The same is often true that reliability is assessed by measuring failure, with the primary function to eliminate or reduce any such failure to its barest minimum.

It is worthy of note that any functional failure will result to equipment performing below its normal working condition of which the key -performance indicator, often come to display the effectiveness of the measurement of such failure in the system. Therefore, Toolbox Safety meeting is intended to help workers recognize and control any hazard that may be found in the workplace. The regularly held safety meeting is a method used to reinforce the message that “Health and Safety” issues are very important to both employer and the workers. Making sure that every topic is relevant to the organization and job site.

1. REASON FOR TOOLBOX MEETINGS;-The reason for Safety meetings and Toolbox talk are important to building a strong safety culture and reinforcing the company’s commitment to protecting the workers. Therefore, holding regular safety meetings and toolbox talk can prevent worker from getting complacent or disapproving as to feel too satisfied with themselves or with the prevailing situation. The same is true that one may come to feel so confident that no change is necessary as to take safety for granted.
2. BHAVIOUR IN THE USE OF PPE ON WORKPLACE;-1. Often, everyone is aware of the potential hazard in the work place without PPE, therefore, it is important to use it in the workplace.
2. PPE must always be worn because poor housekeeping can result in slips trips and falls.3.Exposed electricity can cause shock, burns or fire, if not handle properly. 4. Tools and equipment can cause injuries, if protective devices are not adequately put to use.
5. For instance, if a vehicle is not adequately shocked, it can roll off from position and become a hazard. Therefore, safety rules benefits everyone, and with fewer injuries or zero tolerance, any business can be productive and profitable. It is also true that by adhering to safety rules; any individual can always avoid injuries and illness from exposure to any hazardous substances.

Culture is subject to refinement as a man's inherent appetite and desires of both physical and mental. It is a means of both disciplinary measure and planting of a lucrative ideas toward which our energy is directed to advance the collective aspirations.
In this perspective, culture of any society is considered idealistic because any positive desired goal can advance, even, individual in some manner. The same is true, that culture in it's true sense of the word is subject to intentional refinement, not without a code of conduct of any society or system, as it provides for the needs of the system.
Culture in itself is not necessarily beneficial, no matter how conscientiously, it come to be applied, because it's content, no doubt, come to rest on human evolution; which is man saddle with responsibility to carry out the assignment of refinement, as the -'sumum buonum'.The ' sumum buonum' viewed as the highest good, in the evolutionary journey, and considered as such and capable of the attainment.
One might want to know, if there is any standard by which we can truly determine a meritorious culture, one that is ideal for man.
It will be argue that, a cogent approach to such subject, might required a set of
goal a culture should serve. In the light of this, we seems to learn and understand over time that certain conduct indigenous in some part of our society tends to be harmful as it interferes with our welfare, considered the ideal of good.
The same is often true, that as we evaluate certain behavior in close range and the inclinations it drag along with it as weaknesses, it could not but be suppressed. Such suppression, as it were, is always motivated either by social demand or by gradual attainment of that sense of moral understanding.
A society with a high sense of moral understanding will never tolerate, for instance, the act of murder, rape, and theft, as come to be witnessed in our society of today and viewed as an irresolvable enigma. Any culture toward refinement, not only must tread through the processes of various kinds, such as the refinement of our conduct and behaviour towards our environment, also because culture as a progress is not just refinement of our environment but aloof ourselves.
Through the refinement of culture, the societal collective sensibility , aesthetic inclination and mental vision, and indeed, our view of nature and the world, in general, will no doubt, be different. The culture of any age has always had something to contribute to advancing man in the evolutionary journey toward perfection , through which man transcends to dominate the environment with which we find ourselves. As Dr. Martin L, put it, "a man who has no cause to die for is not fit to live."

Most of the time, getting some people in the act, be it deformation of character, or stealing, do not always pose any serious problem, due to the level of
moral and ethical system in place.

The ethical and moral level, also come with it with some level of quality of seriousness that make the rule to receive everything with a sense of seren cheerfulness in silence and take as a policy and inclination not to take anything as aggressive and ashamed.
The near presence of this strange emotional phenomenon called public opinion, no doubt, often seems to weigh heavily upon the Spirit, although, on a very few individual and not without alarm due to its very irrational nature.
It must be emphasized, though, that the lofty pretention of mankind oppressed by the miserable indignities of the environment and now the weather did appear as a colossal and helpless vanity deserving of scorn, wonder and compassion.
It must however, be added, that the simplicity of thought is common to any seren soul at both end of the social scale of which the view and beliefs had nothing in them to shock any one or startle anybody.
The same is true, that as matter of fact, the practical mind, in it's judgment of people and things, although, based on peculiar prejudice, is seldom totally wrong and in fact, almost never wrong headed.
In this peculiar Level of ethical or moral system, there exist, many facet
and complex being, the understanding, of whose thoughts, messages and doings cannot for a very long time be separated from any form of investigation of psychological and social nature.
Although, it cannot be rule out of some form of original genius to achieve some level of considerable realization of the power of imagination for correctness.

However, the what seems a precarious conditions will no doubt, in the long run, serve as a platform to bring about the capacity of pity for the more obvious form of that common human miseries, precisely because, it must always remain a stranger. The stranger that need to be translated into a conception, in terms of mental suffering, in order to grasp, first hand the very notion of the cruel intention behind it all.

The sensitive and lovable nature peculiar and intimate of certain individuals, often make people prickly and resentful to public criticism not without distress under the suspicious of ferocious opponents, in respective of their political and religious credo.

In spite of this social Enigma, there exist, the common and fervent believe that some level of the essentials and meaning of life can be embraced through the awareness of the increase of the power to transmute the chaos of life, thus, experiencing the ever greater degree of joy synonymous with Nietzsche's , " self overcoming".

According to the popular concept of relationship," relationship is the way in which two or more people are connected by blood or marriage". This write-up, is not meant to explore the nitty- gritty of what relationship is all about, which as l understand it, may not make much sense to embrace the main purpose in it's entirety.
However, in what l may regard as accidental and loosely defined concept, it must be emphasized, that the self- realization is the full flow of personality, that can take place in any fruitful soil of satisfactory interpersonal relationship.
Be that as it may, it is the attainment of a new kind relationship with others and with oneself. And it is what ultimately can come to heal us of any wound and indeed, of the many ocean of conflictuality and human drama of today's world, as has been the case in resent time.
Oftentimes, no matter how mature we think we are, we still find that, we are still carring some reminants of childhood undertones, that leave us face to face with difficulties we do not understand and yet in many respect, we see ourself as mature and have what it takes to get over anything, anyway.
The truth is that, often, our emotions and instinct, will not allow us, because the twinkly of an eyes will always disclose the child concealed behind our adult exterior.
It is truism to state that our relationship to an unknown person is often conditioned, by the kind of relationship we have had in the past. The same is true, that sometimes, it is difficult, if not impossible, in particular, in a stagnant culture, to meet a person for the first time, one from whom we may hope for help, without some degree of prejudice or misgiven, derived from previous experiences. It must be said, that it is common knowledge that opinions with aquitances changes as time evolves to get to knows one another better. And sometimes, such changes may not simply be the result of finding out more about such individual, rather, of what l may called that corresponding corrections of the partially distorted picture, of which our imagination could be held responsible in an atmosphere of anticipated construction.
Ideally, in any sane and non- stagnated culture, people approach one another, due to the wind of change,
as is currently making a wave in Europe without any form of misconception.
Although, in practice the image of the next person always look a complex one to decipher of the bargage it hold.
Nevertheless, this does not often remove from our emotion and instinct , not to read from people of their needs and inspirations of which through the act of relationship it can adequately find an exit.

one of the problem of our time, is not more of the suffering or the pain in the people, but rather the very feeling of being unwanted or rejected, uncared for by those we look up to.
Accordily, it is the lack of love for one another and charity not without the terrible act of indifference towards even neighbour and assaulted through exploitation, poverty, name it ravaging the society at large in spite of the opulence of materialism.

Any learning system have the tendency to produce a flexible system, that encourage and promote exchange of information among people.

The learning system works as it encourages everyone of the need to improve in their skills and other people's experience, and as it were, through which the people becomes developed.

In the same learning system, there is a greater motivation through which people becomes appreciated for their own skills, value and the work they do.
The same is true, that in such learning system, opinions is treated with respect on equal bases with understanding.

Indeed, there is such awareness of the role and importance of learning without distractions. In the learning system, everyone is more motivated to add values, no matter how little, that could encourage creativity and ,if you like, the sese of free- thinking that may eventually lead to novel solution to problems.

Taking for instance, in the learning organization, the workforce, no doubt, would become more flexible, and people would learn skills and aquire knowledge beyond their specific job requirements.
The same is true, this would enable anyone to learn to appreciate and perform other roles and tasks as it come their way.
Therefore, through learning organization or system, flexibility allows workers or people to move freely within the environment as it remove barriers associated with a rigidly structured environment or system.
It is also often true, that such system will ensure individuals will be able to cope rapidly with the changing everonment, the result of which is the sense of learning.

In the learning system, there are more opportunities to be creative with some level of avenue for trying out new ideas and the improvements of skills without having to care about mistakes. And indeed, such creative contribution must be recognized through which new ideas could flourish.
With new ideas that flourish, innovation and creativity is align, as everyone in every level became engaged in continual learning, as a valid contributions.

Being innovative and creative becomes the responsibility of everyone that allows learning organization or system to adapt to the necessary changes in the state of what looks like the prevailing efficient competitions.

A learning System is the system that encourages learning among it's people. It is a system that promotes exchange of information and creating a more knowledgeable, conducive and flexible attitude in the system. The same is true that it will encourage a flexible attitude that accept and adapt to new ideas and changes through a shared vision in the system.
It will be observed that, the very importance of learning was first introduced by Chinese philosopher, Confucius-(551-479 BC). In fact he believed that " everyone should benefit from learning." According to him, "Without learning, the wise becomes foolish ; by learning, the foolish become wise" . And " Learn as if you could never have enough of learning , as if you might miss something".
It will be observed that, the very underlying cause for emphasis on learning, is simply that it increases the space of change in any system or organisation.
Taken for instance, that classically, work has always been thought of as being conservative and difficult to change. And learning tends to be divorced from work and innovation come to be seen as the necessary but disruptive way to change.
Any system that is able to 'learn and innovate', no doubt, will be able to make the necessary charge,and indeed, if it is a corparate body, will be able to charge their work practices to perform better in what looks like a constantly changing environment. Take ISO and SON, for instance.
It will be observed that, now, change is measured in terms -of weeks and months, no longer in years as it were in the past. In the corparate world, the term is "business- re- engineering" is used to focus on the elimination of waste and not working smarter and learning.
Not long ago, there arise this "concept of System Thinking" of which Gould- Kreutzer Associates, Inc., define as- "A framework for seeing interrelationship that exist rather than just things; just to see the forest and the trees".
As it were, this simply means, that the organisation or system need to be aware of both the system or organisation as whole as well as the people or individuals within the system, as the case maybe.
It will be observed, that often, the contrary has always been the case of which the system or organization, often tends to concentrate only on their own needs and profit and not the needs of the people or individuals that makeup the system or organisation.
Currently," the System Thinking" is trying to Change this perception in the "Learning System"so that the system or organisation strive to include the ambitions of the individuals or people, not just that of the system or organisational goals and this no doubt, could inject some basic and necessary difference to our charging world of today.

According to Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, " Humility is the quality of not thinking that you are better than other people: the quality of being humble. In this perspective, it will be argue that it is a virtue and it is most disliked in the sphere of our natural feeling.
This is true, because it cannot be arcquired without undergoing, so it seems, some very unpleasant process of humiliation.
Indeed, there is a saying, that Our Lord Jesus became humble through suffering. Therefore, for any true Christian, the very meaning of Humility cannot be forgotten. And the same is true that it is the very sinfulness of pride of which the importance of Humility come to play an important Christian teaching.
In order to to get a clear understanding of the Meaning of Humility, it may be we'll be advised to clear our mind of any false ideas of virtue, that we may have come to entertained.
It is not an illusion, that often, some individual come to think and believe that Humility stand in opposition to truth as they embrace a decietful thinking to themselves just to display an act of Humility for the sake of wants and self - gratification.
However, there are school of thought who believe that a humble individual must not stand up for himself non any fair play and justice. However, it must be made clear that this type of conception amount to nothing than a peculiar pitfall of the one who looks like a timid individual that tends to prefer to remain in silent when in justice, instead of breaking his silence for the sake of others. This is but a canopy of an individual in the frame up of an excuse of cawardic attitude in the name of Humility.
Humility is never an act of being fearful, non does it remove from any one the sense of the cultivation of talents and in the maintance of self-estem. It is unfortunate, that a bunch of individual come to confuse Humility with that of lazyness and fearfulness of taking a responsibility, which amount to being in a state of self deception known as inferiority complex.
In this perspective, perhaps the most pitiable form of false humility is that of who choose to speaks bad of himself and his capacities, just to be contradicted by others as he indirectly encourage them to praise him.
Often, a bunch of individual come to believe that it is only the religious who are meant to be humble, because only this type of people who alone can lie on the floor for others without running a grave risk of being laugh at. Of cause, it is a common experience to find that humility exist not so much among a bunch of limited intellectual capacity, just as among some trickles of distinguished schoolars. And indeed, of a bunch of individuals who know so much that they know how little knowledge they possess.

I wake this morning, thinking how simple life could be for everyone, if we could actually take our individual responsibilities. In doing our best in the true sense of the word, in where ever we find ourselves.
But what does it means to take responsibility?. In a nutshell, l think it really means we must blame ourselves for something, in particular, when there is need to do so, and we must be prepared to acknowledge any fault where it is due, and indeed, must take responsibility for any poor choice we make when there is also a need to do it- " mia coupa".
Often, it seems to me, not everyone is aware of this intricate but true reality we have to contend with and yet it is present with us. The same is true that many do not seems to see this personal betterment which manifest to putting into life of the collective betterment.
In another perspective, responsibility, seems also to mean being dependable, in the keeping of our promises and in the honouring of our commitment when there is need to do so, without any excuses to blame others when things goes wrong.
According to one Bowra, just as everything serves a purpose, so also we serves a purpose in the scheme of things, and we have the spiritual and material obligation to realize our full potential and nature in it.
Therefore, it is essential as long as we are dependable, to train ourselves to realize our potentialities without being passive about it in our individual uniqueness. Indeed, St. Paul, eloquently spoke about this in the scripture, of the gift of the spirit that vary in purpose and intensity in our unique individual life.
Often, many process in nature, is only comprehensible in terms of the end result, but remain obscure, when considered simply from the casual point of view. It must be observed that the self-realization" concept does not imply a lack of recognition of individual differences in any way.
On the contrary, this unique differences must come to be respected in whatever the underlying basic endowment may be, because it is the connecting point, of the inner wholeness which is the common denominator that enhance and harmonize realities as we come to know it.
It must be observed, for instance, that it is not often a simple matter to blame parents for everything that goes wrong with children in the cause of their development. But of the extremely but complex interaction with that differing personalities along the way, although, relative but not absolute.
Often times, it seems frustration has it's positive side of it, as it enable us to discover ourselves and also to finding that all our wants are not always immediately come to be satisfied which can lead us to the discovery that we are after all, dependable to one another in taken responsibilities.

According to the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary definition -noun (u) (philosophy) the uses of experiment or experience as the basis for our ideas; the belief in this method- empiricism, of which John Locke, is an exponent.
Besides being a theory about the basis and origin of knowledge and content of the mind in general, Empiricism is also a method rather than a specific school of philosophy. It reappears in the history of philosophy as a definite epistemological doctrine- (we shall be looking into the concept of what epistemology means) at other time.
In the broad sense, Empiricism means the conviction of which philosophy in an attempt to systemize, explicate and understand human experience, must start from the facts of experience and eventually must return to that same experience for its final seal and approval.
The same is true that to say that philosophy starts from human experience, is undeniably true. And as a matter of fact, philosophy is nothing but a question of our experiences.
Because philosophy may lead us into a field so remote, from anything we may find in our immediate experience as in the " archetypes" of Plato or in the " things-as-such" of Kant.
But generally speaking, philosophy starts from experience but does not end with inexperience but in wisdom.
And as the saying has it, with the cause of time, philosophers often come to forget the original question from which they had to sort an answer. But as they become so immersed into the answer they got with time, they are bound to forget to enquire whether it supplies or fits the very fact of experience from which they had started.
The same is true that it is the tendency to speculate that brought philosophers a bad name as a dreamer and impractical men.
As it were, " Empiricism" is said to be a revolt against this tendency that turns resolutely against the acceptance of any philosophical hypothesis which is not supported by any fact of experience.
It must be observed that among the ancients who strive with the greatest achievement in the realm of philosophy, maybe ascribed to Indian and Greek, although, with different approaches and outlook of these two ancient cultures to philosophical problems.
While the Indian philosophy may be primarily subjective inexperience, it is said to take its birth in man's feeling of resentment at his fate.
On the part, the Ancient Greek philosophy, primarily we're interested in the world of external things that stand against the world of subjective experience through which we become aware of the flux of our experiences.
It must be emphasized, however, that another Indian school of philosophy tends to have its origin in the conflict which arises in man's experience as a result of pain or from a sense of conflict of duty.
It must be observed that Greek philosophy in the early phase is said to be dominated by a sense of curiosity about the world of nature as they seek to penetrate the secrets which lie behind its ever-changing face.
Therefore the Greek philosophy strives to act as a child of wonder which the world of objects and occurrences in the external world evokes in his breast.
The Greek philosophy tends to strive towards natural science that also tends to keep closest to the. scientific thought of which " Empiricism" is typical.

The law of cause and effect is also called the law of "Karma" in the language of Sanskrit, which means "deed" or to do. In the application of the life journey, it comes to implies that human thought, actions, and deeds are all " karmic cause".
Therefore, it is this that tends to set in motion certain circumstances which in turn produce the effect in the same life journey, of the like of, in any actions, there is always a reaction.
Although, there are schools of thought, who doubt any such theory, and the same is true that there are those who are firm believers in this same theory.
Those who believe are often quick to point out that when they come across a certain person in a condition of poor health or undesirable circumstances; that certainly such individual, no doubt, must have trespassed the karmic law as to bring about such adverse condition.
Although, this could be true, that being human, we often tend to occasionally act in such a way as to completely be out of harmony with nature, a state of imbalance of which the level of negativity tends to outweigh that of positivity in life journey.
The same is that there is the principle of ignorance that does not protect anyone from any form of punishment established for this life journey, which, however, has its applications much more severely to the law of creation.

It must, however, be observed that any form of imbalance in the life evolutionary journey, no doubt, has its negative implications of undesirable effects.
Therefore, it cannot be negated that human life is susceptible to any such occasional occurrences.
But one has to be careful not to make the sweeping assumption that any form of illness, for instance, or an undesirable situation is as a result of this, otherwise, this may act as being judgmental or a misconception.
It is important, however, to know that there exists such law of karma or the law of cause and effect, that is a part and parcel of life creation, just to guide and regulate our every movement or journey of life.
This is true, not just to guide but also as not to overdo anything that may result in " imbalance" that could result in an undesirable situation, of the like of the current global " climate change and other issues of life we often take for granted on daily bases.
The reason is obvious because we overdo things without taken cognizant of the concept of limitation. In everything, there is always a limit and when we excessively do things, it results in an imbalance of which nature or even the scripture warn humanity about.

It must be observed that, there is the concept of categories, introduced by St. Thomas Aquiana, such that in everything there is a level or category, that may vary from one individual to the others, of the like of " faith, believe and indeed, of given; we do not do things in the same level or category, there are always differences when measured.

This is to say, in our evolutionary journey, everyone is not in the same level or category of faith and belief and of given, because we are created to be so and we are saddled with the responsibility to discover these laws in our evolutionary journey of which the scripture come to represent.
However, some people have life pigeonholed into tidy compartments of good and bad, and such people also tends to have equal tidy explanations for event or occurrences and will be quick to explain any misfortune by placing blame usually upon others and why not, even upon themselves.
It must be observed that often, obstacles, oppositions, and indeed, problems are not so readily "good or evil" as the scripture has often made us understand, due to our evolutionary journey.
Therefore, they come to serve as opportunities for growth and enlightenment, as to compel us to develop what may be called randomly of common sense along a footpath to spiritual liberation.

I thought l could have proceeded to write the second part of the JHA, but unfortunately, for whatever reason, l could not wait to do exactly just that, as the current topic tends to impose itself upon my mind with no option but to just move on.
However, the very notion of the common good can provide what one may call the touchstone of domestic programs with hopeful and realistic favorable economic conditions. As it were, wherever such spirit of the common good is tenable, it must be without resulting in any excessive consumption more than can be affordable and necessary.
But there be a need for vision in the reshaping of any public opinion against any such direction.
Such vision is necessary in a decaying society in its continued emancipation in the individualistic tendencies, without a moment of self-evaluation. The self-evaluation is based on what kind of projection for the future, it envisages for the coming generation in correcting all the past ethical blunders to govern effectively.
Because let face it, there is lacking a great deal of what one may call, coherent and inclusive spirit of collective vision, with public philosophy that provide the means of adequate understanding that sympathize with the aim and objective of a just equitable, and ethical concept and tradition, a word of honor and word that guides to good governance.
The same is true, that any such vision must act as a power broker, as it is measured and persuasively advocated with a strong sense of collective aspirations, not necessary with the intent to legitimize the pursuit of self-interest in the form of large scale private acquisitiveness with continues eulogizing, with the result of large scale permissiveness and repression.
Because it is time to embrace the vision for a long-term and viable foundation for a just and equitable society for the sake of the common good. It must be based on significant structural reform as opposed to that technocratic fine-turning system that often fails to address the issue of the concept of the common good.
In the face of the current challenges and in what looks like an intractable situation, no doubt has it's the corresponding opportunity of solutions to look inn-word rather than out-word, in the asking as to whether it is time to have a tangible change of direction of what is appropriate and inappropriate.
However, the theme of the common good, when adequately and effectively represented in words and actions, no doubt, could inject the sense of inclusiveness into the mind that could induce one to view problems from a different perspective.
This can be tenable through the recalling of our common history and records of achievement, why not, Even our failures and defeat that always act as catalyst for any significant and enduring positive change towards a lasting radical reform for the viable reshaping of the system in general for the sake of posterity.

1. What is Hazard? Hazard is defined as a potential to harm and is often associated with uncontrolled conditions or activities that may result in injury or death.

Therefore, JHA also focuses attention on the relationship between the Workers, the tasks, Tools, and the Environment, - (J.H.A= W.T.T.E).

When speaking of the modern giant of the history of thought, what come to mind is the name of Emmanuel Kant, the German philosopher. In his genius, he combines the " Empiricist and Rationalist thought through the " Critique of Pure Reason in 1781" that marked the end of "Enlightenment" to initiate a new era called idealism.
In his view, knowledge is impossible without accepting the truth from both Empiricist and Rationalist' school of thought. In this stance he based his Ethics on reason of which moral duties can be deduced by all rational being.
In his view there is uhh a problem with the empiricism method of coming to knowledge.
According to Kant, if all we know and collect are particular sensations or particular impressions, according to the view of the empiricism, how can we then arrive at a necessary and universal knowledge?.
Put in more simple understanding, how can one explain the very possibility of any scientific knowledge and if you like the very relationship that may exist between cause and effect which enable the mind to grasp the scientific truth.

They are characterized by emphasis on action and result, with high standard on himself and others, although, constructively and often time very impatient and untiring due to what he comes to view as a responsibility that require attention.
Therefore, working or communicating with a typical Controller, be prepared to be tested and fast moving, not without some argument or disagreement with a raise voice that may challenge your thought in the process. However, it must be closely observed that such behavior is never an attack on your person, on the contrary, but on the task at hand.
2. Analyzers are those individuals characterized by analysis and details, a sort of systematic inquiry at every single interval of altered concept during communications or task, the result is they may appear stiff or hard, but not you, rather on the task at hand.

They function tenaciously to find satisfaction in what they view as edification as they weigh the options to determine the best possible solution for any given task.
These individuals as the name depict, remains a great value, as a logical thinker who at any given time, strives on the side of objectivity, in what may look like a complex problem or situation.
Although, there will always be a communication barrier with such individual, in particular, when you side on generalizing rather than being specific.

It must be observed that in the mode of communications, it begin with you because before you point the finger to seek any solution for any perceived communication challenge, with any individual, self-examination is imperative.

The question is often to be fair, as to whether if you are certain, that the source of certain communications discrepancy or challenge, and if you like, behavior experienced emanated from you or the other individual.

In the scripture, in one of the verses, "do unto others as you would have them do to you", a sort of conscious awareness of putting oneself in the place of the others.
Although, we often come to explicate this as; it is due to the environmental pressure, which often disallowed the conscious awareness to take its rightful place.
However, it becomes often, difficult, if not impossible to contend with such situation, when it arise, but in reality, taken cognizant of the varying situation at play, self-education can minimize any extreme situation that allows for some level of sanity of communication.
To be Tactful is the act of politeness, firm, and yet sincere without any form of self-deceit, when confronting an unexpected situation, with a little dose of sensibility without hurting anyone along the line.
According to Emerson Waldo, " defect in manner is usually the defect of perception ", therefore, perception of other people's feelings is equally the very key to becoming more tactful on our part. Often, a bunch of individuals tends not to be aware of these facts, instead, they allow themselves to be drawn into a state of the borderline situation, which is a state between conscious and unconscious situation.
In this state, they are unaware of the very effect of their blunder, as they think at this point, nothing matters, as their instinct tends to dominate the act of rationality, and any temporary hurt amounts to nothing. The reality is that any such hurt can be devastating as to tends to ruins one's entire day.
Indeed, often any of such hurt can even result in some mental loss of self-worth, just like the one who gave his father a had sad look.

The materialistic aspect of existence, however valuable it may sound, often to our dismay, becomes nothing and powerless and are often never enough to relieve us in the face of any anxiety of impending transition, when it is time.

And neither does it stand to prolong our span of life as to satisfied the desire of our future life, inescapably rooted in use. Hence, in the face of death or transition, our imagination often come to fail us in our helplessness in the face mystery of transition or death.
However, history has never fail to remind us that, in spite of such mystery, there were still some great thinkers of old, who has sung the praise of death. Although, this does not come to mean that we should seek for it, on the contrary, that we should realize death is inevitable and we cannot live forever.
The same is true that we cannot do without it irrespective of our material and spiritual well being and if you like, our intellectual standing, rather it remains a sino- guano, when the monument of transition comes.
Nowadays, we come to witness this unexpected transition of our dear beloved once, and continue to ask why, but without answer adequate to explicate the reason why, of which, no doubt, the answer could found in the mystery of death or transition.

Every individual of whatever class and race have a different level of attitude. This attitude is often being assessed by the level of involvement in the performance of any assigned responsibility. It is the attitude that often paves the way for behavioral action which ultimately influences productivity that enhances development.

Attitude and Productivity have largely been studied through which various factor has found to be responsible for some level of relationship.

It is argued, that work attitude tends to be more favorable when some level of affection, recognition, friendliness, and indeed, freedom is allowed to enhance productivity.

The same is true, where these basic elements are lacking, it no doubt, breed some level of negativity, the like of low moral with low productivity.

Any unfavorable work attitude could often result in a poor relationship and lack of recognition, inequitable environment, and insecurity with lack of development. It must be emphasized though, that the individuals will become dissatisfied with the working environment, the result of which is low ethical value through which the process may inhibit some level of attitude detrimental to productivity and development.

It will be observed that when productivity and development are adversely affected, any form of advancement and objective, no doubt, suffer, of which the consequences are hitches of unexpected discrepancies. It is pertinent, therefore, to note that a procedure must be laid down in the identification of both these ethical values and standards to establish and guide the conduct, attitude, and behavior in the system.

The same is true that the success of any system of any kind, no doubt, come to depend to large extent, what l may call attitudinal factors toward any increase of productivity and development coupled with some level of self-discipline that often assists to develop principles to guide general feelings, conduct, and behaviors.
And indeed, this is what can sustain the necessary drivers with positive decisions taken with any set of goals and objectives for the sake of the collective well-being at any given time.

Culture is not innate in man, such as other various common elements of human nature that are present at birth and remain with man throughout his existence. The learning of the vital part of culture must always take place at the very beginning of man's existence.
However, today there seems to be a growing number of people of every class and category of people in the society who are beginning to recognized and realized that they are the architects of their community of culture.
Along with this growing awareness, is the growing sense of autonomy and responsibility, not without the recognition of the importance of it's spiritual embodiment and moral maturity it encompass.
This responsibility, is of cause, of dua nature, which is of both spiritual and material, that has seems to make a compelling necessity that no little effort gear toward a change be it individual or collective to build a better world is a waist. The reason is not far fetch, because it is the only avenue through which- a new humanism can be born, through which man defined his responsibilities toward his fellow man and history.
It will not be surprising, that with such conditions, man will come to the recognition and feel himself responsible for the cultural progress, not without high hope, as he view anxiously and identified what is required to be resolved. In the quest to resolve any such anomalies, is also the resolve to encourage the impulse in the expansion of culture, without however, destroying the dependability to the inheritance of existing tradition.
As it were, there is the need, for any genuine cultural progress to take place, to share with a sense of equity and Justice, and to bringing about any fruitful dialogue between various groups in the upsetting any anomaly that may exist.

Make no mistake, that such insecurity, can always arise, not necessarily from any mysterious and somewhat disguised sources, as anxiety does, but from something immediate one could not fix at any given moment; psychological. Often, it is always extremely difficult, if not almost impossible to pretend to keep out of one's consciousness any such formulation of some chronic feeling of the worst sort of insecurity.

To Achieve our necessities in life, we must come to recognize that a truly unfettered and unwavering belief is but the fundamental tenet in fulfilling our deepest desires and dreams without any infringement. The same is often true, that belief, faith, and unconscionable knowledge that we are Destin to achieve something, no matter what the struggle may be, often becomes the most crucial determining factor in our ability to do anything or to do something.
In embarking to do something, we know we must focus on "commitment not motivation", the reason is clear, because when we are truelly committed, motivation will follow. It is one of the reasons, we do not relent to seek knowledge, but not result because in seeking knowledge we invariably focus on the excitement of discovery, improving, and experimenting through which you are motivated. But when you focus on the result, you have less motivation the moment the result is not forthcoming as you may require or as you hit the storm.
As it were, it is the journey or process, if you like, and the history, not the destination which is the key and which you must keep on track to know what you are learning and as strive to improve on it.
In any such process or history, there is always the need to avoid any stagnating thought or situation. The reason is also clear, because our thought often tended influence a lot of our feelings negative or positive, it may be. And feelings, no doubt, determine how we come to view our situations.
Without kidding anyone, we all know that there is always a bunch of thoughts in the head, like it or not, we have our choices of which to go along with at any given time.
Such that it may emotionally stick with, fear, deat or emotionally exciting- like trying new things, step out of comfort zone that may eventually be rewarding.

The same true, when you allow reason and observation to be part of the process, we must come to recognize that every experience we encounter, the like of which, ever color or shape it choose to be, is the very result of the working system of a "cause" of something, not the "effect" of anything.
It is often true that the word, " chance" is devoid of any meaning of which in reality, it is simply rooted in the deepest source of destiny. This is not just a theory none a speculation, but a fundamental truth known only by a few.
Hence, the need to look for yourself, because our outer self is like the "prodigal son" who went away from his father and lived among the pigs and swine, while the real "I" remain with the father, the rest is history, it becomes a moral obligation to bring back the ourself, the prodigal - son to the happiness and reality, demanded by our time and indeed, to the perfection of the father's home not without diligence and painstaking moment.

There is the need to know that once in a while you must look for yourself. And when you have find your true self and have the awareness that you are the one you looking for, then your experience will, no doubt, unfold in a life of profound peace, joy and happiness with the profound truth in the mix of any adversity and disappointment in a turbulent world of today.
The truth be told, it is like a " systematic organized leap into the unknown", to paraphrase one Peter Drucker in his " The Age of Discontinuity". according to which he said "Unlike the science of yesterday" it is not based on organizing our knowledge, on the contrary, it based on organizing our ignorance". In addition these techniques are not taught in schools, but they remain the very key to the future.
Just as Plato's idea of all ideas of goodness, which is the awareness that you are what you are and must accept yourself in the face of any opposition or indifference and elections. When you have found yourself, there will be for you in the scripture of wisdom a geometry of the spirit which you delight to ponder and apply to the infinite intricasies of life and characters it present.
It must be known that humanity, passing and repassing between two eternities, will no longer appear to us at appointed time, as an interesting pagant and unrelated to us. According to Schopenhour, a German philosopher, " the essential to life's happiness resides in what one has in one self".
The principle source of human life comes from within and from the depth of the soul. Therefore, it be living in the consciousness and knowledge of the real- self, that one gradually can bring back the outward- self to rest in support of the Divine spirit within, not the contrary.
Indeed, this often the language and gift of the solitude that very few are willing to listen to, but it must be preferred to that of a turbulent society because the language of the society is that which set itself to the expression of negative emotions rather to address itself to the problem of conduct that inflame more of the turbulence the world is struggling to overcome.

Nearly everyday of our life, we experience various type of unexpected events. In most cases, some of these events fall within our control and some others do not.

Frequently, we can avoid many adverse conditions through the application of intelligent coupled with wisdom to live our life the way we deem fit. We do this by trying various method we deem campactable to our way life. Although, these event beyond our immediate control, which we are unable to trace their roots no don't requires tome and perseverance.
But must look out and divise means of how to cross over, such of the like of sudden and unexpected occurrences we have no immediate solution, which no doubt, pose itself as a challenge.
There are also certain situations that may present themselves as it ask for our understanding as it poses itself as complicated although require a necessary solutions that could create conflict of pain in us. But such conflict and pain no doubt, ask for reflection and prayers, even if u are not a believer, otherwise, it must remain a life challenge to overcome.
With reflection and minor detachment, and with what looks like personal judgement, the reality of such challenge will have to be unveil with Bn time
not without high degree of detachment from purely personal issues as one is able to bear, what l may call the accelerated vibration that has accumulated overtime for their eventual dissipation.
Therefore, those of us that has persistently fought our ways along these hard and rough phase of life knows very well enough, the painful misgiven, the harasing doubts and the solitary questioning of the heart, which do beset us.
Yet l believe, there are but very few, who could testify to this reality on emerging from what l may call the shadow of deat, that all was well with them.
However, we must bear in mind that, there is a level of such reality that exist as it beset individuals, and therefore does not really matter any more, the level of such difficulty, if we have been able to comprehend and understand the truth behind such life experience it offers.
It often, mean that if we are reflective enough, we will discover that, there could have been no other way we could expect to acquire the strength for further development.

Choosing to live, is already a pre- moral choice. Then comes the question of how? . And we know what is good and what is bad. Then what follow is " What do l do".One can either go about it randomly or methodically designed to avoid anything bad but striving to be on the side of good, of which that methodology come to be called morality.
This explicitly morality will allow one to choose rationally among values, which is the motive to act to gain and keep. Values are concerned with goals that one is able to pursue among the many values. Values are the motive power behind any purposeful action, as the end in which we act.
It must be observed that without values, we cannot act, it tends to specifies relationship between person and goal. It must also be observed that, it is the goal to which one aims that come to represent the value, of which a relationship is required, because object cannot be a value in itself.
It must be said that values are essential to ethics, because ethic is concerned with human actions and the choice of those actions, which it evaluate to know the values that underline them. The evaluations is to determine which values should is good to be pursued and which is bad not to be pursued, because ethic is the code of values.
Previously, we have said, morality will always allow one to choose rationally among values, but what does it mean to be rational?. However, it must be said that rationality apart from been a habit of acting by reason, it is the recognition and acceptance of reason as the only source of knowledge, the only judge of value and guide to action, but in accordance with the facts of reality.However, it must be added that rationality does not mean, being a perfectionist in thought and ideas, but acting acting according to reason and is a virtue only to the extent that it encourages towards a method of survival.
Therefore, morality makes selection of values rational as it provide adequate method of evaluation. The same is true, that in this perspective values comes to be compared to a moral standard and prioritized according to how well it come to promote that very standard. But to make any decisions aesier, a virtues must be developed which are moral habits that help to gain many values.

In this write- up, from the philosophical perspective, l would like to make it clear, that it is a well known fact that no school of taught has been able to make it explicitly clear and adequate of the level of universality and necessity, inherent in the axiomatic truth or the first principle.
In it's application, no theory has been able as well to pass beyond the subjective boundary, even in the level of psychological necessity that often compel an individual mind to judge that the first principle is universal and necessarily true.
Although, we often can perceived that the first principles, even though, it seems not to be true for us, it is no doubt, true for our mind and everything around us. Therefore, it must be observed that the first principle tends to form the very foundation of the scientific and philosophical knowledge.
And it must be observed that, the subject and predicate of the first principle are logically connected with the absolute necessity, that has to do with something; which is the internal subjective and intrinsic in nature.
This something and intrinsic in nature, however, is distinct and logically independent that proceed from the constitution of the mind itself.
There is the question of what forces the intellect to place the absolute necessity in judgement. However, we are faced here, in what looks like the basic facts, such that with the ultimate experience present in our consciousness through introspection and reflection, an effort is often,made to extract the right answer. Through the introspection and reflection, attention must be give to what take place, when making any judgement, as to be able to discover, what it is, that prompt and compel the intellect to consider that such judgement is absolutely necessary in its validity.
It must be observed that, very often that it is the reason in its reliance in what come to be called - the cogent objective evidence on the logical relation that seems to exist between the concepts of judgement, which by the way, has nothing to do with the subjective necessity that may arise from the constitution of the mind.
It is worthy of note that when the first principle is true merely for the mind, it may not be true in itself, and the same is true that, when the first principle is true in every mind and in everything, then, it is objectively true in itself, independent of any objection in this regard.
The reason for this stern from the fact that,(1.) We tends to, in our mind to make it to be true by restricting the true-value in the intellect, just to make it purely a subjective concept. And secondly-(2)-The true- value, no doubt, tends to conform to the reality that indicate that there exist a direct perception of the concept in it's objectivity.

Any positive and competitive culture must have the basic assumption that reflect some level of general understanding and flexibility with a minimum of parochial and vested individual interest, rather of the collective well being.
Such culture, no doubt, must be able with minimum disposition deal with any transformation, irrespective of the evolving complexity of the change in question.
The willingness and disposition must be part of such an equation that demonstrates in an integrated manner in the system for it to function with a high level of commitment for the wellbeing of the collective interest.
The ability of transformation must be expressed in a balanced perspective about the demand and pressure from the external environment because any such demand will often come to be manifested in the ambivalent functionality of the system.
The same is true, that it is not always without ambivalent, the very benefit of any such transformation may bring about for the various invested groups.
As there is a competitive culture so also is there a stagnating culture which is an embodiment of a high level of the basic assumption that tends to reflect an attitude of rigidity in its oblivion to flexibility and in its tendency to align with the status quo and parochialism, to the detriment of the collective interest.
This is always a culture that is unable and unwilling to take the first step, due to what looks like a prevailing general attitude of passiveness and complacency about the issue of transformation, due to lack of the very spirit of disposition and ineptitude in any given situation.
It will be observed, that such inability, often stern from an inexpressed fixation of the status quo, the like of apathy towards the demand of the external environment. Therefore, the result of a fragmented functionality of an entire system is not without a resistance to actions that may jeopardize the vested interest and parochial preference with it's relative result of stagnation.
It has been presupposed, therefore, that any key meaningful action and model must take the first step of both structure and aspiring action for any transformation to be meaningful. But any aspiring action and structure is necessary and must stern from the extent of engagement toward the long term shaping of a new belief system and value based action. Of course, through this belief and value based action, information about the status quo will gradually emerge, as it specify the desire future, not without adequate definition in the formation of the require value system, through which materials and human resources are provided to enhance the system with some level of regulations of the desire transformations for the benefit of all.
