Why would the Govt wait till the last few hrs before the curfew was about to begin to harm the citizens it deliberately avoided despite showing great restraint for a longer period.

The protesters in response burnt down Lagos.Arsonists burnt down an entire new terminal and over 280 buses,burnt down the Governors mothers house,burnt down peoples properties,went on a killing and looting spree on the streets of Lagos, still in the name of protests...yet Lagos did not give a shoot at site order."Awon boys" on the side on Lagos held their peace..... we did not hear shim in retalitaion

At what stage do we all take responsibilty for the fragile peace of lagos that we met there and take for granted....
