First there was a report that we were experiencing a crude glut as we couldn't find buyers for our crude. Next came the report that Dangote and other local Refineries were yet to start production because they can't get crude supply. Who is deceiving who?? If Dangote refinery needed crude supply why isn't the govt diverting the ones being produced to these refineries since they can't sell the ones they already have except it's all cock and bull story as usual

And now we are seeing a report that local crude producers are asking for dollar payment. From who?? Are they producing and selling to the govt? If they are then shouldn't they be paid in dollars seeing that they are exporting We are all just deceiving ourselves in this country

If $3 billion dollars were given to pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria since 2015 as a loan at 5%

1) we would have that money back again plus 5% interest
2) we would be a net exporter of drugs earning dollars
3) companies revenues would grow increasing government revenue
4) thousand would be employed increasing payee tax
5) GDP would have grown by at least 8 billion dollars

If we give that to garment factory
If we used that money to revive aluminum company in ikot ekpene
If we used that money to help glass importers set u floating glass factory
If we used that money to help Leather works industry
If we used that money to make improved agriculture seedlings available


Each of this would yeild more

Few Nigerians get forex via the banks. The only way to get dollars is from BDC or so called black market.

Government of propaganda. The parrallel/black market is the only way for most Nigerians to get dollar. This is the market that shows the true naira value.

The CBN quote is propaganda. I believe they only use this window to scam foreign investors or unsuspecting victims, from their dollars.

The most unusual appointment was that of the Chairman of the FERMA Board, Engr. Imam Ibrahim Kashim Imam, and 25-year-old first-class Mechanical Engineering graduate from Brighton University.

Born on the 27th of December, 1998, Engr. Imam had shown promise from a young age. He had pursued his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Brighton University, where he graduated with first-class honors. His academic prowess continued as he pursued an MSc with honors at the same University. He completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in August 2022.

Prior to his appointment, he served as a special assistant to Dave Umahi, the minister of works.

His Father, Kashim Ibrahim-Imam, is a Nigerian Politician. He ran for Borno state governor as the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in 2003 and 2007, losing to Ali Modu Sheriff from the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP) both times.

FERMA is an agency of the Federal Government which is concerned with road construction, improvement and connectivity between the States of Nigeria. It is to efficiently and effectively monitor and administer road maintenance with the objective of keeping all federal roads in good and safe conditions. The agency is under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Work.

How does endless controversy shows something is special about somebody? Tinubu's records at CSU are authentic, why did he then keep the entire country in suspense? Why spent that amount of money om needless case? Why not just allow the school release the results and avoid all these needless controversy? If there is anything special about him, it will be that he is a man who likes to be marred in controversy and if this is the personality of the one who rules us, I am afraid many of his decisions at national level will also have touches of controversies. That we may be sure of.
