The notion of common good can provide what one may called the touchstone of domestic program with hopeful and realistic favorable economic condition without resulting to any excessive consumption more than we can produce. In this perspective, there is a need for a vision that may assist to reshape the public opinion in this direction. Such vision is necessary in a decaying society like ours today to project the kind of a future envisaged for the coming generation in order to govern effectively.

Coherent and inclusive visions, with public philosophy that may provide the means of adequate understanding that sympathize with the aim and objective of the governance, because the vision acts as a power to govern. This is true when measured and persuasively advocated with a strong sense of public good, not with the intent to legitimize in pursuit of self-interest in the form of large scale private acquisitiveness with continues eulogizing, with the result of large scale permissiveness and repression.

It this perspective, a long term and viable foundation can be laid with significant structural reform as oppose to what one might called the technocratic fine-turning system that often fail to address the issue of the common good. Because in the face of the current challenges and in what looks like intractable problems of various kind, there is the need to look out for a new opportunities in our mind of what is appropriate to ask as to whether it is time to have a change of direction, an opening and restructuring.

Of course, the current problems are of peculiar nature and have to be treated as such. The theme-“common good “when effectively represented in word and action, no doubt, could breathe fresh air into our mind-(sense of inclusiveness)-that we all expect that would allow us to consider our problems in a new way.However, there seems to be two ways in what looks like a double – barreled weakness in the present predicament and they are centered in the economy and position which is to remind our fellow citizens in clear terms, of the need for a common commitment and standard for the sake of posterity.

[b][/b] The same is true that, this can be done, by recalling our common history and record of our achievement, and why not, our failure and defeat. It can be done best in schools and conferences, encouraging citizens to actively join with others to positively generate a vigorous debate, towards an inclusive democratic climate as a catalyst for a significant and enduring positive change. Currently, there is overwhelming demand for a more broaden focus on common good that required a new vision for public deliberation that also serve as public awareness gear toward a radical reform to reshape our democratic culture .

At any point in time, the “Cross” remains the place and moment of where the sacrifice overcomes everything. This is not only in the Christian perspective but also in the ordinary fault finding situation or an attempt to make any individual a victim of one thing or the other. In its final analysis, this culminated in the announcement and realization of this in Jesus on the Cross.

Because, if there were any problem at all, it is the problem that Christianity have come to an end in making this known and to embark to spread other vision in the necessity and consequence of exaltation of the sacrifice.

Then the interpretation of being responsible and with the inability to recognize that it is the cross that actually put to death the sacrifice is another. And if this was so, the question to ask is, is there a risk in the separation between Christianity and history?. The answer is no, because the cross is the liberation, and not a condemnation in term of the theological thought from St. Augustine to St. Thomas Aquinas and Kierkegaard. In this perspective, it would seems the sacrifice has lost its value.

But the reality is that, the question that remains is another, which is the ambiguities that exist between donation and sacrifice through which it also make sense in Nietzsche, the German philosopher in his pathological characteristic of the so called the –“Religious man. Although, one may not partake in such idea-or interpretation even if it has some valid element.

The sacrifice, in this context tends to find its place in the logic of cheat and in the very context of economy that has cut short, of the actual suffering that becomes the task of compensation for the future as a form of retributive mechanism. The donation on the other hand tends to be subtracted from this logic because it is the act that finds in itself the reason,-to-be, in the dimension of absolute dedication of a model that Nietzsche used as the connection between mother and child. It is exactly this connection that takes place on the Cross after it has being prefigured in the sacrifice of Isaac.

There is a reason as to why this episode of Ancient Testament, of which some philosopher of old became so passionate about, in the nature of the suspended sacrifice of Isaac. That Abraham did not cut the body of Isaac, simply means, the victim is not Isaac but the device of the sacrifice. In this context, the son becomes “insacrificeable, and the same is true that man in his “singularity” is forever subtracted from being sacrifice, as he comes to represent the most important acquisition of Christian Politics.

But why politics, one might ask ?, this is simply because the mystery of the sacrifice has being the basis of political ideology from the Ancient authoritarian till the present contemporary fundamentalism of our time. The moment we come to the awareness that the “sacrificial spirit” is also outside Christianity, it becomes very difficult, if not impossible to want to get rid of any man in the name of any presupposed “idea”.

Because deep down, there remain the awareness that in every man, is found the very face of God, or the image of God that permit a reciprocal relationship that fertilized the character of awareness of the –“insacrificeable” and singularity of this individual called man, last created among all creation.

Often time,when I made a mistake, I do ask myself why the blunder. Soon after, I remember the Greek Ancient philosopher Thales, who asserted that to know oneself although, seems comprehensible but not always an easy task. It remain so, because we often resist the very task to do so. This is simply because it is a learnable skill that required effort and time through which we can get better at it and it is ongoing process of a life time . But the attainment of self-knowledge is but a demonstration of impersonality and if you like humility in a way.

And impersonality is a factor in the practical life with a circle of development and experience of the most varied and often perplexing character.
As it were, impersonality has many level that ranges from the minor detachment exercises to that of the extreme spiritual aloofness that is often time very striking and yet natural. But in whatever level it plays out, there is always in its exercises, something that is exceedingly arresting and influential to those who can afford to witness it in any individual life .

The reason is that the nature of the concept of impersonality of any individual is so unique and so contrary to the ordinary well known law of personal expression, we are so use to in our everyday life. What I think we don’t often realize, is that our fleeting impressions and if you like, the accidental associations, have no fixed counterpart in a ‘real’ and stable world. The real world of phenomenon, often develop its own logic and leave us to yearn for a firm metaphysical anchor that we often find difficult, if not impossible to grasp in our daily life of the what and why questions.

The same is true that anyone who engages in its culture will quickly and mutedly be distinguished from his fellow individual. Because it is a complete departure from the ordinary and everyday common existences. This stern from the fact that, it has its origin from a plane outside of that of everyday observation and thoughts, because it is the very manifestation of which ordinary consciousness almost refuse to sanction. And there is a reason for this and it is simply because it makes us aware of the divinity that overshadows our human consciousness that invite us to our heart surrender to its beneficent.

It must be observed that there is no evidence to suggest that apart from human, there could come what looks like a prepackage with a mechanism of the sort for a meaningful self-appraisal, to ask such question as to -what and why certain situation is taken place, be it personal or collective. The task no doubt, rest in human ability, that allows us to examine and reflect over our actions very closely the very process we come to think, feel and react to everyday occurrences. The process and concept of impersonality tends to upset any preconceived ideas and action as it reject any form of limitation and pride of the intellectual self and falsify the well ground maxim of liberal education.

This is however, one of the reason, so very few individual are disposed and willing to enter seriously upon the culture whose nature has more or less a forbidding aspect. Because often, it tends to oppose so much that which is firmly established and prized in the personal life of every individual. However, it remains a condition and a force of supreme value, like it or not in the evolution of individual consciousness and it is imperatively demanded from everyone that seek to walk on the partway of self-knowledge.

But along the way, something happened,_ they know they must work and think, to rectify situations. The whys of certain behavior according to psychologist –Kurt Lenin’s fundamental equation of human behavior can be found in the formula B=f (P, S). Where B, is individual behavior, f, is a function or caused by, P=the person and S= the situation. Therefore, the equation tends to suggest that behavior is a function of something both inside the Person and outside the person in any particular Situation.

This “something” inside the person could be motive or needs that are reflected in any individual attitudes that expose how individual feels about a particular thing. Often this come to be represented by individual personality in his tendency to act. In the above equation, it is clear that P and S or a person and situation are not independent of one and the other, on the contrary they are interdependent.

The same is true, that persons are influenced by the situation in which they find themselves, just as the situations are influenced by persons. It is an important idea in the very context of situational leadership in which any appropriate leader behavior is determine by the particular situation. In understanding behavior one need to understand why people behave as they do.

The same is true that to carry out certain task through any individual, one need to know why such individual may engage in certain peculiar behavior. What motivates him and what produces the pattern of behavior that are characteristic of such individual or group.This is one of the reason that motivation and its causes becomes the areas in which most of the literature in the behavioral science tends to emphasized the more in their studies.

It must be emphasized though, that there are different classifications that are useful in communicating the pattern of behavior that may described individual and groups interactions with others. Often an individual can be said to be energetic or distracted and may be task-oriented or people oriented person and even a team leader. It is important to bear in mind however, that behavior is basically a goal –oriented, that means motivated by a desire to attain some level of specific result, although such goal may not be consciously known, hence, we often say “why did I do such”and such .

The reason being that often our action is not always apparent to the conscious mind. The same is true that the drive that motivate the distinctive individual behavioral pattern- called personality are to a considerable degree what might be called- subconscious and therefore, not easily accessible for any examination and indeed, evaluation. It was Sigmund Freud, the Psychoanalyst Author, the first to recognize the importance of subconscious motivation. According to him, not everyone is aware of everything they want; hence, much of their behavior is affected by subconscious motives or needs.

In this perspective, he was convinced that analogy could be drawn between the motivation of most people and the structure of an iceberg. In his view, a significant segment of human motivation appears below the surface of the conscious mind. Therefore, one usually becomes aware of small portion of one’s motivation due to the above factor.

Therefore, the basic unite of human behavior is an activity, of which all human behavior is a series of activities. It will not be wrong to say that human being have been condemn to be doing something, to sleep, to talk and work at any given time. Therefore to predict behavior, one must know what motivation or need evoke certain action at any given time.

Ethic is broadly defined as an act that deals with any question concerning the nature of value in matters of human conducts. Therefore, ethic is vital in any society to achieving any set objective and goals and in this perspective, sanity and good governance. The same is true that every individual in any society must strive to have a good work ethic to keep the society functioning.

Societal ethics is no doubt, a set of moral character that deals with what is right or wrong and good or bad in matter of human conduct of every individual in whatever they do. Therefore, certain factors must come together to create a strong individual work ethic that transform into societal ethics of which the most prominent among these are as follows;-

1. Discipline;-In any society, it takes some level of commitment to conduct oneself and carry out individual responsibility on daily bases. Any individual with some level of discipline must stay focused with determination to complete his /her daily assigned task in every area of life. And the same is true that one must demonstrate some level of dedication and commitment in ensuring a high level of performance as an epitome of self-discipline that may transform into the wider society.

2. Integrity; - Integrity as a concept stretches to virtually every aspect of any individual’s task. Therefore, any individual with integrity strive to foster genuine relationship with everyone around. With a sense of integrity, there must be some level of trust among individuals and in relationship with others. It also implies putting up some level of high moral standard and trust without any questionable characters that may contaminate and spread from one community to the others and to the wider society at large.

3. Sense of Responsibility;-A strong sense of responsibility affects certain level of the society as well as community, the result of which is often very glaring depending of the outlook. When an individual feels responsible in family, community and at work, such individual, with the act of responsibility, no doubt, must positively reflect in the larger society. The same is true that when ethic of an individual is good it gradually affect the others and then to the community and of course, not with the best effort on performance in any given task without distraction. It is also true that education and the value system may be call into question in this regard.

4. Sense of patriotism;- Most individual must have to work together to meet up with any set objective for the benefit of the collective. Any individual with high sense of patriotism not only facilitate the set objective but also help to deliver high sense of quality of any given task. Teamwork is not just a collection of bunch of an individual with different agenda but with a complimentary skill committed to common purpose and mutually accountable for attaining a result in any given task that reflect a sense of belonging in a wider society.

5. Emphasis on Sanity; - Any individual with a strong ethical behavior must care about the sense of sanity of any given society. Love of oneself is not vanity but sanity. Often, there are some individual who only do the bare minimum, enough to keep their job intact. Contrary to this notion, individual must always put their best to have a sense of sanity that reflect the wider society, not merely doing what is just needed for its own sake.

But by putting some level of commitment that reflects to improve the wider society. With this demonstrated in our individual environment, it must gradually reflect in the life of others but not without the best effort and sense of patriotism that may reflect in the life of others.

Without the reality, no appearance world is going to be possible. The same is true that when you do not know who you are, it is difficult, if not impossible to address all those of others around you, appearing in your world. Therefore, the challenge remains how to redeem the supposed division or separation that exists.

The oneness is the very law of being. And language, no doubt remains dual in its mode of consciousness in defining the wholeness. In Eddy’s view, “knowledge of God-idea is gained through the opposite fact and phenomena” And in the paradox of language, is the appearance world called the human condition. In this human condition is the issue of security that begins with the very reflection of who and what is being threatened and the nature of such threat.

The appearance is a spiritual fact of being shown up as language appropriate in use from individual point of view. And every individual tends to live in a world in his /her own term, with the question of – if I am in danger, if I am failing or is the world in danger etc. But there is freedom only when what is feared turnout to be just a belief without substance or reality. But when it is just a mere belief, without substance the fears often tends to dissolves and dissipate or fade away.

In the dimension of reality is the disclosure of oneness and wholeness of mind/love/spirit. And it generates to sustain all that exist. It is the consideration of this spiritual fact of being that will enable one to call into question the very nature of who or what threaten and who or what is being threatened. Whatever the limitation we come to fear, will always present itself as a simulation of reality or belief-system in our human experience.

But any simulation of reality or belief-system, thought to exist, separate from the mind, the very generative source, will always manifest itself in the form of threat, instability and irresponsibility.

The same is true, when you confront belief with facts; you demonstrate the temporal nature of language as concept. But concept do not often bring satisfaction and fulfillment, simply because appearance is not capable of generating experience but serve only to measure the level of self-awareness.

As human being, we yearn for safety and security on daily bases.The same is true that we also yearn for freedom of thought, actions, integrity and trustworthiness in our relationship with our fellow human being.

These desirable qualities of life, no doubt, are often within the reach of every individual. This is true because every human being is endowed with the basic quality of life and we often intuitively expect them because they characterize the very reality of which is inherent in every individual.

But whenever we forget who we are, the result is often that we yield our individual autonomy to what appear to us and to what we see and feel around us. When we look at the mirror, we believe we are the image we see in the mirror.

But when we allow our human condition to get the better part of us, and inform us of who we are and what is going on, the result is that we are consenting a division between ourselves and the world of others. The same is true that what we allow to divide us, no doubt, conquer us.

Safety and Security are never an issue of oneness, but scientific metaphysics did teaches us that any conscious individual that live responsibly is ever practicing the act of oneness to discern the spiritual facts of everything that confront him. And knowing is the function of consciousness and we live in a world where we consciously exist and the world is never there as something separate from us.

Problems and their solution often began right where we live our conscious being. Nothing exists external to our consciousness. The same is true that when we live consciously, we become aware intuitively the-“doing unto others as we would like others to do unto us”.

The golden rule works because “oneness” is intuitively a constituent of being and it precede and embrace our daily living. In addition, when we live consciously and aware of who we are as a- ( being/mind/God-idea), we experience the simulation of reality of joy, power and peace.

The Performance Management is but a process that provide a –feedback, accountability and documentation for any performance outcome and objective. It help the employees to a sort of channel their talents toward the organizational set objective.

The same is true that PM, in its share understanding of how individual contribute to organizational set objective, its effectiveness can be found through the appraisal process that focuses very often to align the workforce in the building of competencies. It is to improve performance through training and development that drive business result toward a set objective.

The aim and set objective of performance management is always to align any organizational objective with the skills, and competency of the employees. And it tends to involve creating a viable workforce with the understanding of what the organization want to achieve at the overall level.

The PM becomes important, and essentially through both formal and informal processes because it provide an avenue to align the employees and resources and indeed, the system to meet up with their strategic overall objective. Therefore, the PM comes to serve as continuous process of improving performance through the setting of both individual and team objective that are aligned to the strategic objective of the organizational planning performance to achieve the set goals.

It does this through reviewing and assessing progress made so far and developing the knowledge, skills and the abilities of the people to embrace the organizational set objectives.

The effective component parts of the performance management system could be found in the followings;-
1. Planning of performance, that includes employees’ goals and objective.
2. The dissemination of performance communication.
3. Observation and data gathering with documentations review.
4. Performance Appraisal meeting with discuss.
5. Coaching and training taken place .
6. The KPI (Key Performance Indicator), how it work.

The KPI is a quantifiable metric that tends to reflect how well an organization is actually achieving its set goals and objective. It does this through monitoring, and directly measuring how the system is meeting up with its long term set of goal and objective through its outstanding customer services.

No, not a feeling. But motivation and feeling are two different concepts. And from the Psychological point of view, motivation is a force that energize , activate and direct behavior. Feeling has the power over your life that you give it, of which emotion put on display. Such display of emotion can be found in anger, fear, and joy etc. Motivation often tends to transform those feelings into action, although by the choice we make eventually.
The same is true that emotion describe feeling while motivation is more related to reason, simply because, there is always a reason why you choose to perform that task.

Because Government is not often so much the problem of the society but the people themselves who tends not to like themselves, talk- less of liking others. They lack the spirit of solidarity and the spirit of love your neighbor as yourself dictum.

Along with planning and organizing, -Motivation come to play a vital role in the determination of the level of performance in any organization. In this context, it is the level of performance to some extent that influence how effective any organizational goal will be met. Therefore, motivation often come to be included as part of adequate direction along with communication.

It has been discovered that often people have needs that are continually competing with one another. But no one have exactly the same mixture and strength of needs. Although, most of the time, people are driven mainly by achievement while others are primarily by security. But it must be recognized, however, that there are individual differences without the presupposition in deciding which motives are more or less important.

The same is often true, of the need to strive to act on the basis of perception or interpretation of reality instead of reality itself.
It is on this singular reason the study of behavioral science tends to shields some light into how to get our perception right and closer to reality. As it were, the closer we get to our perception to any given reality, the more the level of probability we can impact on any particular piece of reality.

Therefore, bringing our perception closer to reality, no doubt, increases, not only the effectiveness in other areas but also increase the ability to understand adequately the situational control, without being taken unaware by any situation.

It also tends to expose the employees to be known in their key job functions and to be aware of their performance expected level. It assists in the constant feedback of their performance with the opportunity to partake in any training and development. By so doing, they are rated on their performance with reward in a just and fair manner in the system.

It must be emphasized that the primary focus and objective is to achieve result. Because it tends to highlight the differences between being engaged and getting result, when one is busy. It is observed that when employee seems to be very busy, but often times, when it comes to performance, the result is often against what is expected, hence, the performance Management is in focus.

Any conventional maintenance program, must take responsibility to carrying out equipment task until it break or reaches its maintenance date. And such responsibility must be centered on preventive maintenance task.

Some of the actions expected in the performance of maintenance Task are as follows;-
1. Must be able to detect abnormalities and improve on it in any equipment.
2. Must understand the function and component of the equipment and able to detect the abnormalities.
3. Must recognize possible quality issues and identify their causes.

Adequate maintenance task should be able to provide fast and reliable trouble shooting in a certain number of failure cases. The best way to impact this knowledge is through training of an entire methodical program. Such that whenever the failure requires an intervention, everyone will be disposed to work as a team. And this tends to optimize the easy tracing of the encountered fault as it help the team to provide the best trouble shooting solution.

Maintenance Education state with the five steps;-
1. Storage with elimination of unnecessary things.
2. Orderliness with procedure of work.
3. Cleanliness with respect for others.
4. Discipline with Moral behavior.

The initial cleaning of any equipment before task is essential for high quality maintenance. And all members must be involved in cleaning and the surroundings. The purpose is to ensure that the equipment performance is fully restored by identifying and eliminating all signs of deterioration of the equipment.

INSPECTION & MONITORING;-The basic Equipment inspection must not be overlook, because such implementation is not laborious. It requires simple task like;- Checking lubrication levels, Location of any leaks, Tightening loose bolts, Identifying possible cracks & Wears. And performing mechanical adjustments.
