Kyase: Guidelines.
The law gave inec power to set guidelines
And yes some results where transmitted Not every location has network
Lastly, inec has power to set how the election will hold Which unbiased umpire sets different rules for different games? Imagine FIFA saying two yellow cards is equals to one red card in a match between Germany 🇩🇪 and France 🇫🇷, but it got to Nigeria and Argentina, same FIFA says one yellow card equals to one red card. Would you consider FIFA fair simply because they have powers to determine the rules that would guide football? |

And if there’s not, why did INEC use it in Anambra, Ekiti and Osun; and even in the National Assembly elections of this year? If the IReV is not in the Electoral Act and they have adopted it in these elections, does that not invalidate the outcome of those elections therefore?🤔 |

Politics › 2023 Elections Has Proven That Igbos Have Not Been Voting For Crooks. by Penguin2(op): 10:21am On Feb 28, 2023 |
Though INEC refused to electronically transmit the results of the presidential elections across the country, the results for National Assembly elections were largely transmitted to the IReV which helped eliminate, to a great extent, the possibility of the results being manipulated.
This was why we say a lot of giant-killing results that the National Assembly election has produced.
Who would have believed that Abdullahi Adamu will lose to an SDP candidate without a political portfolio.
That Tanko Almakura would suffer the same fate; losing to another SDP candidate and not even PDP candidate.
In the Southeast, it was a clean sweep for the Labour Party with party winning almost all the National Assembly seats in the region. People even voted for Labour Party even when they didn’t know the candidate.
This was majorly the Obi effect but partly a protest against the establishment in the Southeast who have always rigged themselves in.
That’s why big names like Ugwuanyi, Ikpeazu, Sam Egwu, etc, lost their elections to unknown people.
The only reason Abaribe won in Abia is because he has always stood with the people as seen in his utterances in matters of national concerns regarding the Igbos.
I told some folks here that Ikpeazu didn’t win Abia State in 2015, and even Okorocha didn’t win his re-election in Imo, but they accused us of always voting terrible people to power.
Let me tell you here now that David Umahi also lost his senatorial election but got numbers manipulated to favour himself but I’m happy Linus Okorie of LP who won the election has vowed not to allow Umahi succeed.
In conclusion, Igbos are not the ones that have been voting these criminals, they only were always able to manipulate the process and put themselves in power but hopefully that era is over. |

donphilopus: *Let's look at this together,I think it make sense*
*Election Updates...*
1. Peter Obi wins "Tinubu's" Lagos. But you are still saying INEC is rigging for Tinubu just so that when Tinubu wins Katsina, you will say it was rigged.
Oh wait. Atiku won Katsina, Buhari's State.
So really how many persons do you want to accuse INEC of rigging for? Why not accept where your candidate lose?
2. So Obi can win Lagos, it is not rigging. But Amoda Ogunlere cannot win Osun that you said he is from, it is rigging.
Oh wait. Tinubu did not even win Osun. Atiku did. So what are you saying please? You thought Obi will win Osun??
3. Obi went to Kano and went straight to Sabon Gari where you have Igbos and minority Christians.
That is the divisive campaign Obi ran yet you will shout rigging if Tinubu wins Kano.
Oh wait. It is Kwankwaso that is winning Kano despite being an enemy of the sitting APC Governor!
Again, what are you saying
4. In the South East where Obi is from, Obi is winning by 90%
In the South West where Tinubu is from, Obi has won Lagos, Atiku took Osun. But when Tinubu takes Ekiti, it is rigging.
What is wrong with you guys?
5. Obi is winning in Edo State. If you add PDP and APC votes and times it by 2, Obi is still winning. This is a State where there is a PDP Governor and a Former APC National Chairman.
But it is rigging anywhere Obi is not winning. How can a people be this bigoted?
6. I have read, on WhatsApp, people saying they will poison food and give to Northerners for not voting Obi.
I have read people here saying they will never give a Northern beggar any money for not voting Obi.
Meanwhile Obi is clearing the South South and South East and Northerners are not threatening anyone. And you will call them uncivilized?
7. An unknown Labour party candidate for House of Rep, defeated the APC and PDP to win Etin-Osa Fed. Constituency in Lagos.
The APC guy was Obanikoro's son. The PDP guy was Banky W the musician. Both floored by a Labour party candidate people didn't know.
But the election was rigged is coming from the mouth of Labour party supporters.
8. Another unknown Labour party candidate defeated the APC and PDP in the major Senatorial Election in Edo.
The gap was almost 200%. If you add the PDP and APC votes together, the unknown Labour candidate still beat them with over 50k votes and these were not small candidates. They are the two most influential people in Benin!
But Labour Party supporters are still shouting rigging, failed election. Does this make sense
9. Obi is heading to 500,000 votes in Enugu. Whereas Tinubu has less than 5,000 votes in the whole Enugu.
This is not rigged, but wherever Tinubu wins is rigged.
10. Atiku's VP is the GOVERNOR of Delta State.
In Delta State, Obi has won 11 out of the 16 Local Government Areas annoinced so far.
But his supporters are still shouting the election is rigged. Is that not madness?
NB: If you cause the war you are using to bully everyone we will all suffer it. Pat Utomi that is encouraging you will carry his oyinbo face and seek asylum somewhere in America or Europe where he will collect cool breeze and return after your demise to claim hero of democracy. Use sense.
#Copied Does these things you have said invalidate the cancellations you are seeing on INEC results sheet as if it was a Primary 3 school kid that entered the numbers. Again, INEC transmitted results to IReV in Anambra, same in Ekiti and Osun. What happened with the general elections? I do not expect you to agree with the voice of reason as a Tinubu supporter but I leave you with the result sheet below… If you were a teacher supervising examinations for your students and one of them submits something like this, you would accept it and score him 100%?🤔

Politics › Rejoice Not Tinubu, Mahmoud Yakubu Set You Up To Fail. by Penguin2(op): 9:22am On Feb 28, 2023 |
Mahmoud Yakubu has taken us back to where we thought we had left since 2015.
Mahmoud Yakubu has organized a sham and the whole world, except Tinubu and his supporters with their warped mind, has pronounced it as sham that cannot stand.
But rather than rejoice, I think Tinubu and his BATstards should actually get a refund from Mahmoud Yakubu for doing a poor hatchet job.
One of the strongest grounds to annul this sham is the fact that the Electoral Body refused to follow the Electoral Law meant to guide the conduct of the elections.
Section 60 of the 2022 Electoral Act clearly stipulates how collation of results should happen.
That after elections are announced at the Polling Units, the Returning Officer at the polling unit shall transmit the results to the INEC Results Viewing Portal (IReV). This provision was not adhered to nationwide especially as regards the presidential elections.
This allowed for manipulations. With compromised INEC officials changing figures scored by parties with only ensuring that whatever figures they are writing corresponds to the number of accredited voters in the polling unit.
Now, with increasing pressure on the INEC on why results from polling units are not on their portal, they have started making jumbled uploads with results from a polling unit in Jigawa posted under Imo while the ones from Kano are seen under Ogun.
In one Polling Unit in Ado-Ekiti, we even saw the picture of a girl uploaded as result from the polling unit.
So, in a nutshell, without boring you with plenty talks, if Tinubu contracted Mahmoud Yakubu for this, he should ask for a refund because this was so unintelligently done that even the most corrupt of judges cannot find a way around it.
I know that Ariwoola is their hatchet men at the Supreme Court, for goodness sake he awarded tickets to those who never contested in primaries, but like someone said somewhere, sometimes a thief steals more than he can carry.
Interesting days ahead!

Lipscomb: From NC To Northeast down to south south come to southwest no single state peter obi will win.
It's so funny for anyone to be thinking peter obi will win presidential election.
This are the state that igbo thought peter obi will win just because they are Christians.
Benue state control by pdp but dominated by APC peter obi can't get 25% in this state.
Jos Plateau another Christian dominated world control by APC in fact the governor of this state is a director campaign for APC he will do anything to make sure his principal win the state.
Kaduna state I have been hearing some igbo that their brother peter obi will win this state because its a Christian dominated state ah ah which Christian?very very funny in fact this is why I stop taking this people serious some of them are just politically naive. Kaduna is another state that APC will record another landslide winning I pray peter obi get 25% here.
Taraba state this state belong to Atiku but APC will still get the 25% there but labour party will seriously humiliated by electorates despite the state is dominated by Christians.
Gombe state belong to APC .
Honestly peter obi and his supporters will suffer defeat from both Tinubu and Atiku hands however I will not totally schemed him out of a thing because he has already gained ground and the efforts he made so far would prepare him for another election. |

I once said on this platform that. it is the turn of the South to rule now. That rules out Atiku in my radar. What about Obi you may ask? Hausas will never ever hand over to Obi now. It is not possible. Obi himself knows the reality. The only person whose candidacy to be a president is Tinubu. The North feels safer in the hand of SW than that of the SE. Truth at times is better and my opinion is also shared in write- up I posted. Buhari will hand over to Obi.

Nwaetche: A friend told me that Obinna Anyanwu, our LGA Chairman wanted to tell Nyerisi in one of the meetings about the impossibility of marketing Tinubu in Etchieland but Wike got infuriated and shouted him down. The task was given to his assistance, Gladys Nweke who almost got lynched at Chokocho for mentioning Tinubu.
They have now resorted to the ward and polling officers who are complaining of not being paid. Wike is promising to pay them half salary and complete the rest after election. The old note he was banking of moving around is worthless now and the new notes are in short supply. i learned Wike is not ready to spend the little new notes at his disposal on Tinubu but rather keeping it for vote buying for the governorship election.
Wike is increasing becoming paranoid because of late surging of Pst Tonye Cole popularity across all the LGAs.
I learned that APC in Rivers State is cashing on Wike's ill-advised endorsement to align with both Atiku and Obi's campaign.
I am sure Nyerisi is regretting his agreement with Tinubu by now but as the saying goes, If e did'nt dey, e did'nt dey. He should have consulted widely with his followers as well as measure the political temperature of Rivers people before entering into agreement with Tinubu.
All the same our Governor has himself to blame.
After All;
Agreement is Agreement!
Lol! Thank you for this situation report. It gladdens my heart to see that Rivers people are not tied to Wike’s apron. Meanwhile, I see a scenario where Obidients might end up voting for Tonye Cole in the governorship election in protest against Wike’s romance with Tinubu. AntonVince: Late Tuesday evening, he confronted two (2) of his Commissioners who seemed not to have hidden their support for Obi all along. It was kept hush-hush though for obvious reasons.
Souvenirs bearing Obi for President and SIM for governor were reportedly distributed recently in one of the constituencies by loyalists of a HoRs candidate, and a close ally of one of the Commissioners, hence the altercation. Words have it too that Atiku still enjoys the support of a substantial number of Wike's cabinet members, just like most of them have been openly sympathetic to Wike's cause.
My opinion is that Rivers will most-likely go to Obi, with Atiku coming second but Thi.e.f.n.ubu might just be lucky enough to get 25% if Wike's foot soldiers genuinely tow his path on Saturday.
I really feel for SIM though. Dude has lost weight considerably. Hmmm! But hope there won’t be violence with this sort of divisions? |

It is now beyond rumour that the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, has adopted the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Bola Tinubu, as his preferred candidate and has directed his foot soldiers to get to work to market and deliver him in Rivers State.
But prior to that choice, the pervading political temperature favoured Peter Obi.
But we all know how influential sitting governors can be sometimes, add that to the 200,000 aides he employed late 2022, and add the tribalistic dimension he is alleged to have introduced in marketing Tinubu, we all can agree that there will definitely be some impact.
So, indigenes and residents of Rivers, what is the pervading political atmosphere as of today in Rivers State?
Are people in Rivers State supporting Obi like it was before?
Or are they loyal enough to Wike to the extent that they are now switching their support to Tinubu?
Please Tinubu Resident Supporters on Nairaland should stay away from this post let’s hear from genuine Rivers people.
Thank you!
