@bolded, N.Y.S.C cert is not really compulsory. academic transcripts is more important than that. Many TRV success without discharge cert.

Just the same course with me. Anyway, i will advise you go through skill migration if you can be patient enough. But for that PGC, i guess you're going for construction management? if that is the case, please i will advise you change lane. Same program i submitted application for then. i will advise you check other options.

that was insightful. My course was civil engineering,applied for PGC . was rejected based on personal asset and financial status and travel history. I was supposed to resume in may 2017. If I do not re-apply,I would have to wait till may 2018 to enter for the course again.

If I really want to study
-I must apply again immediately,if not till next year as there is no session for September 2017.

your wife has a very good chance of entering into the pool. with english test score of probably 8.0,7,8.0,7.5 LWSR, you should get a score of 400+ what would have given her advantage is had it been she has HND result (HND gives more point than B.sc).

Both study visa and skill migration are both sure way only if you do your analysis very well with your profile.

Did UofOttawa not request for un-official copy of your transcript? if no, try to speed up things in your school. you still have from now till next Wednesday to submit. if your transcript can be handed to courier before on 0r before wednesday 22-02-17, be sure it will get to Canada before the deadline. But if your school delay the sending till friday, the package will not leave nigeria until monday 27-02-17 (universal parcel service esp benin branch does not ship parcels on weekends.) and if the shipping starts on monday, even if the deadline reaches before your transcript gets there, your file will still be treated. you may just have to send an E-mail to the admission office quoting your tracking number and telling him/her about the delay.

Before you E-mail them, be sure to know that they have not request you to provide any other supporting document. If you want to know if you're to provide anything, just log into your student dashboard. In your applicant dashboard, the school will update you for anything they need. Whatever they need will be stated, whatever they've recieved will be stated there.

i uploaded an unofficial transcript and i am yet to send the official transcript however, they stated in their website that applications can be assessed with unofficial transcripts. should i wait further or send the official transcripts asap?

i applied to 3 schools and dont see it wise to obtain transcripts for each of those schools. it costs 35k for each transcript

According to your profile, this is the break-down.
Age 40=15 points
Work experience 10 years=15points. (Provided your work experience start counting after your B.sc.).
Academic certificate (B.Sc)= 15points.
Test of English result= 20 points (that's the highest possible score with excellent result). Total of 65points will get you in.

Hi all for those looking for how to send their Documents to wes (photocopy of credentials), you can actually fax it to them using online free fax servic and attach a cover letter. be rest assured they would get it. I still used same for a friend yesterday and he got an update from wes today. Just google free fax online and use any of them. Wes Fax number is 1-416-972-9004. Address it to Minister of Evaluation, World Education Services. Please include your reference number on your cover letter. saves you the stress and money to spend on courier, Good part is, It's free

You can't get a PG working permit after 6 months course.
You will only get a PGD work permit if you've studied for not less than 8 months. Although, if you have a job offer, you can still get to work though.

You have to make a booking (2days before the wedding date) payment of around 25k or there about (I've forgotten the precise price I paid for my colleague last year. But everything you're going to spend is not upto 40k
