How the protests set Lagos back

I'll use the transport sector.Lagis had a 20 year plan for everything.in transport it includes dedicated lanes for emergencies.Commercial transport to move a certain number of people.emmergency points and treatment for accidents.there were other planned things I know a train and a rail car like in Brazil is theresomewhere.All sponsored by State

So Lagos starts with the dedicated emmergency lane and fixing the roads.it sounds like not a big deal but it was.getting traffic to be delayed while BRT lanes where made all over Lagos.Lagos got an African achievement in transport for this by the way.No other State in Nigeria has this...but not a big deal

Next where the buses very expensive something.Lagos started with not sure of the number but they gradually increased them over the years.Some where through PPP,the red ones but majority the blue ones where with State money.People queue up long queues to use those buses and I used to wonder if this had not been done what would these people have used. Lagos today has over 1500.That costs billions. But then the population of the city keeps increasing.Now its estimated to be over 20 million.How do you house 20 million people In the smallest State in Nigeria and people keep trouping there. Bastards burnt a significant number of those buses recently. Brand new ones in their brand new fancy dedicated park fat oyingbo about 280 brand new BRT buses

Next was the streets.Large streets everywhere from Ikorodu to Epe,to iyana ipaja.to akoka.Only real genetic liars will say Lagos did not improve its roads.Those streets cost money for every house damaged for a street the owners cashed out big time and Lagos payed.acountability systems where also added.if your road has been paid for but not done.or has a pothole.you snap it and send online on a site and they fix it.I used it for my street and it worked.PS I do not know anybody in goverment


Next was the waterways.Lagos invested heavily and got into turf wars with FG on this one.Boats ,jetties,the whole package.People from Ikorodu and not sure of Yaba use waterways easing traffic.Lagos even equipped maritime police to guard the waterways .The jetties are beautiful by the way


Next is the rail line still ongoing but almost complete. And i know the arrangements for the rail cars are on.These new developments employ people.they mean the State is not where it was 20 years ago,they mean progress is happening and thats in just transport.Imagine the number of persons employed by State for just transport only.

Other reforms in transport include the electronic identification of vehicle registration defaulters and notice before it expires.Lagos innovated in its systems made it easier to pay and made more money in the process.

But then some omo ale with no idea what it takes to raise funds say Tununbu spoilt Lagos,tell me one State that their transport system is better or has catered better to its people transport wise.

The didinrins burnt how many vehicles in one day? How much did they contribute to buying the vehicles that they burnt? Lagos has the best indices on everything in Nigeria.Health,employment,infrastructure just name it

If the owners of the account frozen are indeed terrorists or have any terrorist affiliations, let the CBN prosecute them as such, otherwise, they should stop disgracing themselves.

The CBN is alleging that the account holders have committed a crime (to wot "terrorism", according to them), so they need to prove this allegation! As a matter of fact, they should have adduced sufficient evidence to back up their claim before the judge issued the order to freeze the accounts. But like we do here in Nigeria, a government or security agency will arrest you first, charge you to court and get an order to remand you in prison, then proceed to start looking for evidence to prosecute you, tell me, which sane or responsible society does that?!!
