But this is what has been gathered from IREV for Obio-Akpor LGA alone.

What do you think the courts will do with this kind of information?🤔

Go and read the details of Uzodimma's supreme court judgement.
INEC's own result was rejected and the result tendered by Uzodimma was approved simply because he was able to prove to the court that his results was changed in a few polling units.
Forget about the emotional brouhaha, Uzodimma proved his case.
Exactly!

Uzodimma proved his case. He had good lawyers.

The one thing that gave him victory in that case was that the Electoral Act 2010 (which was used for the election), says that every cancellation of election results must happen at Polling Unit level. Uzodimma bought up all the Presiding Officers sent to his entire zone and got them to endorse a brazenly fictitious result. Now, when things got to the Local Government Collation Centre, the Local Government Returning Officer canceled those results; an unlawful act.

Uzodimma prove his case👌

Nothing will be cancelled. The courts will admit what was uploaded as evidence and not what was snapped from polling units. If INEC did work for a party, it's the PDP or LP. Where you not in this country in year 2003 and 2007 when Obasanjo rigged PDP into power? That is what you call rigging. An election that the major parties shared 12 states each wasn't rigged. There were infractions here and there, manipulation and voter bribery but that wouldn't change much the overall outcome of the election. If only the LP and our party PDP merged before the election and one of the candidates stepped down, things would have taken a different turn. Both parties didn't even meet up to the required 25% spread in 2/3 of states. The tribuna will just ask for isolated recounts in some polling units or throw the case out entirely . Make we prepare for 2027.
So you believe Tinubu won Rivers State?

For those who don’t understand complex composition, what Daily Trust Newspaper is saying is that the just concluded presidential election was a sham.

That the election shares a lot of similarities with 1993 election, and might as well share the annulment similarity with it.

Tinubu is not coming.

Peter Obi is coming.

Even the results INEC is currently uploading to its IREV portal is already at variance with what they announced manually.

Tinubu urchins are shitting in their pants.

That’s why they’ve been cold for 3 days now.

What a weighty statement from Femi Adesina.

First he admitted there was mago mago and wuru wuru, but that the president was not part of it.

Second, he admitted that INEC resorted to “manual collation”. An action against the Electoral Act.

Third, he’s telling Tinubu urchins that if it is proven that Tinubu fraudulently got himself declared through mago mago, that President Buhari will not think twice in coming for Tinubu’s head🤣.

Cryptic message already emerging.

PoliticsNow That We Have Discovered Every Party ‘Rigged’ Can We Now Cancel The Election? by Penguin2(op): 4:04pm On Mar 04, 2023
Supporters of APC have been throwing a poorly scripted propaganda against Labour Party around, that Labour rigged elections in Southeast.

The latest is the claim that a certain Cynthia Okeke signed for LP in 6 polling units in Abia. But this is same INEC portal where results from Nasarawa was posted in Lagos and other mix ups. How are we sure this is not their handiwork?

However, this argument of theirs actually goes on to corroborate Labour Party’s claim that the 2023 elections was flawed and should be canceled. Unfortunately APC is scared of this.

Or what would be APC’s prayer in court with their almighty Abia evidence? That ”we rigged, but Labour Party and even PDP rigged too. But since we were the highest riggers who got our candidate declared, just allow us enjoy the fruits of the flawed elections?

It’s like your neighbour accusing you of stealing a goat. And you go to court not to deny stealing a goat but to tell the court that your neighbour also stole a chicken. Will the courts say, “okay, since both of you are thieves, go and enjoy what you stole (ojoro cancel ojoro)” or jail the both of you for stealing?.

Is tendering evidence of rigging against opposition party not a testament to the claim of the same opposition party that the election was flawed?

Now, all these would have been avoided had INEC adhered to there own guidelines for the election by transmitting results directly from the polling units. ‘Cynthia Okeke’ wouldn’t have had the time to sign 6 documents.

Shey una don see say APC and their supporters no get sense?

Supreme Court can't annul the election because INEC didn't follow her guideline.

INEC would have been uploading the results immediately but the page got overwhelmed. The result is now online though.
INEC has 176,620 polling units across Nigeria and were expecting results from them on Election Day.

What this means is that it’s website is supposed to have been built to accommodate such volume of data and even more.

The argument that the website developed glitches due to load cannot stand.

PoliticsRe: Electronic Transmission Of Results Are Mere Guidelines by Penguin2: 7:20am On Mar 04, 2023
shortgun:
Electronic transmissions of polling unit results is just a mere guideline not supported by law according to the APC.

The mandate thieves forget that guidelines become laws once they are issued by a body empowered by law to do so.

They forget that guidelines are backed by the constitution, this is why INEC is given the power to make them by the electoral Act.

If the laws gives you power to make guidelines and regulations they become binding once you make them! Just like laws!

They forget that it is deceitful for INEC to issue guidelines for elections then turn around and do the opposite.

Guidelines and regulations are binding on events on which they are issued unless vacated and new ones issued for the same event.

The discretion that the constitution gives INEC only means no new legislation will be required for issuance of guidelines for future elections...
INEC indeed is at discretion to issue guidelines and they become legal once they are issued, it will be illigal for INEC or any party to go against valid guideline.

Section 60(5) of the electoral Act 2022
The presiding officer shall transfer the results including total number
of accredited voters and the results of the ballot in a manner as prescribed by
the Commission.

Some questions for APC and INEC;
At what point during elections did the official guidelines by INEC became invalid?
Were new guidelines issued, communicated to political parties and eligible voters?
What was the new guidelines?

APC and INEC are trying to be cleaver by half,
Unless the judges are comprised, the argument that guidelines are not supported by law doesn't hold water.
Fine, who ignores its own guideline midway into a contest or an exercise where you are meant to be an impartial umpire?

Can the Commission “prescribe” guidelines antithetical, and at variance, with the law?
