See this fool! I want Orji Uzor Kalu to know that the race for the seat of the Senate President should not be based on religion but capacity. Besides, Igbos have not built enough bridge to warrant having the senate presidency. They need to build enough bridges before they can come back in 20 years time. So, visiting Buhari is waste time by this efulefu. |
The Founder and CEO of People’s Gazette is reporting that the Supreme Court of Nigeria declined the paper’s request about the whereabouts of the CJN for 2 days. Before you argue, remember that the CJN is a public servant and as such the public has every right to demand and know his whereabouts. Mynd44 Lalasticlala

Hmmm! They are fighting Nigerians. Fighting America Now fighting the UK. I hope the Arabs are not leading you fools to your slaughter? Because if you are taking on the West, it means you have made friends with either the Arabs or China and you know what happens to countries that feel they can boldly identify with the enemies of the West. Nigeria’s Foreign Policy is the Policy of Nonalignment. I think Tinubu and his BATstards should keep it that way before they lead us into another round of crisis on the global stage when we are not done resolving the many crisis on home front. Is there no one in Tinubu circle with brain at all? |
Good one! Not only will a live telecast help us follow the proceedings, it will also help us see the faces of the motherfucking judges that will rule nonsense. |
Rada rada! Won’t stop him from losing re-election. |
I just dey pity Tinubu sha. Because when shit starts to hit the ceiling, he will be alone in the fight; with only the support of his BATstards who are very few. The north won’t be with him. The south won’t be with him. The east won’t be with him. Even his native west are not enthusiastic about him. Tinubu’s only allies are criminals. |
I don’t know if Tinubu will be sworn in or not. But if he ever gets sworn in, he will be the most unpopular motherfucker to ever occupy the presidential seat. The drug baron will spend 4 years trying to prove himself and living under the shadows of Peter Obi. |
helinues:They won’t amount to achievements to you because you are used to cash and carry achievements. When you are finally healed from that, you will realize how much of an achievement these things are. |
Stupid and foolish APC are salivating on their tiny hope of going back to Plateau Government House through the back. Having read what happened here, it is clearly different from the Zamfara scenario. What happened to APC in Zamfara was that they conducted their primaries a day after the timeframe for the conduct of primaries had elapsed. It had nothing to do with party leadership structure. In Plateau case, the argument that it is the National Working Committee of a party that organizes Governorship Primaries is right. The Plateau primaries was organized by the NWC of the PDP which insulates the outcome of the primary from whatever leadership issues Plateau State PDP exco is having. National Leadership of a party “conducts” primaries and not “supervise”. It is INEC that supervises. |
helinues:Labour Party was able to cause your Agbado lord and saviour and his kit and kin, to embarrass themselves up to a global magnitude in trying to rig elections and steal Labour Party’s mandate. Again, the party has now exposed Tinubu as an ethnic champion and his attack dogs as bunch of ethnic and brainless bigots who called Igbos immigrants in their country and prevented them from exercising their franchise in their country and in the state where they pay taxes. The world saw it. Nigerians saw it. Furthermore, Labour Party has helped separate those who want progress for Nigeria from the hooligans who want the status quo for Nigeria and don’t mind the country burning or massacring everyone inside so they can rule over our carcasses. In the same vein, it has exposed the rot in almost all sectors, parastatal and agency of government. From the hypocrisy of some media outlets, to the criminal institution called INEC to the fact that the Army and the police exist for those in power and not for the ordinary citizen. Now, LP is in court to show us how terrible the courts have become. So, you see my friend, apart from upsetting the establishment and winning a governorship election and seats in senate and Assemblies, Labour Party achieved many other things that I pray you won’t be too myopic to see. The party has changed the political dynamics of Nigeria forever. It doesn’t matter if Tinubu gets sworn in or not, but our politicking will never remain the same. Kudos to Labour Party; don’t you agree? |
Ha! At this juncture, I think what these guys are suffering is now full blown madness. You are fighting ordinary Nigerians. You are fighting the fathers of Nigeria. You are fighting America by accusing Obi of having links with the CIA. Now you have also taken the fight to the UK? Let me remind FFK very quickly that this dangerous road they are walking was what killed Patrice Lumumba of Congo. Lumumba led the fight for the independence of Congo until he got it and became the country’s first Prime Minister. In his Independence Day Address, he looked Belgian Colonial officials in the face and proclaimed, “we are no longer your monkeys”. Long story short, he was assassinated in less than one year. Do I support our freedom from the neo-colonialism of the UK? Yes. But FFK is not speaking for us. I don’t know what is giving Tinubu and his camp this confidence. Maybe they have an alliance with the Arabs. But whatever it is shouldn’t have made them mad. Right now, Nigerians are scared of a Tinubu presidency and our partners are becoming scared of his presidency as well. Las las we might not wait for the courts before booting Tinubu out. |
Could it be that it’s poverty that has damaged the brains of these Tinubu BATstards? Look at somebody selling zobo supporting Tinubu. And you say it’s not foolishness. Well, there are two reasons people support Tinubu… The first is tribalism and bigotry. The second is outright foolishness, irredeemable stupidity and bumbling idiocy. Ndi ala! |
Kenmatt:Are you okay? |
Unfortunately, Soludo has now become stupid. The gods have made him mad and he’s now into letter writing. Retribution awaits him. |
totit:See the full provision below. It’s talking about the administration of the FCT and not as it partains its place as a constitutional requirement for winning the presidency.
|
N3TRAL:Oh! So you are already rejoicing that all the overvoting in favour of Tinubu will be explained away on the ground that they did not exceed number of registered voters? Don’t be a joker! |
PDP won in Kaduna, Ogun and Nasarawa. Labour won in Enugu. But INEC declared different candidates in these states. Will the courts do justice? I don’t know. Are the people aware that their was stolen? Yes. The world now knows that INEC is a criminal organization. |
GhaliNaaba:The section is talking about the administration of the FCT. It has nothing to do with the FCT’s status as regards the requirements that must be satisfied before one is declared a president.
|
totit:It’s good that you have now accepted that the only precedent about 25% in the FCT ever set by the Supreme Court is in favour of Obi’s case. That’s what I wanted to make clear to you beyond every reasonable doubt. |
totit:You are not making sense. How would 25% in the FCT be a matter of litigation against Obasanjo when he won the FCT in 2003? Again, there was no mention of 25% in the FCT in the case you provided its link. I’ve asked you to take a screenshot of where it was mentioned in the case like I’ve been taking screenshots of my own claims but you are not doing it. Rest abeg. |
totit:Again, a simple Google search makes nonsense of your claim. Below is the result of the 2003 Presidential Election in Nigeria. A study of the result will show you that Obasanjo won in 25 States of the Federation and the FCT. How then did Buhari take Obasanjo to court for not scoring 25% in the FCT? Why do some of you engage in this kind of mischievous lies, stupid propaganda, propagation of falsehood and deliberate misinformation of the public?
|
Light777:There was no mention of 25% in the FCT in the case he’s citing.
|
senatordave1:Read section 299(d) and come back when you are done. |
totit:See the link you provided and the issues raised by the petitioner, Buhari. There was no mention of 25% in the FCT in the case. Can you post a screenshot of the part that talked about 25% in the FCT?
|
LagosG:That’s your evidence 🤔? |
totit:For not getting 25% in the FCT or not winning FCT? |
senatordave1:Fantastic. Now what do you think that means to Obi and Atiku’s argument of Tinubu not satisfying the constitutional provision by failing to get 25% in the FCT? If it is established now that the Supreme Court has defined AND as a conjunctive, the implication is that “AND the FCT” is a separate requirement that must be satisfied before one can be declared president. Or will the Supreme Court come back now and define AND as a disjunctive? |
tinsel:Don’t tell me you don’t have the mental capacity to understand my analogy 🤦 Does Aondoakaa being disrobed take away what he learnt in Law School and the experience he has garnered from his years of practice before being disrobed? |
No hiding place for criminals. Wish the courts can give the case accelerated hearing and deliver judgment before May 29th so that Tinubu idiots can cry blood. |
But I thought Tinubu BATstards said Tinubu owns the court and will trounce Obi and Atiku in court? Why is he running from being served court process? Oku nyuo ahu, ala achuwa oso😏 |
