Something very INTERESTING is happening with the Atiku/BAT’s case in the USA.
A lot of people don’t really know the details but I took my time, went through court documents, did some more researches and brought you a summary.

WALK WITH ME!

So, Atiku’s case in the USA is perhaps the most IMPORTANT part of the electoral Jigsaw puzzle on qualification of BAT for the following reasons:

- One of the constitutional requirements to qualify for election as president in Nigeria is to be educated up to at least the school certificate level or its equivalent.

- BAT listed and submitted Chicago State University (CSU) as the only school he attended on his INEC form EC9. This satisfies (or is equivalent to) the requirement of the constitution.

- Atiku’s US case aims to lift the veil on the foundational documents BAT used to qualify for and gained that admission

- Yes, you guessed right. Documents like transcript, biodata, WAEC result, testimonial from previous school (s) etc.

In summary all such documents that laid the foundation upon which BAT’s subsequent qualifications were built, if they exist, are covered by that subpoena Atiku is in court for.

- If it is confirmed that BAT’s foundational educational documents belonged to someone else i.e a female and that he appropriated someone else’s identity to gain admission into CSU, it would mean that ALL subsequent qualifications built on it, will collapse like a pack of cards due to identity theft/fraud.

CSU will have no choice than to withdraw any certificate awarded to that identity if they are properly petitioned.

- It will definitely become an international scandal (imagine the headlines : Nigerian NARCO Bagman President also guilty of Identity theft)

- On the home front, with the international collapse of his CSU certificate and exposure of the fraudulent foundational documents, he will fall short of that sacred constitutional requirement of being educated up to school certificate level or its equivalent, as there will be NO evidence to prove otherwise (He go explain tire 😊)

- The courts won’t need to ask any questions. From what he filled in his form EC9, he already submitted that he had no other qualification. If CSU certificate fails then he is AUTOMATICALLY deemed as not qualified in the eyes of the Law.

- An international scandal of such dimensions would force the Supreme Court’s hand. If it becomes a notorious international fact that BAT does not have a WAEC/School Cert result or it’s equivalent, they’ll have no choice but to apply the constitution in its strict sense to DISQUALIFY him.

- This is why TINUBU is FIGHTING SO HARD through his Lawyers to prevent this records from being released to the Atiku team

He does not want the Nigerian people or the world to know that HE DOES NOT HAVE THE MINIMUM WAEC QUALIFICATION or ITS EQUIVALENT! and that the documents he’s been parading belong to someone else!

- Atiku is a very ‘wicked adversary’ 😂

He wants to help Nigerians solve a TRANSGENDER mystery.

He will do this by dragging A BAT from the Darkness of Nigeria’s murky politics to the LIGHT of international embarrassment.

We All Are Watching!

Curious345:
southwest Nigeria became the first region to receive the light. They got education, religion and exposure long before any other region in Nigeria 'except for the hausas who had some measure of contact with the outside :Arabs and other people across the Sudan, Mali and Libya.

The yoruba are known for being philoxenic. Allowing strangers to live peacefully In their towns and cities.
This beaituful synergy continued for centuries, but came to an abrupt halt around 2002; when some people in lagos felt they needed to hold on to power no matter the cost .
Then and there the campaign to malign and threaten (the other peoples) was born. And with money, the propaganda was spread - nazi style - from Lagos to other parts of the SW.

To this day, it's more embedded and pushed to it's limits within lagos. This thing they call tribalism was born and nurtured for the sake of the political survival of a few.

Nigerians were surprised how a once open minded tribe suddenly became the most xenophobic.. But they forget something... Let me remember them..

The obedient movement is practically made up of 35% yoruba. And Infact they demonstrated this by voting massively for Peter obi in lagos and most SW states.
Pundits have it that obi actually won 3 southwest states, but was rigged out in two and his votes was also surpressed in lagos.

The yoruba have no qualms with the igbo.
And infact 15% of yoruba intermarriages ARE WITH IGBO MEN, same goes for the igbo ladies who freely marry yoruba men.

We must understand that the Nigerian population is being Re-engineered to hate, to name-call and to segregate...... All of these - masterminded by politicians we all know and see on television everyday.

That is to say.... Nigerians must resist this evil plague of hate-mongering amongst it's people,- because it could graduate into a culture and tradition if left unchecked.

Luckily for the us, we saw when (the tribalism thing from lagos ) it was planted - watered and harvested in such a short time.
That is to say it can also be resolved and destroyed before our generation passes away.

Allowing sit tight politicians delude and deceive the masses is injurious to the well being of a society
You write and called the yoruba, xenophobic.
How dare you?
You insult yoruba with reckless abadon we kept quite.
You said our Land is a no man's land, yet you have a place you call your own
You said you developed our land yet your land is desolate
In your state our politicians didn't score up to 1% yet we gave your politician massive vote
You boast and beat your chest you are superior to us, yet is not visible in any ramifications
You are full of hate for us, yet we have always accommodated you
You called us cowards, yet during the civil war it was our general that stood and you surrendered to.

Let heaven and all the gods of yoruba land decend on you in all their wrath if you don't apologise and retract that statement

The sole aim of this bill board is to intimidate, cower and blackmail the Judiciary, to.make judgement in their favor
The judiciary must raise against it in unison

No matter how good you think your case is you don't pre-empt or try to cower the judges through blackmail.
If you have this plan, you don't go to the judiciary in the first place.

You don't write exam and before result is released you go about announcing your lecturer should dare not fail you.
The same man before INEC announced final result went on air claiming he was rigged, couldn't prove it in court when given the opportunity but wants the winner disqualified.

I will encourage the judiciary to raise above this and ensure their decision act as deterrent to others as future reference

He sent Gen Abdulsalami and Sultan of Sokoto to talk to them. These are prominent people in the North whose territory extend to Niger republic. They didn't even give them audience.

This act is international best practices in conflicts resolution. Moreover decision to use military is not President Tinubu singular decision to make.
PoliticsRe: Emerging Facts: North Will Eventually Cry Blood Over Tinubu by pharmagba: 6:17pm On Aug 11, 2023
Obi2saveNigeria:
Only a few political observers can see that Tinubu is fast sabotaging North in virtually everything. Love him or hate him, Tinubu is indeed the real Maradona of Nigerian politics. He knows how to fight dirty against both friends and foes while still pretending to be in good terms with them.

Here is Tinubu's game plan: he gives the impression that he is friend with North and against Igbo interests. However, everything he is doing so far is intended to punish the North. He has encouraged his followers to continue attacking Buhari for his maladministration while in office. He humiliated Ganduje before eventually endorsing him as APC chairman. Then again, he embarrassed El Rufai by informing the Senate through Akpabio, to block his screening on spurious security report. El Rufai realized what was happening and decided to throw in the towel. The midget former governor claimed he would rather go for his doctorate in UK. But whoever knows El Rufai, will tell you he is boiling inside and full of regrets despite the friendly disposition he still shows toward Tinubu.

While Tinubu is cutting Northern politicians to size, he is also implementing certain policies that is making North unviable for investments this leaving the people more destitute. By removing subsidy, economy of the region was hit badly than any other region in Nigeria. Before, fuel pump price used to be same nationwide but now you can buy a litre 565 in Lagos while it's sold 615 in Sokoto or Maiduguiri. 50 naira difference may seem marginal on the face value but when you aggregate it for industries, businesses and the region collectively, you will discover that they've lost billions directly and even more in terms of revenue and employment opportunities from investments that would now settle in the South due to more favourable conditions. Similarly, unbundling of electricity generation and distribution also worsens an already bad situation for Northerners. It is no longer a question of if they will ever catch up with South but now whether the region would survive going forward.

The last straw that shows Tinubu does not rate North at all and is purposely trying to sabotage them is his war mongering against Niger republic. Every informed Nigerian knows that Muslim North and Niger republic are virtually the same in almost everything except having different colonial masters and a border that exists more on paper than in reality. A war against Niger republic will damage the North in many ways. Informed Northerners know this and that's why some of them are running from pillar to post, seeking for a way out yet Tinubu has remained insistent.

If Tinubu can bare his fangs so quickly against them when there is still a strong case against him at the tribunal, then one can only imagine what will happen when/if he has no more obstacles. It appears that Western imperialists have told Tinubu he has their backing and thus he doesn't care about what Northern Muslims or Igbos think about him.

The Northerners are already crying in their hearts but wants to maintain a facade of friendship with Tinubu. But it's only a matter of time before the bubble bursts.
All the time I read all this Obident post it's disgusting!
Bereft of constructive ideas
Hatred for Nigeria
Hatred for yoruba
Hatred for the North

FreedomfromtheT:
Nigeria's president Bola Tinubu is the current ECOWAS chairman.
Nigeria is s major player in ECOWAS.
ECOWAS authority of heads of state and government wants to use force ie go to war against the Nigerien junta.
President Tinubu asked for approval from the Nigerian Senate.
The Nigerian Senate says no.
The Muslim northern neighbours of Niger Republic keep chorusing no.
Tinubu has legitimacy issue and desperately wants to please the US and France perhaps to gain international acceptance.
On the other hand, Tinubu can't afford to displease the Muslim North - not at this auspicious time.
There may be rerun in the presidential election.
Even if the court ruling or rerun favours Tinubu, he will still need the North for his likely second term bid.
Tinubu thus finds himself in a very difficult situation akin to being between the devil and the deep blue sea.
Should Tinubu then resign as ECOWAS chairman and leave the rest of the ECOWAS members who are interested to go to war against Niger without Nigeria being involved?
No.
All his action are in order and in line with international best practices on conflict resolution.

He is the best man for the job.
No.blackmail or distraction can stop him from doing the good he has at heart.
