, the allegations are weighty and evidences almost incontrovertible that will amount to as the 9th wonder of the world if Tinubu’s victory is validated by the courts. tsephanyah:And this came to pass or it was edited? Meanwhile, Tinubu will return the mandate. |
Fool! The Mark Essien guy has been exposed as a double agent. He’s an Elrufai idiot. We don’t want anything from Tinubu. The Southeast doesn’t even want the Senate Presidency from Tinubu’s government. It should go to Northwest or Southwest. Tinubu is even at liberty to break the constitution and not appoint anybody as minister from the five southeast states. He should make sure all certificate of Occupancy of all Igbos is revoked in Lagos. Alaba and Ladipo should be converted to BRT bus park and mini stadium. And lastly, all Igbos should be parked in Dangote trucks and sent back to the East. If Tinubu doesn’t do all these, then he’s a bastard and the biggest foolish idiot to walk planet earth. Ndi ala! |
Legendhero Oyatz Urpapa and others I told you guys that you were in a rush but you were masturbating. What have you to say now that you have seen the original charge sheet?💁 |
tunjijones:😎😎😎 |
tunjijones:Jakande had no previous experience anywhere before he became governor but has been the best Lagos Governor so far. So, experience matters but it doesn’t mean that somebody without experience will fail. |
Look at these fools… Ikpeazu wanted to do what Wike did in Rivers but man is so dull he can’t even rig election intelligently. Little wonder Abia has been in a mess under his leadership. I just pray INEC gets this one correctly and helps liberate Abia. Them don too suffer. |
abobote:The thing no shock you?🤣🤣🤣 |
LegendHero:Why are you in a rush? Wait, you will still get the full gist of Obi’s prayers in court. Premium Times is just an extension of The Nations Newspaper. So don’t expect them to be unbiased in reporting anything about Peter Obi. But one thing is sure, Tinubu will return the mandate he stole. |
mrrandomguy:And what’s your point now? That Tinubu is going to supervise a war where Igbos will be wiped out? |
Asgard13:Leave us to our fight. Did your fathers fight the Biafran War with us? |
Asgard13:All PDP needed to do was zone their ticket to southeast. The region has been loyal for 24 years. How much longer did you want them to continue in servitude? All Atiku needed to do was stand behind a Southeasterner like Obi who is his friend and sell him in the north. But Atiku felt he was too big and that he had it all figured out. See eh, I like what Southeast did to PDP as led by Peter Obi. Now PDP knows they cannot achieve anything by relying on the northern votes alone. Now northerners know that they cannot switch between themselves by playing on the interest, emotions or intelligence of some section of the south every time. I dread Tinubu presidency. But rather that than northern hegemony emboldened by a northerner succeeding a northerner. In 2027, PDP should give her ticket to Tambuwal or Bala Mohammed or even Kwankwaso, you hear? Rubbish!😏 |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppzIxMhvDYI Jubilation in the streets of Enugu as Chijioke Edeoga of Labour is declared winner of the state gubernatorial election. One state down, Abia to go. Nlfpmod Mynd44 Senatordave1 Buharifan |
Mykelinkin:Imagine! I’m sure they were paranoid that the state was about to fall into the hands of Christians and they sprang into action. How would David get victory in the court with this calibre of people against him? |
senatordave1:So you believe Omo Agege will win Delta? Ken Pella stood a better a chance. About Plateau, have you seen Plateau people jubilating in the streets? You think someone they didn’t vote for won and they are jubilating? You really need to purge your brain from seeing right as wrong and wrong as right. |
Tunechi5:Go and take several sits, you didn’t vote for Obi. |
rolams:Sweet victory indeed. I wish the victory of PDP in Nasarawa and Kaduna weren’t robbed 🤦 |
Supremos:I don’t know about going to jail but the fact that they will not be nearing Abia treasury again is enough. Imagine they were already positioning T.A Orji’s son for governorship. I just pray that the God that has started this work in Abia will see it to the end. |
Neoteny7:Where is Tinubu? |
Luchitec:No be small rest na! Allow them to continue fooling themselves in Enugu. It’s the last kick of a dying horse. I know they wanted to use the Uzodimma template in Imo where he wrote fictitious results and when INEC rejected the results, he went to court and argued that INEC didn’t have the power to reject his results at the level of collation and the Courts agreed with him and declared him governor. But that loophole has been taken care of by the Electoral Act 2022, which empowers INEC to, in times of disputed result, compare the result with the data on the BVAS and IReV to resolve the dispute. So, INEC is within its powers on this one. If PDP is sure of their 80k votes from Nkanu East LGA where there’s allegations that they did not use the BVAS machine, then they shouldn’t worry. INEC will simply compare the accreditation data on the BVAS across the LGA, if the number of accredited voters sums up to 80k, then their votes will be awarded to them, if not, it’s ite missa est for PDP in Enugu State. Ndi ala! |
lildush:I pray o🤦 Especially that Obasanjo silence eh… But forget o, e fit be say baba no dey do anything 😏 |
eben97:Goodluck to him. |
tunjijones:There’s a reason we believe Otti will not fail. He was CEO of the defunct Diamond Bank and in his time, the bank grew and did well. So, you see, we are hopeful that somebody who has demonstrated capacity at such level is not likely to fail in governance. |
