the problem with this case is Nigerias response to it.The country is sometimes slow and indifferent about its official response to things like this.Sometimes its also people hampered by the jurisdiction of their offices,so there may be no ''office'' to handle this matter officially.As such no response from Goverment save the ministry of comms issuing a weak and ineefective condemnation.

The country must assign an agency or task force to this,there must be no assumption ''someone is handling this''.
