When it has to do with improving ourselves, and this could be individually or collectively, it is imperative we take into consideration our Behavior and Habits. Because these concepts goes a long way to influencing our focus and determination in their advantage and disadvantages in any individual and indeed, in our collective psychology. These two concepts, of Behavior and Habit, tend not to be taken seriously in our everyday activities, and yet they often have a disorganizing effect both in the life of the individual as well as that of the society at large. Often, in an act of generosity or wickedness, these two concepts tend to be taken for granted, consciously or unconsciously.

But in reality, they remain a salient issue and are being denigrated in our daily activities. In psychology, a person is often come to be described through behaviors and habits, when the individual may be possessed. The reason is that such behavior and habit tend to tell the character and identity of the individual as well as the overall attributes of that person. Although these two concepts seem to be misused as one and the same, the reality is that they are different when it comes to defining the character and identity of any individual at any given time.

Therefore, Behavior means the overall reaction or response to various stimuli and other internal or external input that may be voluntary or not, in any given environment. And any such common behavior can be acceptable or unacceptable. And we often come to judge behavior acceptability by social norms and by nature, we tend to abide by these norms. The same is true, that as a basic human action, our individual behavior tends to depend a great deal, upon the behavior of others, whether we are aware or not. Therefore, it must be observed that our behavior, apart from being a response to an environment or a situation, is also the overall reaction to the different actions in coordination with any given situation in any surroundings.

But this often happens, through the individual system or organism that may be voluntary or involuntary. In their differences, Habit is an act we repeat until it becomes automatic, which is often unnoticed due to its subconscious nature. While Behavior is the reaction of the system due to impulses around it. The same is true, in that habit being the act manifested repeatedly and subconsciously becomes a routine at some point. Because it is an act we do over and over again, which in most cases, has its advantage and disadvantages.

But it does require to be checked due to its positive aspect of learning which is compulsory to enhancing our intellectual stride at any given time. Another major difference is that while Habit is subconsciously repeated, even when not sometimes intended, it is often unconsciously done. Behavior, on the other hand, is the reaction to any outside impulses, often, consciously done

It must be observed, that behavior becomes an output of any individual towards any given environment or situation, while habit becomes an input of any environment or situation and in particular, for certain individuals, through which emanate the very saying of- "habit die hard".

Therefore, habits and behavior could lead anyone to be complacent about the most obvious things due to the subconscious and unconscious nature of our life. Often, certain individuals are quick to dismiss these salient and yet basic concepts with a wave of the hand.

This is true in particular, in modern politics and economics and yet they remain a complex and stunning issue that required to be tackled through education. Because any adequate educational system has the potential to unravel certain historical problems through this concept in society, although, these concepts often come to be treated as a none issue, and in fact, not without consequence as it exacerbates.

As it were, value is one of the components of attitude, because it assists to determine how individual act to weigh the importance of various alternatives of options that may lay bears.
And indeed, individual of whatever categories have different level of attitude that can be accessed through involvement in the performance of any assigned responsibility at any given time. Therefore, an attitude tends to pave the way for behavioral action which ultimately can influence productivity to enhance or impede a viable development. It is also true that attitude and productivity tends to be studied to have being found to have various factors responsible for some level of relationship.
It is argued that attitude tends to be favorable when some level of affection, recognition, friendliness and freedom are allowed to enhance productivity. But where this is ignored and lacking, there emanate a low attitude of moral with low productivity that may become the common theme, although, may not be outwardly put on display but certainly, may remain a hindrance. The same is true that any unfavorable attitude towards any individual or group of people can also result to a poor relationship with lack of recognition, inequality, and insecurity.

It is also true, that when productivity and development are adversely affected, any form of advancement with aim and objective could also come to suffer. It is pertinent therefore, to note that favorable or unfavorable ethical values, as the case maybe, must have some lay- down procedures and standard, as to be able to establish the guideline of conduct, attitude and behavior in the system. And value is the ideas about the worth and importance of things, concept and people. They all emanate from person’s belief and value is a component of attitude. And value helps us to weigh the importance of various alternatives and determine how we act. It tends to drive individual effort. Therefore, the successes of any system or society come to depend to a large extent of the attitudinal factor towards increasing productivity and development. Of cause, self -discipline is called into question here, because it assists in developing certain principle in guiding the individual feelings, conduct and behavior, and indeed, thought habit along the process.
The result that emanate from such process is often self-control, self-reliance and self-determination that ultimately stimulate individuals in the sustenance of the necessary drive in taking a positive decision towards achieving the set objective at any given time. Because lack of any self-discipline and self-confidence, often have the consequence of negative disposition and distressing thought with lack of enthusiasm and ultimately, an adverse effect of low self-esteem, productivity and advancement. The like of him is rarely incomprehensible and unexpected in time of uncertain confusing environment in his generation.

But in an environment where material object is placed in high value more than an individuals, as the only sole determinant of life, even if it has to be of a shot duration, of which Charlie brown will always be there. He is a representative of everyone going through a hard time, and in particular, when one feel like nothing is ever going right for them. But he has come to cultivate an attitude of defiance of hardship to always refuses to give up, no matter how daunting such situation maybe. The same is true, that he remain an epitome of forward looking character, such that in the face of depression, he was still very much optimistic and hopeful that it must one day come to pass. In fact, he has come to realize and awareness of the spirit of “always being blamed for whatever happens”. To this fact, he feels there is no one like him, of which everyone tends to mock and laugh at him, sometimes openly, except though, that he had come to devise an attitude of waving it all with the back of his mind, as it all look funny.
The spirit of a lovable loser, in its materialistic inclination, in its scale of value, always tends to place human in low level circumstances hence, since such encounter, things have never come to be the same again . Therefore, no chance must be given to support the questioning of the long-held truth and much-loved certainties in the face of today's mighty challenge that tends to stare humanity in the face as never before. Make no mistake, this may be political upheaval, climate change, or personal trials, but life no doubt, is banging upon our consciousness on daily bases, in an attempt to awaken us to rise to the reality of our time. The process, no doubt, may look daunting and challenging and may take time, but it nevertheless demand an urgent response towards strive to honor each step to a birth of the deepest transformation shaped by the highest truth without feeling indifference.

In this same process, we may, make mistakes, to get our hands very dirty and in the dirtiness of the human realm, with wild emotions and crazy actions. But certainly, we may need to remove our mask of deception until we recognize ourselves, let alone anyone else knowing who we are. We are in a period of what I choose to call the “concept deconstruction” that requires everyone of us to begin to question what works and what does not work, almost like what takes place in the age of reason in the 16th century which demands authenticity in our evolutionary journey. This of cause, may offend in its honesty and passion, as it challenge the religious, political and social status quo of our time. The same is true, that we answer to no one, except our creator when it comes to the truth because it is its own arbiter as it leaves nothing to stand on its awake. The time has come for the most candid honesty to muster first and foremost with ourselves to move to the inward direction as to see where we have got it all wrong.

This transformation and freedom to carry out such assignment, did ask for enough courage to transcend any abstraction in adherence to the noble demand of the scripture, if a man is to have any value in the scheme of things. The meaningful life, or value, that does not come to depend on material possession only in other to survive, but taken cognizance of the sacredness of human life. In philosophy, a "pragmatic approach" is but an attitude or policy, and the same is true, an approach to evaluate theories or beliefs in terms of success or failure of their practical applications.

Therefore, it is about adoption to life through daily evaluation to putting things in order, be it, economic, or policies that are not working politically, in both individual and collective lives. Therefore, being practical tends to refer to that which concerned the actual doing of something, manifested in actions.

The intelligent living that fall within our space, that enable us to explore the various methods we deem compatible to our way of life and to our immediate control, without been carried away by any external influence.
In the absence of such what looks like intelligent living, we are often unable to trace certain actions on our part which must have been responsible for certain sudden events, when it does take place.
This sudden events, often times, is what we did least expected to happen with the result that we do not always have immediate control, talk less of the solutions.
The same is true, that there are certain situation that left us often in a helpless and complicated state of mind, with the resulting and devastating effect of conflicting pains, that often seems unending.
But such state of mind, can be avoided or approached with reflection and attitude of some level of detachment from purely personal issues as to be able to bear the accelerated vibration for it's gradual dissipation.
It must be bone mind, that as a living being, the vicissitudes, l mean the unpleasant change of circumstances or fortune and some form of trivialities, or lack of seriousness, no doubt, always to be expected and avoided in the journey of life.
In the light of this perspective, those of us who have persistently fought our way along this hard phase of the journey, know well enough, the painful misgiving, the harassing doubt and indeed, the solitary questions of the heart which do beset us.

Furthermore, in any conflicting situation, adjustment is always required to seek common ground between the conflicting group in their various opinion and theoretical assumptions but not without taking them seriously in their attitude as individuals.
Because l have always emphasized, that any satisfactory development requires that individual relationships with one another need to be considered as a kind of that which must allow for an assertion of one's uniqueness.
However, to be able to adjust to any kind of situation demand some sort of maturity that requires that we know who we are in mind, our beliefs, and our convictions.
This is because, the more we realize who we are and our weakness, through such understanding, the less bigoted shall we generally becomes.
Although, under varying circumstances, maturity can always be recognized through tolerance and often with the ability to doubt one's ideal and that of others. Therefore, self-realization can often manifest through the exercises of individual potential combined with the attainment of maturity in the cultivation of relationships.
As it were, this is often subjectively attended to with a sense of being able to fully adapt to any situation, instead of attempting to direct the course as one's own development in assessment.
The problem of self-adjustment is often not taken seriously, even though it has a great deal of telling effect on every individual in our evolutionary journey.

Culture is subject to refinement as a man's inherent appetite and desires of both physical and mental. It is a means of both disciplinary measure and planting of a lucrative ideas toward which our energy is directed to advance the collective aspirations.
In this perspective, culture of any society is considered idealistic because any positive desired goal can advance, even, individual in some manner. The same is true, that culture in it's true sense of the word is subject to intentional refinement, not without a code of conduct of any society or system, as it provides for the needs of the system.
Culture in itself is not necessarily beneficial, no matter how conscientiously, it come to be applied, because it's content, no doubt, come to rest on human evolution; which is man saddle with responsibility to carry out the assignment of refinement, as the -'sumum buonum'.The ' sumum buonum' viewed as the highest good, in the evolutionary journey, and considered as such and capable of the attainment.
One might want to know, if there is any standard by which we can truly determine a meritorious culture, one that is ideal for man.
It will be argue that, a cogent approach to such subject, might required a set of
goal a culture should serve. In the light of this, we seems to learn and understand over time that certain conduct indigenous in some part of our society tends to be harmful as it interferes with our welfare, considered the ideal of good.

Any culture toward refinement, not only must tread through the processes of various kinds, such as the refinement of our conduct and behaviour towards our environment, also because culture as a progress is not just refinement of our environment but aloof ourselves.
Through the refinement of culture, the societal collective sensibility , aesthetic inclination and mental vision, and indeed, our view of nature and the world, in general, will no doubt, be different. The culture of any age has always had something to contribute to advancing man in the evolutionary journey toward perfection , through which man transcends to dominate the environment with which we find ourselves. As Dr. Martin L, put it, "a man who has no cause to die for is not fit to live."

Most of the time, getting some people in the act, be it deformation of character, or stealing, do not always pose any serious problem, due to the level of
moral and ethical system in place.

The ethical and moral level, also come with it with some level of quality of seriousness that make the rule to receive everything with a sense of seren cheerfulness in silence and take as a policy and inclination not to take anything as aggressive and ashamed.
The near presence of this strange emotional phenomenon called public opinion, no doubt, often seems to weigh heavily upon the Spirit, although, on a very few individual and not without alarm due to its very irrational nature.
It must be emphasized, though, that the lofty pretention of mankind oppressed by the miserable indignities of the environment and now the weather did appear as a colossal and helpless vanity deserving of scorn, wonder and compassion.
It must however, be added, that the simplicity of thought is common to any seren soul at both end of the social scale of which the view and beliefs had nothing in them to shock any one or startle anybody.
The same is true, that as matter of fact, the practical mind, in it's judgment of people and things, although, based on peculiar prejudice, is seldom totally wrong and in fact, almost never wrong headed.
In this peculiar Level of ethical or moral system, there exist, many facet
and complex being, the understanding, of whose thoughts, messages and doings cannot for a very long time be separated from any form of investigation of psychological and social nature.
Although, it cannot be rule out of some form of original genius to achieve some level of considerable realization of the power of imagination for correctness.

However, the what seems a precarious conditions will no doubt, in the long run, serve as a platform to bring about the capacity of pity for the more obvious form of that common human miseries, precisely because, it must always remain a stranger. The stranger that need to be translated into a conception, in terms of mental suffering, in order to grasp, first hand the very notion of the cruel intention behind it all.

The sensitive and lovable nature peculiar and intimate of certain individuals, often make people prickly and resentful to public criticism not without distress under the suspicious of ferocious opponents, in respective of their political and religious credo.

In spite of this social Enigma, there exist, the common and fervent believe that some level of the essentials and meaning of life can be embraced through the awareness of the increase of the power to transmute the chaos of life, thus, experiencing the ever greater degree of joy synonymous with Nietzsche's , " self overcoming".

According to the popular concept of relationship," relationship is the way in which two or more people are connected by blood or marriage". This write-up, is not meant to explore the nitty- gritty of what relationship is all about, which as l understand it, may not make much sense to embrace the main purpose in it's entirety.
However, in what l may regard as accidental and loosely defined concept, it must be emphasized, that the self- realization is the full flow of personality, that can take place in any fruitful soil of satisfactory interpersonal relationship.
Be that as it may, it is the attainment of a new kind relationship with others and with oneself. And it is what ultimately can come to heal us of any wound and indeed, of the many ocean of conflictuality and human drama of today's world, as has been the case in resent time.
Oftentimes, no matter how mature we think we are, we still find that, we are still carring some reminants of childhood undertones, that leave us face to face with difficulties we do not understand and yet in many respect, we see ourself as mature and have what it takes to get over anything, anyway.
The truth is that, often, our emotions and instinct, will not allow us, because the twinkly of an eyes will always disclose the child concealed behind our adult exterior.
It is truism to state that our relationship to an unknown person is often conditioned, by the kind of relationship we have had in the past. The same is true, that sometimes, it is difficult, if not impossible, in particular, in a stagnant culture, to meet a person for the first time, one from whom we may hope for help, without some degree of prejudice or misgiven, derived from previous experiences. It must be said, that it is common knowledge that opinions with aquitances changes as time evolves to get to knows one another better. And sometimes, such changes may not simply be the result of finding out more about such individual, rather, of what l may called that corresponding corrections of the partially distorted picture, of which our imagination could be held responsible in an atmosphere of anticipated construction.
Ideally, in any sane and non- stagnated culture, people approach one another, due to the wind of change,
as is currently making a wave in Europe without any form of misconception.
Although, in practice the image of the next person always look a complex one to decipher of the bargage it hold.
Nevertheless, this does not often remove from our emotion and instinct , not to read from people of their needs and inspirations of which through the act of relationship it can adequately find an exit.
According to Mother Theresa of Calculta,
one of the problem of our time, is not more of the suffering or the pain in the people, but rather the very feeling of being unwanted or rejected, uncared for by those we look up to.
Accordily, it is the lack of love for one another and charity not without the terrible act of indifference towards even neighbour and assaulted through exploitation, poverty, name it ravaging the society at large in spite of the opulence of materialism.

Any learning system have the tendency to produce a flexible system, that encourage and promote exchange of information among people.

The learning system works as it encourages everyone of the need to improve in their skills and other people's experience, and as it were, through which the people becomes developed.

In the same learning system, there is a greater motivation through which people becomes appreciated for their own skills, value and the work they do.
The same is true, that in such learning system, opinions is treated with respect on equal bases with understanding.

Indeed, there is such awareness of the role and importance of learning without distractions. In the learning system, everyone is more motivated to add values, no matter how little, that could encourage creativity and ,if you like, the sese of free- thinking that may eventually lead to novel solution to problems.

Taking for instance, in the learning organization, the workforce, no doubt, would become more flexible, and people would learn skills and aquire knowledge beyond their specific job requirements.
The same is true, this would enable anyone to learn to appreciate and perform other roles and tasks as it come their way.
Therefore, through learning organization or system, flexibility allows workers or people to move freely within the environment as it remove barriers associated with a rigidly structured environment or system.
It is also often true, that such system will ensure individuals will be able to cope rapidly with the changing everonment, the result of which is the sense of learning.

In the learning system, there are more opportunities to be creative with some level of avenue for trying out new ideas and the improvements of skills without having to care about mistakes. And indeed, such creative contribution must be recognized through which new ideas could flourish.
With new ideas that flourish, innovation and creativity is align, as everyone in every level became engaged in continual learning, as a valid contributions.

Being innovative and creative becomes the responsibility of everyone that allows learning organization or system to adapt to the necessary changes in the state of what looks like the prevailing efficient competitions.

A learning System is the system that encourages learning among it's people. It is a system that promotes exchange of information and creating a more knowledgeable, conducive and flexible attitude in the system. The same is true that it will encourage a flexible attitude that accept and adapt to new ideas and changes through a shared vision in the system.
It will be observed that, the very importance of learning was first introduced by Chinese philosopher, Confucius-(551-479 BC). In fact he believed that " everyone should benefit from learning." According to him, "Without learning, the wise becomes foolish ; by learning, the foolish become wise" . And " Learn as if you could never have enough of learning , as if you might miss something".
It will be observed that, the very underlying cause for emphasis on learning, is simply that it increases the space of change in any system or organisation.
Taken for instance, that classically, work has always been thought of as being conservative and difficult to change. And learning tends to be divorced from work and innovation come to be seen as the necessary but disruptive way to change.
Any system that is able to 'learn and innovate', no doubt, will be able to make the necessary charge,and indeed, if it is a corparate body, will be able to charge their work practices to perform better in what looks like a constantly changing environment. Take ISO and SON, for instance.
It will be observed that, now, change is measured in terms -of weeks and months, no longer in years as it were in the past. In the corparate world, the term is "business- re- engineering" is used to focus on the elimination of waste and not working smarter and learning.
Not long ago, there arise this "concept of System Thinking" of which Gould- Kreutzer Associates, Inc., define as- "A framework for seeing interrelationship that exist rather than just things; just to see the forest and the trees".
As it were, this simply means, that the organisation or system need to be aware of both the system or organisation as whole as well as the people or individuals within the system, as the case maybe.
It will be observed, that often, the contrary has always been the case of which the system or organization, often tends to concentrate only on their own needs and profit and not the needs of the people or individuals that makeup the system or organisation.
Currently," the System Thinking" is trying to Change this perception in the "Learning System"so that the system or organisation strive to include the ambitions of the individuals or people, not just that of the system or organisational goals and this no doubt, could inject some basic and necessary difference to our charging world of today.

According to Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, " Humility is the quality of not thinking that you are better than other people: the quality of being humble. In this perspective, it will be argue that it is a virtue and it is most disliked in the sphere of our natural feeling.
This is true, because it cannot be arcquired without undergoing, so it seems, some very unpleasant process of humiliation.
Indeed, there is a saying, that Our Lord Jesus became humble through suffering. Therefore, for any true Christian, the very meaning of Humility cannot be forgotten. And the same is true that it is the very sinfulness of pride of which the importance of Humility come to play an important Christian teaching.
In order to to get a clear understanding of the Meaning of Humility, it may be we'll be advised to clear our mind of any false ideas of virtue, that we may have come to entertained.
It is not an illusion, that often, some individual come to think and believe that Humility stand in opposition to truth as they embrace a decietful thinking to themselves just to display an act of Humility for the sake of wants and self - gratification.
However, there are school of thought who believe that a humble individual must not stand up for himself non any fair play and justice. However, it must be made clear that this type of conception amount to nothing than a peculiar pitfall of the one who looks like a timid individual that tends to prefer to remain in silent when in justice, instead of breaking his silence for the sake of others. This is but a canopy of an individual in the frame up of an excuse of cawardic attitude in the name of Humility.
Humility is never an act of being fearful, non does it remove from any one the sense of the cultivation of talents and in the maintance of self-estem. It is unfortunate, that a bunch of individual come to confuse Humility with that of lazyness and fearfulness of taking a responsibility, which amount to being in a state of self deception known as inferiority complex.
In this perspective, perhaps the most pitiable form of false humility is that of who choose to speaks bad of himself and his capacities, just to be contradicted by others as he indirectly encourage them to praise him.
Often, a bunch of individual come to believe that it is only the religious who are meant to be humble, because only this type of people who alone can lie on the floor for others without running a grave risk of being laugh at. Of cause, it is a common experience to find that humility exist not so much among a bunch of limited intellectual capacity, just as among some trickles of distinguished schoolars. And indeed, of a bunch of individuals who know so much that they know how little knowledge they possess.

I wake this morning, thinking how simple life could be for everyone, if we could actually take our individual responsibilities. In doing our best in the true sense of the word, in where ever we find ourselves.
But what does it means to take responsibility?. In a nutshell, l think it really means we must blame ourselves for something, in particular, when there is need to do so, and we must be prepared to acknowledge any fault where it is due, and indeed, must take responsibility for any poor choice we make when there is also a need to do it- " mia coupa".
Often, it seems to me, not everyone is aware of this intricate but true reality we have to contend with and yet it is present with us. The same is true that many do not seems to see this personal betterment which manifest to putting into life of the collective betterment.
In another perspective, responsibility, seems also to mean being dependable, in the keeping of our promises and in the honouring of our commitment when there is need to do so, without any excuses to blame others when things goes wrong.
According to one Bowra, just as everything serves a purpose, so also we serves a purpose in the scheme of things, and we have the spiritual and material obligation to realize our full potential and nature in it.
Therefore, it is essential as long as we are dependable, to train ourselves to realize our potentialities without being passive about it in our individual uniqueness. Indeed, St. Paul, eloquently spoke about this in the scripture, of the gift of the spirit that vary in purpose and intensity in our unique individual life.
Often, many process in nature, is only comprehensible in terms of the end result, but remain obscure, when considered simply from the casual point of view. It must be observed that the self-realization" concept does not imply a lack of recognition of individual differences in any way.
On the contrary, this unique differences must come to be respected in whatever the underlying basic endowment may be, because it is the connecting point, of the inner wholeness which is the common denominator that enhance and harmonize realities as we come to know it.
It must be observed, for instance, that it is not often a simple matter to blame parents for everything that goes wrong with children in the cause of their development. But of the extremely but complex interaction with that differing personalities along the way, although, relative but not absolute.
Often times, it seems frustration has it's positive side of it, as it enable us to discover ourselves and also to finding that all our wants are not always immediately come to be satisfied which can lead us to the discovery that we are after all, dependable to one another in taken responsibilities.

According to the Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary definition -noun (u) (philosophy) the uses of experiment or experience as the basis for our ideas; the belief in this method- empiricism, of which John Locke, is an exponent.
Besides being a theory about the basis and origin of knowledge and content of the mind in general, Empiricism is also a method rather than a specific school of philosophy. It reappears in the history of philosophy as a definite epistemological doctrine- (we shall be looking into the concept of what epistemology means) at other time.
In the broad sense, Empiricism means the conviction of which philosophy in an attempt to systemize, explicate and understand human experience, must start from the facts of experience and eventually must return to that same experience for its final seal and approval.
The same is true that to say that philosophy starts from human experience, is undeniably true. And as a matter of fact, philosophy is nothing but a question of our experiences.
Because philosophy may lead us into a field so remote, from anything we may find in our immediate experience as in the " archetypes" of Plato or in the " things-as-such" of Kant.
But generally speaking, philosophy starts from experience but does not end with inexperience but in wisdom.
And as the saying has it, with the cause of time, philosophers often come to forget the original question from which they had to sort an answer. But as they become so immersed into the answer they got with time, they are bound to forget to enquire whether it supplies or fits the very fact of experience from which they had started.
The same is true that it is the tendency to speculate that brought philosophers a bad name as a dreamer and impractical men.
As it were, " Empiricism" is said to be a revolt against this tendency that turns resolutely against the acceptance of any philosophical hypothesis which is not supported by any fact of experience.
It must be observed that among the ancients who strive with the greatest achievement in the realm of philosophy, maybe ascribed to Indian and Greek, although, with different approaches and outlook of these two ancient cultures to philosophical problems.
While the Indian philosophy may be primarily subjective inexperience, it is said to take its birth in man's feeling of resentment at his fate.
On the part, the Ancient Greek philosophy, primarily we're interested in the world of external things that stand against the world of subjective experience through which we become aware of the flux of our experiences.
It must be emphasized, however, that another Indian school of philosophy tends to have its origin in the conflict which arises in man's experience as a result of pain or from a sense of conflict of duty.
It must be observed that Greek philosophy in the early phase is said to be dominated by a sense of curiosity about the world of nature as they seek to penetrate the secrets which lie behind its ever-changing face.
Therefore the Greek philosophy strives to act as a child of wonder which the world of objects and occurrences in the external world evokes in his breast.
The Greek philosophy tends to strive towards natural science that also tends to keep closest to the. scientific thought of which " Empiricism" is typical.

The law of cause and effect is also called the law of "Karma" in the language of Sanskrit, which means "deed" or to do. In the application of the life journey, it comes to implies that human thought, actions, and deeds are all " karmic cause".
Therefore, it is this that tends to set in motion certain circumstances which in turn produce the effect in the same life journey, of the like of, in any actions, there is always a reaction.
Although, there are schools of thought, who doubt any such theory, and the same is true that there are those who are firm believers in this same theory.
Those who believe are often quick to point out that when they come across a certain person in a condition of poor health or undesirable circumstances; that certainly such individual, no doubt, must have trespassed the karmic law as to bring about such adverse condition.
Although, this could be true, that being human, we often tend to occasionally act in such a way as to completely be out of harmony with nature, a state of imbalance of which the level of negativity tends to outweigh that of positivity in life journey.
The same is that there is the principle of ignorance that does not protect anyone from any form of punishment established for this life journey, which, however, has its applications much more severely to the law of creation.

It must, however, be observed that any form of imbalance in the life evolutionary journey, no doubt, has its negative implications of undesirable effects.
Therefore, it cannot be negated that human life is susceptible to any such occasional occurrences.
But one has to be careful not to make the sweeping assumption that any form of illness, for instance, or an undesirable situation is as a result of this, otherwise, this may act as being judgmental or a misconception.
It is important, however, to know that there exists such law of karma or the law of cause and effect, that is a part and parcel of life creation, just to guide and regulate our every movement or journey of life.
This is true, not just to guide but also as not to overdo anything that may result in " imbalance" that could result in an undesirable situation, of the like of the current global " climate change and other issues of life we often take for granted on daily bases.
The reason is obvious because we overdo things without taken cognizant of the concept of limitation. In everything, there is always a limit and when we excessively do things, it results in an imbalance of which nature or even the scripture warn humanity about.

It must be observed that, there is the concept of categories, introduced by St. Thomas Aquiana, such that in everything there is a level or category, that may vary from one individual to the others, of the like of " faith, believe and indeed, of given; we do not do things in the same level or category, there are always differences when measured.

This is to say, in our evolutionary journey, everyone is not in the same level or category of faith and belief and of given, because we are created to be so and we are saddled with the responsibility to discover these laws in our evolutionary journey of which the scripture come to represent.
However, some people have life pigeonholed into tidy compartments of good and bad, and such people also tends to have equal tidy explanations for event or occurrences and will be quick to explain any misfortune by placing blame usually upon others and why not, even upon themselves.
It must be observed that often, obstacles, oppositions, and indeed, problems are not so readily "good or evil" as the scripture has often made us understand, due to our evolutionary journey.
Therefore, they come to serve as opportunities for growth and enlightenment, as to compel us to develop what may be called randomly of common sense along a footpath to spiritual liberation.

I thought l could have proceeded to write the second part of the JHA, but unfortunately, for whatever reason, l could not wait to do exactly just that, as the current topic tends to impose itself upon my mind with no option but to just move on.
However, the very notion of the common good can provide what one may call the touchstone of domestic programs with hopeful and realistic favorable economic conditions. As it were, wherever such spirit of the common good is tenable, it must be without resulting in any excessive consumption more than can be affordable and necessary.
But there be a need for vision in the reshaping of any public opinion against any such direction.
Such vision is necessary in a decaying society in its continued emancipation in the individualistic tendencies, without a moment of self-evaluation. The self-evaluation is based on what kind of projection for the future, it envisages for the coming generation in correcting all the past ethical blunders to govern effectively.
Because let face it, there is lacking a great deal of what one may call, coherent and inclusive spirit of collective vision, with public philosophy that provide the means of adequate understanding that sympathize with the aim and objective of a just equitable, and ethical concept and tradition, a word of honor and word that guides to good governance.
The same is true, that any such vision must act as a power broker, as it is measured and persuasively advocated with a strong sense of collective aspirations, not necessary with the intent to legitimize the pursuit of self-interest in the form of large scale private acquisitiveness with continues eulogizing, with the result of large scale permissiveness and repression.
Because it is time to embrace the vision for a long-term and viable foundation for a just and equitable society for the sake of the common good. It must be based on significant structural reform as opposed to that technocratic fine-turning system that often fails to address the issue of the concept of the common good.
In the face of the current challenges and in what looks like an intractable situation, no doubt has it's the corresponding opportunity of solutions to look inn-word rather than out-word, in the asking as to whether it is time to have a tangible change of direction of what is appropriate and inappropriate.
However, the theme of the common good, when adequately and effectively represented in words and actions, no doubt, could inject the sense of inclusiveness into the mind that could induce one to view problems from a different perspective.
This can be tenable through the recalling of our common history and records of achievement, why not, Even our failures and defeat that always act as catalyst for any significant and enduring positive change towards a lasting radical reform for the viable reshaping of the system in general for the sake of posterity.

1. What is Hazard? Hazard is defined as a potential to harm and is often associated with uncontrolled conditions or activities that may result in injury or death.

Therefore, for the sake of safety, hazards must be identified, control and eliminated as early as possible to prevent any injuries, illness, or death in any working environment.
2. What is Job Hazard Analysis? This is the technique that focuses attention that allows for the identification of hazard before any injury or accident take occur in any environment. Therefore, JHA also focuses attention on the relationship between the Workers, the tasks, Tools, and the Environment, - (J.H.A= W.T.T.E).
3. What is the importance of JHA?. The importance of JHA cannot be overemphasized, as it tends to embrace everything that has to do with safety. And some of the importance of JHA is the like of adding value to life and to the task we do as well as the entire management system.
It is also the best method to determine in establishing any work procedure. The same is true, that it also comes to act as component of commitment and consistency in safety health and management system.
(4.) What is the value of JHA?, The value of JHA is the credibility stance, it tends to maintain as it put in evidence the high level of commitment and consistency in safety and health management system.
(5.) Method of hazard Identification; The JHA is an exercise of detecting and controlling hazard in the workplace and it's goal is to discover the followings;-
1. Discover of what can go wrong .
2. Discover of what is the likely consequences .3. Discover of how it could arise.
4. Discover of what could be other contributing factors.
5. Discover of how likely any such hazard could occur.
Therefore, to make the JHA useful, it is important to document the answers of the above questions in a consistent manner.

In describing the hazard in this way, tends to ensure that any effort made to eliminate the hazard and to implement the hazard control will assist to target the most important contributor to hazard. (To be continue).
