AbijaJ:
So if Tinubu does this, as you suggest, Igbos would stop hating him or what? You people bold sha. So all you people's vitriol against the man has been political all along. Smh. One thing I like about Tinubu is that he's not one to cower to his enemies, else he wouldn't have come this far politically. He's not afraid to be disliked by your likes for going after his convictions.

The country needs someone like that who isn't afraid of being disliked by a political mob in his quest to achieve his goals and objectives. God alone will decide his fate in the presidential race, not hate-filled igbos like you.
Like you said, God alone will decide Tinubu’s fate in 2023.

And let me tell you for free that God will finally disgrace Tinubu in 2023 for his treachery and greed.

A southerner was in power and Tinubu engineered his downfall and you think he won’t get a payback? No! He will be paid back both by God and by men.

In 2012, Tinubu sent his urchins to Ojota square to protest against subsidy removal which he knows was necessary. Today Buhari is planning to remove same subsidy and the price of fuel would be more than double what it would have been in 2012; when is Tinubu leading a protest?

North don't make noise. . only igbos see their game plan years reason they hate us with passion ...

When they pitched tinubu against ambode I knew it was over , the used oshomole to check mate ameachi with tinubu support. Then religated him in kwara politics

But the obvious sign was from the start Sha kogi election....what happened to faleke was clear sign north saw tinubu as a threat and didn't trust him one bit n was only using him

Had tinubu brought ameachi , obaseki , saraki to his wings he would have stood a chance

The only reason they still haven't come to open confrontation is tinubu still has a chance to change the narative and they are pushing him against igbos to block that chance

Tinubu should back one of his Igbo boys he trust for presidency ...unite west n east that's the only option to defeat the north
Na only you get sense for here!

Tinubu backing an Igbo person would ultimately unite the South plus some northern votes and victory won’t be far off.

But Tinubu urchins won’t admit this obvious fact.

I just dey laugh! If you know how substandard that structure was….you will agree with me that there was no need maintaining it. Come to think of it…only structures built by Rochas are collapsing in imo state. Only his roads, schools, buildings, hospitals, courts, police stations. Have you seen his new police headquarters that was commissioned weeks before he left office? There is no road constructed by the Rochas administration that is motorable currently. His village has been cut off from the state capital. You can only access his town through Anambra. Hope you remember that infamous bridge without reinforcements that Ihedioha discovered….it leads to his village.
So pathetic!

Instead of people to be calling out Rochas for his substandard projects, they are blaming Uzodimma for not maintaining it.

I’ve seen projects executed in the 80s that are still standing even though they’ve been abandoned.

So why would a house built as early as 2014 collapse due to lack of maintenance?

Rochas is a fraud and that’s what people should see.

Namdeenero:
It’s not about building but maintaining.. You won’t see this building and not shake your head I’m disappointment embarassed
Accept that this was a substandard project.

I can give you litany of abandoned projects that have kept standing through decades.

This is an already completed project and no level of non-maintenance was supposed to lead to its collapse. Worst case scenario would have been grasses growing in the environment and cobwebs on the roof.

This is simply one of Rochas’ fraud in Imo state which justifies every ill treatment meted to him from Ihedioha to Uzodimma.

I’m just surprised some fools are suggesting Rochas for president.

Disguising now, you all know all your agitations for Biafra is fake and fraudulent, your aim and big prize is the Nigerian presidency.

Hence your campaign against Tinubu is not about Nigeria or what is best for it neither is it personal but cold political calculations for which you have sacrificed many dumb SE youths and intellectuals.

I really feel sorry for SW youths taken in or believe your campaign against Tinubu, thinking they are sofisticated and chosing the best. E go shock then if your plans work.
Our campaign against Tinubu is 70 percent about his capacity and integrity, and 30 percent drive for revenge for his 2015 treachery.

If you claim that we are campaigning against Tinubu because he’s Yoruba, have you not seen that the greatest opponents of Orji Uzor Kalu and Rochas Okorocha are we Igbos?

Have you ever seen us campaigning for OUK or Rochas? In fact as it stands, if APC gives its ticket to Orji Kalu, the SE might not even vote for him and you and the rest of Nigerians know that.

Have you not seen us questioning what he achieved in Abia as governor?

Tell me one corrupt Igbo man in the league of Tinubu that we are supporting?

So calm down and accept that our intentions are genuine for Nigeria and not just for what will serve our interest.
Politics › Re: 2023: Buhari Should Choose Between Loyalty To Tinubu And Loyalty To Nigeria. by Penguin2(op): 5:13pm On Dec 03, 2021
Ovamboland:
Baby analyst, if PDP then gives it's ticket to a Northerner, how will the SE person flying APC flag now defeat the north?

If you think north will always vote north as all of you have been parroting how will SE defeat north on APC ticket.

I only pity the SW retarrads who believe this your pitiful and jaundiced analysis.
You didn’t get my point well before rushing to quote me.

I said the aim is to get Tinubu to support a southeasterner getting the ticket.

Now how will SE candidate defeat a northern candidate? It’s simple!

With Tinubu’s support of an Igbo man as APC candidate, that makes almost the entire south behind the APC man. The SE, The SW(which is predominantly APC and with Tinubu’s support), the Southsouth( the voting pattern is usually the same with the SE).

Now, that’s the entire South behind the APC guy, add that to the favorable sentiment of APC in the north and you are sure to get some reasonable percentage of northern votes. Another factor is to use a popular northerner as Vice Presidential candidate too.

You know that this stands a better chance than a Yoruba man picking the APC ticket but pride and sentiment won’t let you admit it.

If APC goes back to north for its candidate, it will lose woefully.

If it goes to Southwest, it lose.

APC’s only chance of a lifeline is to go for a Southsouth Igbo man or SE Igbo man. But that must be done with Tinubu’s support if not, APC will lose SW votes.

This is not baby analysis, it’s the reality!

Let me enlighten you.

When Nigeria's constitution was being formed before
1960, Awolowo, Azikiwe and sadauna of Sokoto were all well represented.

Awolowo proposed that the secession clause should be included in the constitution so that any entity that wants to leave Nigeria would be free to do that.

Azikiwe opposed Awolowo and insisted that anyone who attempts to leave Nigeria should be treated like a traitor.

Of course, the British accepted Azikiwe's viewpoint since it suits their selfish interest. And that's why it becomes a crime for anyone to attempt to forcefully secede from Nigeria. Azikiwe put all of us in bondage.

When your Biafra war came, it would be foolhardiness for Awolowo to support you. Even your Biafra war was a fluke, an outcome of greed and selfishness. It is a shameful war. If you need better explanation on that, I will give you
A war you needed the world to help you win?

One of Nigeria’s problems is that the younger generation seem to keep carrying baggage from the past and instead of healing, the thirst for revenge is ever new in each passing day.

That’s why I agree with those who say Nigeria was structured to fail because it’s obvious our fathers couldn’t defeat their primordial sentiments and we are not any better.

Even Buhari himself said they won Osun through “remote control”.

The truth is that Osun was strategic to the direction that 2019 elections would take. If PDP had won Osun, they would have won the 2019 elections because they would have been emboldened and dissidents would have been more bold to decamp. That’s why APC had to do what it had to do to win the state.

This time around, Osun is again strategic to the direction that 2023 elections would take but I doubt if there’d be a way out for APC this time around.

Direct primaries that you don't know number of people that will be voting.

Direct primaries that can not hold in many parts of the country cos of insecurity.

Direct primaries that someone will write results from one corner and announce results, if you doubt ask people who participated in APC guber primaries in imo, osun and Lagos
Don’t mind them.

I’ve reiterated it consistently that Direct Primaries is not feasible and hence the new electoral bill shouldn’t be assented to by the president.

Only myopic elements can’t see these issues you have raised.

Meanwhile, House of Representatives is just being a typical Nigerian institution. This invitation they are extending to INEC now is what they should have done before passing the law.

The Yorubas are eyeing that presidency seriously.
They are, no doubt about it, but the question is, can they get it?

The answer is no.

The calculation doesn’t favor them.

If APC gives it’s ticket to a Yoruba man, then PDP will give there’s to a northerner and with northern votes and the votes of Southsouth and Southeast, PDP will have a landslide victory.

The only way to break this is for APC to give it’s ticket to somebody from Southeast or Southsouth and try to get the buy in of Tinubu.

If Tinubu supports somebody like OUK or Umahi, then APC can be assured Southeast, Southsouth( to an extent) and Southwest votes. Add that to the positive sentiment that APC has in the north and they will be closer to victory.

Anything aside this is suicide for APC. The numbers are not there.
