When it seems we have got to a stage where we can easily feel and afford to sit back and take a rest, we discover we could not just do it for various existential reasons. On the contrary, we find that we are often being forced to pursue what come to be known as the life stimulus struggle, aware of or not. The reason is not always far fetch, due to the fact that most times, we are always up for a new idea and a new pursuit as we tend consistently and constantly, either moving too far in one direction or not far enough of which the prevalent end result is often a complete confusion of the state of mind.
In the process, as it were, we may come to be over stimulated and reactive as to gear up to engage in one type of activities or the other, positive or negative as the case maybe. In this context, one could revert to one painful extreme to the other as to indulge in one profitable action that may eventually bring one to a point of more optimum stimulation of activity. The same is true, that in the other side of the spectrum, are those who may get themselves indulge even in the unprofitable platform with the negative stimulation as to get even more committed to the unexpected ugly side of event. In spite of what looks like a pendulum like swinging of event, there are still those who may be able to maintain a steady center cause just like those who may not be able, as to instead find themselves in a swinging back and forth on either side of the pendulum for no fault of theirs and without a tangible result.

This reality can be deduced from any individual psychology, through which any one can be assisted through a process of adjustment as to come to term with this individual reality. It is also true that taking for instance, an individual from the country side, who have been living in a quite environment and a peaceful atmosphere; of cause, such individual may, no doubt, come to develop the habit of tolerance, for a low-level life of activities over time. On the opposite end, may be an individual from down town busy metropolis, and when thrust suddenly into a quiet and peaceful countryside with low level life of activities, will definitely and quickly find it boring and irritating to the extent that it could even be unbearable and verse versa with the individual from the countryside.

In other to contend with this state of affair adequately to the balancing principle of the stimulus struggle, it is imperative and profitable for such provision of adjustment, a kind of movement or routine activity that act as a stimulation or dissimulator as the case maybe. It is interesting to observe, however that often we seem very much less sympathetic and hostile toward those who find it difficult to adjust to low level of activity depending on which side of the divide we may find convenience to our level. The same is true that, often, a bored individual can sometimes irritate us, then overburden and harassed individual, of which the question is what could be responsible for such judgment, if not psychological.

There are contingent answers as it were, for such question, of which the more prominent in psychological term is due to lack of effective tackling of the stimulus struggle components that reside our disposal which are not adequately paid attention to in our day to day leaving. Sometimes, the manifestation of any negative judgmental attitude, of any two individuals is often, the result of a failure from the stand point of objectivity from both end of the spectrum.
And from their inability to effectively make use of the stimulus struggle concept from the objective point of view. The consequence of this, is often an irritation, intolerance and bad tempered of the individual concerned in the process. This is true, when in particular, an adequate intrinsic adjustment is adhered to at its high level, at any particular point in time in any environment.

It must be observed that the exploratory innovator type of individuals, as often come to be called, are not always happy due to their tendency to have to suffer a great deal of some psychological prototype. The psychological prototype relative to the environmental pressure coupled with the driving force of the like of impatient to conceive of any imaginary events. In the process, this could also result to the very consequence that may lead to a crisis of mental imbalance and disorientation due to mental overload, as it often come to called.

Through these playful activities of any child, is the accumulated energy to be dissipated in pursuit of the stimulus struggle. On the adult, the same energy often come to be dissipated through the various avenue employed in pursuit of the stimulus struggle of which most prevalent is the act of invention of new pattern of behavior. In any growing child, for instance, in playing activity, is such that every single move of their action performed, is often geared toward an unlimited invention and excitement. Evidently, this becomes a voyage of discovery of self, in his ability and capacity to explore the world around him.
It is interesting to emphasize that due to the level of reasoning, the inventiveness and exploratory act of the stimulus struggle may not be the specific objective of the growing child. But it remains the predominant feature and often the most valuable extraction from any playful activity of any growing child in this process.

In this context the paper is going to focus on individual integrity and its importance and the need to create a culture of integrity.

When we talk of an individual integrity, we are talking about character of a person, our trust and belief in an individual. When it comes to corporate or societal level, we are talking here about leadership that have what it takes to created a corporate culture of integrity that produce consistency, trust and predictable result. It will be an understatement to say that integrity, both of individual as a leader and of corporate culture is necessary for a long term success and corporate sustainability.

As an individual, integrity is about character of the individual, because it is the character that must be consistently considerate, compassionate, honest, transparent and indeed ethical. These characteristic must be closely associated with integrity, although, the definition of integrity may seems vague, but yet we characterize an individual with integrity as one we can count on to do something consistent and rightly of what is expected of such individual.
This is because, an individual with integrity is someone that can be reliable, predictable in dealing with issues and indeed, a defender of what is fair and acceptable.
According to a renowned psychologist, Dr, Robert. Turknett, integrity is the foundation of the model, of which without integrity, no leader can be successful. The same is true, that an individual with integrity does not twist fact for personal advantage, rather would be willing to stand up in defense of what is right and would be careful to keep promises. It is an individual to be trusted to tell the truth at any given time.

As model, integrity becomes the foundation of leadership that requires a very careful balance between respect and responsibility. Op-cit. When talking of corporate culture of integrity, it must start from the top and be seen in the conduct and activities, such that on the leadership level, it develop a consensus around a shared value that improves the work environment and productivity.

The power of Attitude can be found in Proverb 23;6-7, of which it can make us or brake us, and can heal us or hurt us. The same is true, that it can make us friends or can make us enemies. It can make us happy or miserable or make us a success or a failure in the journey of life. It is also true, that often times, the whole world stinks, but however, there is a narratives that says, about the cranking grandpa, who lay down to take a nap. But to have a little fun, the grandson has to put some limburger cheese on his mustache, just right under his nose. But when grandpa finally wake up, he shouted as loud as he could, -“the whole house stink !. He could not stop there; he shouted more loudly, the whole world stinks. But you know what the truth is, that it was grandpa who stunk or who is stinking. Simply because the problem was right under his nose.

The same is true, that when we think or feel that things in life stunk, the problem is not with the world or others but right within us, due to our attitude that has become so high in negativity. Because the moment we change our attitude to negative the whole world stinks but when we have a positive attitude, the whole world changes and no longer stinks. Now, how important is our attitude? Really, our attitude is more important than facts, circumstances, and what other may say about us at any given time. The same is true, it is more important than our past, than our education and indeed than our money. But we must understand that our attitude is much deeper than just a few of our thought or what we might think. Because our attitude comes from the very core of our being and it represent our disposition, our outlook and indeed, our character. This is because, our attitude often reveals who we really are according to Proverb 23; 7, “For as man thinks in his heart, so he is… (NKJV).

It is self-evidence, that it is not always easy when the stuff of life takes a knock on us, as to even kick one in the stomach. But at any such time, we must remember that there is something, that any type of situation cannot take away from you, and that is the power to choose your own attitude any given time. The very idea to blame our bad attitude on others or a difficult circumstance is but a false claim and outright lame excuse. The truth is that we must be on guide not to allow any event and people to cause us to put up with a negative attitude, otherwise, we only hurt ourselves the more with the effect and misery of the baggage our bad attitude may bring with it. But make no mistake that the awesome power to manipulate or choose our attitude is always the first thing in our disposition at any given time.

Therefore, the irony of our age stern from the very fact that in an age of much progress, what purpose could have appear more evident than the increase in the wellbeing of those who most need them , although, there remain an infinite scope of disagreement as to what means might be most effective to attain such end. The advent of globalization has given rise to the contrasting approaches of market –based macro-economic from work that has been the foundation of good governances on the one hand, and the sustainable human development on the other. Although, the later tends to put premium first on enhancing human capabilities and spreading the benefit of economic growth without much compromise of the need for the future generation.
Consequently, there is a paradox posed by individual desirable approaches which inevitably is at the center of this concept. As Goethe famously observed, “boldness has genius, magic and power in it”. The current reality call for boldness more than ever in support of any courageous act and fearless heart that remains open no matter what for the sake of collective good. The open heartedness that mitigate against defensive posturing and loss of faith that may be the foundation, if we choose, that enable clarity of effort and sense of direction that may have been lacking overtime.

Therefore, we must guide against the seed in our heart crusading for a cause without thought or respect for those who are on different cause. Because no matter how right we may feel, no matter how true our perspective may sound, but to continue to insist others share it, is in itself to reveal the very lie that perpetuate the conflict we are seeing around us today. We must take the first step, for others to emulate in our positive attitude to enhance the spirit of collective interest in what looks like, in deficiency and decaying situation .

Living up to our responsibility, could also mean that the only key and the centre and purpose of all human history is to be found in our creator. This is so, because beneath all the changes, are some other things unchanging, wether we are conscious of them or not which have their ultimate foundation in the creator and the son of man, which is the same yesterday ,today and forever.

In the light of this, through Christ who is the image of the invisibles God, we must be be able to address ourselves, to shed light on the mystery of man, as we strive to cooperate to finding a lasting solution to the problem of human conditions, in the maintenance of the freedom and service to his creator.

We must have perceive by now, through the history of man that what we tends to have in common is more important than any differences that might exist between us human.
Therefore, it is also true that in the light of this, it is possible that any doctrinal dispute can always be replaced by fruitful discussion and authentic dialogue in overcoming some of the vast complexity of the emotions that tends to stir and sway the heart of men.
It seems obvious that the future is a combination of the casual influence of our past with the unpredictable unforseen elements, such that, it is unpredictable, not merely because it is unpredictable to abtain any data of prediction, but because there is no such data connected causally with our experience which have been found to exist in the history of man.
The same is true, that we must not forget to remind ourselves that we should not seek for any worldly mission remote in time and space, because the truth must be said, that our mission lies just right where we are in the heart of humanity, but not in some distance and remote place or some momentous occasion.
However, we should know by now that God tends to work in a mysterious way, even though, we tends not to pay much
attention in our distractions, as we overlook virtually everything down to our fellow human being, not without the thought, that often time, that our true mission in life is to be revealed in some remarkable psychic vision.
Of course, it is clear, we only mislead ourselves in what looks like in a consumate ideas, instead of some token of positive gesture toward men and women,family and friends and acquittance that look forward for a need that gives us the opportunity to reveal our service to God.

At any given time, the task that is required of us may seems very little and simple, but millions of our fellowmen and women need them all the same, because they must leave to grow out from the shackles of human conditions, because God is not oblivion, hence, the demand as a token of service from everyone, which leads us to a greater light.

Human condition, demand that, it is high time, we seriously have to ask the deeper question of man, as an image of God. Today the strains under which the world labours are, no doubt, connected with this fondamental question with the result of tensions.

There are in everyone this tension of several element which are in opposition. This is because, we feels ourselves limited in several ways, but at the same time, is this awareness of our unlimited aspirations of the call to a higher life.

The fact remains that when we are attracted to so many things, we bound to make choice to reject some and accept others, and this is bone out of human nature.

Although, we are sinful and weak, yet we are saddle with the responsibility to do what we would prefer not to do and fail to do what we would like to do, that seems beneficial to our wellbeing.
The consequences of this is that we divided against ourselves and others around us, as a result of which we lay the very foundation of discords that eventually, as a process, build up a society, full of contradictions.

It seems obvious, that many of us today, who in practice, are so absolved into what one may called materialistic bedrock, becomes so distracted from this internal drama or contradiction of man, at least, for any extreme want, of which often, we have no time to think about it.

The truth is that, due to this contradiction of man as the image of God, through which emanate the conflictuality, we are often forced to find refuge in various general theories and principles as we tends to move on with life.

Inspite, of this shortcoming, there are still those of us who are hopefully optimistic, about the Future of man as the true image of God, such that, with human effort, and taken responsibilities, all what God required of man will come to be melt.
Needless, to add that in the face of the various present day events, more people still feel deeply the very need to ask the fondamental questions of what is man and the meaning of pains and death, inspite of our material progress.

It must be bone in mind, however, that as human with the image of God of which man is privilege to be honoured, so long as equal attention is not paid authentically to the spiritual aspect, thus, the material aspect will only continual to strive in vain, and in particular, when we refuse to pay the need attention to (Isaiah 55, verse 8-11).
l think, it is so emblematic to note ! my word will not return to me idle, it will accomplish my will, the purpose for which it has been sent.

Therefore, whether we like it or not, we must acknowledged that Christ Jesus has come to live an exemplary life for us to imitate and eventually dead and rose again just for our sake, and we are not told another will be coming to dei again, and he left with us His spirit to strengthen our effort which is enough to live up to our responsibilities.

Humor as we are all aware is present in every culture or groups and its context also varies across culture. The same is often true, that Jokes do not often translate into what we expect, due to differences in social structure and cultural norms. Often, there is no universally accepted manner of Joke, and the same is true that what is funny in one culture may not be amusing in another culture, - Michelle Brenner, (2016).

It may not be necessary to move to another country to have a taste of a cross cultural experience, because in today world, our home, work and school and shopping mole are all –contexts of diverse cultures. Cross cultural management is taught in business as well as management schools but not in international market area, but in relation to managing teams within organization.

Often, culture evolves from like-minded groups or individuals as a shared values and experiences. It is true we have common share history with meaning, but often taken for granted, that evolve into a complex culture.

It is also true that to mediate, it is not always necessary to know the in-and-out of all the cultures, to be able to act a mediator. Because it is a part of our business to know of the very dynamic of culture, context, and communication, as well as how this impact on conflicts. Therefore, the key to cross cultural communication is through the dynamic of directional awareness, of whether the communication is moving toward constructive or destructive direction.

For instance, when a communication is moving towards a destructive direction, take a breath and see if the cultural differences in meaning is been overlooked and at what level from one party and seen as critical factor by the other party. And what we must pay attention to is the context and information overload that are so related at one point or other.

It must be observed that often, there is culture shock in crises of knowing that one is shocked into unexpected different awareness. This is always the moment one may feel out –of depth and aware that something is terribly wrong. Then comes the culture stress which is a term used to describe the overload of information which occurs as we relate to a new culture. But culture stress is more of a long term adaptation of a process. In order to communicate in comfort, we must communicate and relate to others to be taken for granted with a sense of knowing and been known, that do not required a lot of attention.

It is often true that when there is ongoing attention and awareness required to grasp what is really taken place or happening, we are unable to just take for granted the meaning, because of being met with dissonance or finding ourselves in the cold. The period of adaptation required information processing that may be stressful like -“an air traffic controller” (ref. -M. Brenner).

According to Anthropologist Edward T.Hall-(1951-1955), - “what one pays attention to and what one does not attend to is largely a matter of context”…And contextual awareness is developed through culture. According him- “Almost everyone has difficulty believing that the behavior they have, is always associated with human nature, but is not with human nature at all but learned behavior”- Opcit.

And according to Darley and Bateson, 1973, “context determines human behavior more than personality”.

This same is true that being in hurry is often the reason to walk past a person lying on the pavement, and it means the context of being in a hurry is the reason rather than that of the personality that is not caring.
It must be observed that it is the context that is feeding the meaning of the word, because context is a hidden language, through the neuroscience, being understood through spreading or (contagion) emotions. For instance when you yawn, it makes me yawn. According to Donald Hebb, a Neuropsychologist, “neurons that fire together, wire together”. This simply means, the more we use our brain, the more it becomes a habit and a comfort zone. The same is true, when we get use to the habit of mixing and communicating in a high context cultures, our brain will also get use to drawing meaning from that context.

But if we are used to communicate in a low context culture, we cannot be turning into the context to understand what is being communicated, because those neurons that do not fire together cannot wire together. In other word, it is a process and a continuum between high context and low context cultures, of which High context cultures draw its meaning and interpretation from context that surround an interactions or events. But Low context culture, on the other hand draws its meaning from information from only what is just present. However, it must be observed that no culture ignores high or low context except that they often tends to buttress higher or lesser values.

It is very unfortunate, that average African man do think he need only to protect his money. And unfortunately these day, we see the bags of money protected rotten away, as we have seen in posted videos.

The topic as you can see is tagged "moral decadence" a sort of total decline in some standard of living in general terms. This is both as a family, individual, and indeed as a society. The question that may come up here is what do we transfer to the next generation in terms of culture and standard of living. Because, often it seems to me that, there seems to be a distraction in this line of thinking in general, with the enigma of just moving on for sake of moving on.

Not that people are not aware that such concepts or ideas as a contention do not exist to be seriously addressed. Except that people don't seem to share the same very spirit of collectivism, on the contrary, often to the direction of individualism that does not seems to solve any problem other than to compound it. Now let me extend this further in terms of the continent of the like of Africa which seems to find itself in what I choose to call "IL Bivio" or the junction with many pathways, of which not knowing the right one to take in order to meet up with her aspirations.

What actually happens is that she is sort of now stranded not knowing which part is the right way to take to get over her problems talk less of what its priorities are. Of cause, due to her problems, she becomes already exceedingly nervous emotionally, not often composed as she tends to blame others for every of her predicament. Some contingent and necessary truths might be available to render some insight into how to get the basic things right.

But as I said, the nervousness and emotional distraction become an obstacle of which insecurity tends to find its shadow that overwhelm the spirit of clear thinking, as to even know that -you just cannot -"do any quality jump" without the basic rules, simply because others are doing so. And some of these basics tend to lie beneath the mood of tradition, culture and religions that often supposed to have made up the value system.

We as an individual, as family, and society, as I said, are just missing the point in disregarding a certain basic issue like" Moral Standard of living in our society of today, as in the concept of collectivism or individualism that tends to be playing a role without actually a well-defined role in the society at large. Now how long we really have to remain in this Bivio-or Junction- is left to be desired, as there are always praises of inexplicable strive of development, truth or false?. Of cause, there is always a choice to make between Inductive method and the Deductive Method-.

The first part is to view what looks like the discrepancies that exist and adapt right method that may require the Inductive method which is "from the Particulars to the Universal or General. On the other hand, is the Deductive method which is "from the General or Universal to Particulars.
But do not get me wrong, because in the end, it has to do with taking responsibility by every individual, family, and society that must be accountable either individually or collectively at the end of time-because distraction has a level that must be overcome for the sake of advancement. It seems education is having adverse negative effects on Africans to the very neglect of their culture and tradition. Therefore, they need to take a step backward, in other to get it right, because for now, they seems to be missing the mark as long as they are eager to want to move like the others .

But they must pay attention to the basics of their own environment without which it could just be a wistful thinking, although, it will always appear to the contrary. Because the others were not without such problem of today, but they did have to carry out the necessary sacrifice and if you like pay the price to get where they are and to the very level to have got it right a long time ago. And what they are simply doing in this level is trying to fine-tune every basic steps and if need be, carrying out some corrections where it seems not to have got it right, like the "climate change, due to some distractions. The African continent, on the other, instead of learning to do basics in their unique environment, they are now been drawn into facing up with the general trends of mistake of those who have long gotten it right, to the extent of been passive of their immediate problems.

The result is that they are in a "junction” or IL Bivio’’, a sort of confused state of which they are not very sure of the right thing to do domestically and end up not knowing what part to follow that actually result in what looks like an infighting without any form or insight of what need to be done to develop. But there is always a choice to make, which is taking the step from outside-in or taking it from inside out. The overall suggestion is that the Africans must strive to put their environment in order without falling into the same mistake like the others, which means doing the basics in terms of moral standard and traditions, putting the peculiar reality in perspective instead of want to generalize issues.

As a human beings, we yearn for safety and security on daily bases. The same is true that we also yearn for freedom of thought, actions, integrity, and trustworthiness in our relationship with our fellow human beings. These desirable qualities of life, no doubt, are often within the reach of every individual. This is true because every human being is endowed with a basic quality of life and we often intuitively expect them because they characterize the very reality which is inherent in every free individual human being.

But whenever we forget who we are, the result is often that we yield our individual freedom and autonomy to what appears to us and to what we see and feel around us. When we look at the mirror, we believe we are the image we see in the mirror. But when we allow our human condition to get the better part of us, and inform us of who we are and what is going on, the result is that we are consenting to a division between ourselves and the world of others. The same is true that what we allow to divide us, no doubt conquers us.

Safety and Security are never an issue of oneness, but scientific metaphysics did teach us that any conscious individual that lives responsibly is ever practicing the act of oneness to discern the spiritual facts of everything that confront him. And knowing is the function of consciousness and we live in a world where we consciously exist and the world is never there as something that separates from us. Problems and their solution often began right where we live our conscious beings. Nothing exists external to our consciousness.

The same is true that when we live consciously, we become aware intuitively the-“doing unto others as we would like others to do unto us” The golden rule works because “oneness” is intuitively a constituent of being and it precedes and embraces our daily living. In addition, when we live consciously and are aware of who we are as a (being/mind/God-idea), we experience the simulation of the reality of joy, power, and peace. Without reality, no appearance world is going to be possible, so it seems.

The same is true that when you do not know who you are, it is difficult, if not impossible to address all those others around you, appearing in your world. Therefore, the challenge remains of how to redeem the supposed division or separation that exists. Oneness is the very law of being. And language, no doubt remains dual in its mode of consciousness in defining wholeness. In Eddy’s view, “knowledge of God-idea is gained through the opposite fact and phenomena” And the paradox of language is the appearance of the world called the human condition. In this human condition is the issue of security that begins with the very reflection of who and what is being threatened and the nature of the such threat.

The appearance is a spiritual fact of being shown as language appropriate in use from an individual point of view. And every individual tends to live in a world on his /her own term, with the question of – if I am in danger and if I am failing or if the world is in danger, etc. But there is freedom only when what is feared to turn out to be just a belief without substance or reality. But when it is just a mere belief, without substance the fears often tend to dissolve and dissipate or fade away.

In the dimension of reality is the disclosure of oneness and wholeness of mind/love/spirit. And it generates to sustain all that exists. It is the consideration of this spiritual fact of being that will enable one to call into question the very nature of who or what threatens and who or what is being threatened. Whatever the limitation we come to fear, will always present itself as a simulation of reality or belief system in our human experience.

But any simulation of reality or belief system, thought to exist, separate from the mind, the very generative source will always manifest itself in the form of threat, instability, and irresponsibility. The same is true when you confront belief with facts; you demonstrate the temporal nature of language as a concept. But concepts do not often bring satisfaction and fulfillment, simply because appearance is not capable of generating experience but serves only to measure the level of self-awareness.
The fact is that "Being'' is one and every individual must tell the truth regarding who they are and what is taking place. Because language as a concept is just the point of view of an individual but not a concrete fact of existence. It is also true that we must hold our thought to the fact of Being, that live his/her divinity in order to experience the very language that is pleasing, satisfying, and fulfilling in the arena of oneness and stability.

The law of change has been embedded with the evolutionary effort of man through which the human race has come to slowly lift itself up from the baseline of all other creatures. The baseline where the destiny of all living things has been fixed by life patterns and instinct, through which man has, always strive since time immemorial. It is obvious that the entire history of mankind has come to be clearly marked as a pattern of perpetual change, moving onward and forward. It has become the creature’s device from the rational human to those irrational animals or other creatures.

This is true in the eternal –authenticity and a variety of life habit and thought of a man that is continually reshaping into a system of relationship, moving into a more harmonious and better understanding of his environment. It is imperative, not to lose sight of this pattern of change, in the life of man in his evolutionary journey. Because it is this device of change through which we adequately comprehended and put into use the habit and attitude to master the very cause of fear of change which is but opposition to the overall pattern of the universe. To conform to this overall plan of the universe of change or perish, is always nature’s warning through the manifestation of some devastation that often comes to be witnessed over the centuries past even till this current period- like climate change or homegrown escalations of troubles.

This is true to the extent that oftentimes, the fear and failure and indeed, the very shock of disappointment in humans, are designed to shake loose of this fixed habit that man has tenaciously clung to. But no matter at what level man has struggled with his irrational paranoia, and the change that has always been the very device through which we adopt, embrace, and even benefit from the better habit of growth. In this perspective, education becomes the very bedrock of transformation that starts the mind of the individual to grow and develop from within through introspection. The mind which has become accustomed to the freedom and impartiality in its habit of growth will always preserve something of the same in the world of action and emotion. It will view his purposes and desire as part of the whole. And of cause, in the absence of such insistence that results from seeing them as just a fragments in a world in which all the rest is unaffected by any one man's deeds.

Education causes the mind to evolve and expand as it moves from the primary level to the highest level through constant changes in the very thinking process and reflections. It is through this thinking process and reflection; we often come to develop an act of rationalism and become acquainted with what may be called potential power to advance. Make no mistake, it is through this avenue, we are capable of not only striving to solve individual and collective problems but also confronting and coming to terms with our realities in our evolutionary effort. it is self-evident, that this theory, no doubt, conforms to nature’s plan as found through the human experience of inventions, which forces man to use and develop his mind power. The same is true that this law of change is the very source of education. Understanding this reality; you will no longer oppose this inalienable heritage from nature that has given us a wide scope of understanding of ourselves and the environment.

It is significant though, to know that the traits that our creator seems most emphatically frown upon in man are –complacency, procrastination, fear, and self-imposed limitation and oppression, all of which, no doubt, carry with them, not without consequences. Although, complacency and habit have come to win a victory over change and progress over time, in this part of the world and this is unfortunate. It must be emphasized, though, that the only and only one means by which the creator provides man to break away from other irrational animal to ascend into a spiritual estate, to be master of his own fate, is this very law of change, that must not taking for granted.

And our creator does this through the simple process of mental attitude and draws a pattern of living, in conformity with nature, and makes it into a reality. This irrevocable and unchallenged power of what looks like absolute control has since been considered by others to be the most and only important prerogative for man. And to come to deny him or be denied this very right, no doubt, amount to repression and misconception of the central purpose of what man’s life is all about.

The fixed habit and self-imposed limitation are but an attitude that openly shuns knowledge and all that it represents in man’s evolutionary journey, in the very acceptance of living by the truth of others long past. The same is also true, that it is but an act of resistance to the truth and the very foundation they have come to predicate the truth. The truth that tends to represent what looks like a vociferous attack on growth and advancement, to use Debbie’s phrase.

Of cause, which in many individuals’ own perspective, ‘no one dares to question, which but represents their fear of the unknown and the unseen that becomes the very reason why they often instigate others to follow suit because they are always comfortable with the state of affairs. According to Debbie, the same is true, that they don’t often know how to ‘be’ and could not let others ‘be’, hence, the very concept of change has become not only instigative but unpleasant to hear, although, it sounds great, but remain one of the most difficult, if not impossible notion to grapple with in its very basic essence.

The reason is clear because, in particular, it challenges the very status –quo which not only of which they have come to find comfortable but also seems to threaten their very existence. But in man’s evolutionary journey, it is but a mandate that he must strive to comply with this evolutionary element of his being. This is true, if he must come to terms with the infinite truth, the state of ‘just being,’ to use Debbie’s phrase again, which is but a metaphysical dimension through which one becomes aware that we are just a student of the universe who must be humble and obedient to learn from everything and everyone around us.

The term metaphysical dimension here, is but a dimension that transcends rational discourse without lapsing into rationalism, the last precarious refuge of the human truth to which man’s own thought tends always to aspire. Because out there are forces outside our control and comprehension that are totally defying any reasonable explication in our daily struggle for survival. It is significant to know that nature tends to lead man through change after change by peaceful means as long as we cooperate with her, but she results to the opposite and reacts , only when we neglect and abuse and indeed refuse to conform to the law of eternal change.

It is probably one of the reasons that when things get foggy, the universe is not playing any form of trick, but only a reminder just to try to stare man in the right direction for the sake of making an adjustment necessary or appropriate to make change. The reason seems clear, and obvious, because, she enforces the law of fixation of habit and instinct in every living thing lower than humans, just in the same way as it enforces the law of change and rational habit in every living thing higher than animals. And when this is brought into full efficiency through close attention and discipline, it will always make a difference, hence, the level and degree of rationality do also vary. Therefore, those who oppose change are but to say the least, vampire-like -associates who are more likely to drain you of life–given energy and potentiality than restore the innocent qualities of your heavenly soul.

When it has to do with improving ourselves, and this could be individually or collectively, it is imperative we take into consideration our Behavior and Habits. Because these concepts goes a long way to influencing our focus and determination in their advantage and disadvantages in any individual and indeed, in our collective psychology. It must be observed that the aim of this write-up, however, is simply to remind us of the impact of behavior and habit in our daily activities.

This is to enable us to put them in constant check through awareness and reflections in other to overcome the hurdle of daily challenges we tend to face, although, not without other similar concepts of the like of attitude that often plays out during interactions with others. However, to be clear, it will be appropriate to define these two concepts in order to identify them and know how they interact and impact our daily lives as individuals and as a society. It must be observed that we are distinct and unique from one another, not only in the physical aspect but also in our attitudes and behavior. But this comes to be controlled by what biology refers to as "endocrine and our nervous system", hence, the very complexity of our behavioral pattern comes to be set by this complexity of the nervous system. These two concepts, of Behavior and Habit, tend not to be taken seriously in our everyday activities, and yet they often have a disorganizing effect both in the life of the individual as well as that of the society at large. Often, in an act of generosity or wickedness, these two concepts tend to be taken for granted, consciously or unconsciously.

But in reality, they remain a salient issue and are being denigrated in our daily activities. In psychology, a person is often come to be described through behaviors and habits, when the individual may be possessed. The reason is that such behavior and habit tend to tell the character and identity of the individual as well as the overall attributes of that person. Although these two concepts seem to be misused as one and the same, the reality is that they are different when it comes to defining the character and identity of any individual at any given time.

Therefore, Behavior means the overall reaction or response to various stimuli and other internal or external input that may be voluntary or not, in any given environment. And any such common behavior can be acceptable or unacceptable. And we often come to judge behavior acceptability by social norms and by nature, we tend to abide by these norms. The same is true, that as a basic human action, our individual behavior tends to depend a great deal, upon the behavior of others, whether we are aware or not. Therefore, it must be observed that our behavior, apart from being a response to an environment or a situation, is also the overall reaction to the different actions in coordination with any given situation in any surroundings.

But this often happens, through the individual system or organism that may be voluntary or involuntary. In their differences, Habit is an act we repeat until it becomes automatic, which is often unnoticed due to its subconscious nature. While Behavior is the reaction of the system due to impulses around it. The same is true, in that habit being the act manifested repeatedly and subconsciously becomes a routine at some point. Because it is an act we do over and over again, which in most cases, has its advantage and disadvantages.

But it does require to be checked due to its positive aspect of learning which is compulsory to enhancing our intellectual stride at any given time. Another major difference is that while Habit is subconsciously repeated, even when not sometimes intended, it is often unconsciously done. Behavior, on the other hand, is the reaction to any outside impulses, often, consciously done

It must be observed, that behavior becomes an output of any individual towards any given environment or situation, while habit becomes an input of any environment or situation and in particular, for certain individuals, through which emanate the very saying of- "habit die hard".

Therefore, habits and behavior could lead anyone to be complacent about the most obvious things due to the subconscious and unconscious nature of our life. Often, certain individuals are quick to dismiss these salient and yet basic concepts with a wave of the hand.

This is true in particular, in modern politics and economics and yet they remain a complex and stunning issue that required to be tackled through education. Because any adequate educational system has the potential to unravel certain historical problems through this concept in society, although, these concepts often come to be treated as a none issue, and in fact, not without consequence as it exacerbates.

As it were, value is one of the components of attitude, because it assists to determine how individual act to weigh the importance of various alternatives of options that may lay bears.
And indeed, individual of whatever categories have different level of attitude that can be accessed through involvement in the performance of any assigned responsibility at any given time. Therefore, an attitude tends to pave the way for behavioral action which ultimately can influence productivity to enhance or impede a viable development. It is also true that attitude and productivity tends to be studied to have being found to have various factors responsible for some level of relationship.
It is argued that attitude tends to be favorable when some level of affection, recognition, friendliness and freedom are allowed to enhance productivity. It is pertinent therefore, to note that favorable or unfavorable ethical values, as the case maybe, must have some lay- down procedures and standard, as to be able to establish the guideline of conduct, attitude and behavior in the system. And value is the ideas about the worth and importance of things, concept and people. They all emanate from person’s belief and value is a component of attitude. And value helps us to weigh the importance of various alternatives and determine how we act. It tends to drive individual effort. Therefore, the successes of any system or society come to depend to a large extent of the attitudinal factor towards increasing productivity and development. Of cause, self -discipline is called into question here, because it assists in developing certain principle in guiding the individual feelings, conduct and behavior, and indeed, thought habit along the process.
The result that emanate from such process is often self-control, self-reliance and self-determination that ultimately stimulate individuals in the sustenance of the necessary drive in taking a positive decision towards achieving the set objective at any given time. Because lack of any self-discipline and self-confidence, often have the consequence of negative disposition and distressing thought with lack of enthusiasm and ultimately, an adverse effect of low self-esteem, productivity and advancement. Therefore, we need to submit and admit that self-discipline cannot be transferred and instilled overnight, but through a gradual process. And here comes the intention which is the aspiration of a goal and objective. He did it not for the fun of it but for a deeper reason inexplicable in itself due to the circumstances that provoked such experience in unusual circumstances. He is not a closed minded individual but an open minded, who know the importance and value of the benefit of experience. With such awareness, it has become his principle of influence that emanated from consistency and commitment in its wildest sense in his own modi operandi. He is but of what one might called the Amazonian, a realist with unequal affinity with deep sense of specifics not in general but of a conscience of the power of extraordinary analysis of the trends of things. He may not be a perfect man but he doesn’t lack that inclination to view reality in their face values with optimism and disposition.

He has always come to view life as a journeying rightly or wrongly, through which everyone is saddle with the responsibility to struggle to carry his/her own cross, without falling by the way side for whatever reason. But as it plays out, he ran into what might be called the -Charlie brown Character, unique in its own affinities, which as he tries assisting along the way with all his good intention, simply was kicked in the ash. During which the moment he could manage to get back to his senses, it was rather too late and was already taken off guide. In such moment of his good intention, he has either fallen flat in the process with an endless staggering without stability or he has falling completely laying with his stomach flattened on the ground. Such that if you ever had such a falling experience you need not be told of what it means to look like it, with stomach flat on the ground. Don’t get this narrative misunderstood, Charlie brown may not have expected the level of which his friend went through and still going through after their encounter.
With such good intention always on the side of anyone irrespective of what is taking place, Charley Brown come to view his action as legitimate and normal in an environment unknown to him of the winner takes all.
Therefore, being held responsible for what is happening to him is completely out of the question. After all, his friend had come a long way before they meet. In fact everyone does it, except that it does varies in degree and circumstances. Therefore, along the line, he become a lovable loser, a child possessed by endless determination and hope and with unequal disposition of empathy toward anything and everything but who ultimately come to be dominated by his insecurity and a permanent case of bad luck. Often, being taken advantage of by everyone who comes his way. The same is true, he often come to be taking undue advantage of at any convenient moment and victimized by other characters. Needless to add, that getting blamed when something goes wrong at any given time, even when he is not at fault but just for the sake of the right moment to victimized him due to his nature. The like of him is rarely incomprehensible and unexpected in time of uncertain confusing environment in his generation.

But in an environment where material object is placed in high value more than an individuals, as the only sole determinant of life, even if it has to be of a shot duration, of which Charlie brown will always be there. He is a representative of everyone going through a hard time, and in particular, when one feel like nothing is ever going right for them. But he has come to cultivate an attitude of defiance of hardship to always refuses to give up, no matter how daunting such situation maybe. The same is true, that he remain an epitome of forward looking character, such that in the face of depression, he was still very much optimistic and hopeful that it must one day come to pass. In fact, he has come to realize and awareness of the spirit of “always being blamed for whatever happens”. To this fact, he feels there is no one like him, of which everyone tends to mock and laugh at him, sometimes openly, except though, that he had come to devise an attitude of waving it all with the back of his mind, as it all look funny.
The spirit of a lovable loser, in its materialistic inclination, in its scale of value, always tends to place human in low level circumstances hence, since such encounter, things have never come to be the same again . This bitter experience Amazonian had with the like of Charlie brown along the way, tends to left him desolate and indifference to virtually everything around him, but not without some future lesson learnt. Meanwhile, for Amazonian due to this devastation of the so call encounter with such character, he seems to come to perceive himself as a victim of circumstances , although, no one ever made mention of it to his face, but the fact remain, there are compelling evidence to the contrary, although it could happen to anyone.

In the absence of such what looks like intelligent living, we are often unable to trace certain actions on our part which must have been responsible for certain sudden events, when it does take place.
This sudden events, often times, is what we did least expected to happen with the result that we do not always have immediate control, talk less of the solutions.
The same is true, that there are certain situation that left us often in a helpless and complicated state of mind, with the resulting and devastating effect of conflicting pains, that often seems unending.
But such state of mind, can be avoided or approached with reflection and attitude of some level of detachment from purely personal issues as to be able to bear the accelerated vibration for it's gradual dissipation.
It must be bone mind, that as a living being, the vicissitudes, l mean the unpleasant change of circumstances or fortune and some form of trivialities, or lack of seriousness, no doubt, always to be expected and avoided in the journey of life.
In the light of this perspective, those of us who have persistently fought our way along this hard phase of the journey, know well enough, the painful misgiving, the harassing doubt and indeed, the solitary questions of the heart which do beset us.

Therefore, self-realization can often manifest through the exercises of individual potential combined with the attainment of maturity in the cultivation of relationships.

The same is true that a bunch of individuals do not seem to understand that it is the very same basic problem that confronts everyone. Although, with different levels of perception in degree and modification in level, that come to depend on our behavior and our attitude to life, and indeed, individual reality as it presents itself which demands adjustment.
Life as a paradox demands that any attempt to justify this in the eyes of those who do not share the same aspiration and beliefs cannot in any way understand such paradox.
The result will be to make our life appear the more hopelessly contradictory, hence, we must accept our state of being as we develop a complete understanding of what our adjustment is, as distinctive as an individual.
This is because the self-within is ever rich with the products of many lives of struggle and development, of which it requires freedom to express itself as to begin to declare itself to project into the conscious field. It must be observed, that through this conscious field, a bunch of individuals has often come to surprise everyone with their inventions and ideas through the power and faculty of the past. This power and faculty of the past, in complete freedom, mingled with the tone of personal aspirations and when interpreted rightly, often blend and harmonize with the present.
