I hope rohr does not think onuachu is a good alternative to osimhen as that is a dumb idea with our style of play.
Another dumb idea is that there is no alternative to ndidi and iwobi.
He is not too bright a man. His intelligence is limited to a few basic things.
He does not know
How to use ejuke dribbling and creativity
Miss speed mobility and aggression
etc.
Nff should put a tactician beside him.
Any team that marks out iwobi will expose rohr limitations as a coach

Nostradamus1:
The super Eagles is not for carpenters and plumbers.
If u had mentioned a better player , I would have not minded but if Azeez is not performing for Club, what is the probability that he will light up SE
Stuff like that can be decided in a friend ly. Rohr should have used his friendlies to work on the weaknesses of the team and see which player can improve the team

Subzero047:
We cannot even dominate the midfield against common Liberia
Rohr is technically deficient and has reached his limits. He does not know how to use the talent s at his disposal. He needs a technician beside him. He can try Ramon Azeez in midfield but he won't invite him m because of his limited logic of club form.
Rohr is just an average coach and he is not too intelligent. He has tried but he cannot go beyond 57%.
Give rohr real Madrid and they will be in mid table.

E b like say we fit no see ds match on tv
i dont understand. A match involving the national team should be
broadcasted on local stations like nta, galaxy etc.
There should be no need for satellite since it is a national match
IT SHOULD BE A LAW. FORGET ABOUT MONETARY CONSIDERATIONS. THIS IS A NATIONAL ISSUE FOR GOD'S SAKE
ALSO, ALL NPFL MATCHES (OUR LOCAL LEAGUE) HAS TO BE SHOWN BY OUR LOCAL TELEVISION STATIONS
LIKE CHANNELS, SILVERBIRD ETC. I WONDER WHAT SUPERSPORT HAS TO DO WITH THIS.
EVEN TOGO DE BROADCAST THEIR LEAGUE AND NATIONAL MATCHES TALK LESS OF
A FOOTBALLING COUNTRY LIKE NIGERIA WITH A GLOBAL REPUTATION IN FOOTBALL

TheSuperNerd:
The story of most African AMs in Europe. De ja vu.
SuperNerd
Ill be honest with you converting african am to dm
is pure Rascism and bias.
It is just social bias and a norm that Africans are not seen as
been able to play as attacking midfielders or creative players
We cannot eradicate rascism and bias completely from human society
It also happens in American football where blacks are seen as not been
able to play the quater-back position.

Zaidu Sanusi's problems in Porto are also somewhat rascist
Maybe if he changes his name to Carlos Alena
and lie that his mother was Brazilian they will accept him.
Even his name is too ras for the Porto fans to like.
The want oyibo pepe jongo bonito from Sao paolo
not one bush hausa boy from Africa

ChrisKels:
So after all the noise, no moves for Paul Onuachu and Sadiq Umar? Yet they wanna rep the eagles in big tourneys? Who would overlook Awoniyi banging it in, in the Bundesliga, and maybe a Dessers running a show with Feyenord in the Eredivisie for some segunda striker like Sadiq and a Belgian league striker like Onuachu? Some of these our players dey mumu. Onuachu and Ike Ugbo na dem mumu pass. Ike Ugbo's reason for leaving Chelsea was that he wants to rep the eagles in Qatar, yet he went to Genk while the smarter striker realized the mistake he made last summer then left Genk for Feyenord.

Next call ups now, Awoniyi would be more deserving of an invite than Onuachu, and na like that Onuachu go say bye-bye to his world cup dreams.
Yeah you are right. Add to that the possibility of Simmy getting another 20 goals in the Italian league and things
will become more dificult.
HOWEVER
Style of play and interest of coach can come into play.
Sometimes coaches select players because they blend into their formation or
their style of play is effective. As in maurinho's time in Chelsea, he prefered players like
Drogba and essein not necesarly because they were the best in the world but because they fitted into his formation.
I personally will prefer Umar because of his creativity but Im not the coach
and i dont know how he thinks or his idea.
BUT
MEAN THIS GENERATION IS PRODUCING TOO MANY STRIKERS.
NOW EVERY SEASON A NEW STRIKER IS COMMING UP TO DO ONE WONDER OR THE OTHER

Okay o Aburo... Muda Lawal remain one the best DM that came out of Africa with five afcon appearances(76,78,80,82,84)and member of the great team that missed out 78 world cup with Odiye scored Nigeria. He was honour with Africa sport ambassador.

Yes Felix Owolabi is a PhD holder when he was still playing. Adokiye was a university student playing for Nigeria ditto Segun Odegbami an Engineering student. In the 80s to late 90s we have many Nigeria players schooling and still playing the game.

Andrew Uwe was a University of Ife student playing for U20,Nosa Osadolor Unilag, Adeolu Adekola Unilag, Olaolu Ashaolu unilorin,Tunde Sanni Uni Ife,Patrick Ikeji former NSC director,Gabriel Jigbale OAU and some members of Nigeria U20 to Mexico 83,U17 and U20 85,Saudi 89 and Scotland 89 went to United States to further their studies.

I think the lured of lucrative contracts in Europe has put stop to these unless the ambitious one like Ndidi who I heard is doing his degree now.

Honestly good to have degree as a player cos my good friend Seyi Olofinjana is reaping it now and also a close pal like ex polish international Emma Olasadebe, Niyi Ogunlana, Akeem Lawal, Dayo Ajoge.
Did u watch etim esin play. I heard he was better than okocha but I never watched him play
