I did d Sukuk 3 and never got acknowledgement, after six months I got my interest.

If you really want to track ur goverment approved securities and stocks if u have any, register with CSCS, it cost about 4k per year.

I received acknowledgement letter on sukuk 3 within a short time.

I can't understand this banks.I have been to ibtc, zenith and Fbn head offices in uyo. And thr response to this sukuk is they have no mandate to the offer.The Fbn guys said nothing like that is even going on.That the last they had idea was fg saving Bond and it is closed. Is Nigeria all about Lagos and abj .

You don't need all these stress.
Just browse stanbicibtccapital.com, type sukuk bond on the search bar and download the form, scroll down, you will see enquiry mails where to send your filled form and payment receipts to. The account name and banks are also on the second page of the form.

Doctors in the house, abeg make una educate me more..

When it comes to your health or diet, doctors and researchers advise/encourage us to drink lot and lot of water because of the health benefit it gives, rather than in take of coke and sugary substance...

I tried putting this advice into practice so many times.
First thing in the morning after devotion or before stepping out for work, I make sure I drink at least 2 glass cup of water..

But one thing I have come to notice is that, after drinking enough water before stepping out, the rate at which I use the gent (urinate) is quiet higher than when I don't even drink water in the morning.. Within 1hr, I would have make use of the gent like 3-4 times, till like 12pm before I return back to norm..

So I began to wonder, is something wrong with my system or do I need to go for any check up or that's how it suppose to be

I tried making some findings on google, but I could not lay my hands on something convincing enough.

So Please doctors in the house, educate me more,
Am I in good shape or I still need a medical check up??

I know se some fellaz go still yab me, it is allow..

You are not alone bro, it happens to me always even when I take little water or much custard.

Gbam, I have even gotten medicated glasses but I don't use it shall cos I'm getting improvements since I've been dropping my phone early.

We have similar working condition, mine is even 7am to 7pm on system Monday to Saturday and stay up on phone till like 11pm to 12am at nights sometimes.
Apart from dropping your phone early, what other medication are you using?
The medicated glass I am using is not reliable, i can only see contents with it clearly from afar but contents looks blurred without it.

Sit on system Mondays to Friday 7:30Am till 6pm,
Come reach house fire phone till sometimes 12midnight.

My own migraine self join with better Fever.

After visiting eye clinic, omor I give my phone chance 8pm I don keep phone o.

Now I've very okay.

Just avoid your phone and visit doctor.

Do you also experience difficulties seeing in a dark environment and also difficulties seeing or reading contents from afar ?

1. You spend two much time on the screen: Watching Big Brother all day long and pressing your phone
2. You have not been sleeping well
3. Caffeine: Mostly found in Energy drink and Tea bags

Solution: Drink lots of water and have a good sleep. You go dey alright. Nothing serious.

Some citizens are still in the bush with little or no hope of survival while some can not sleep with their two eyes close, entire family have been whipped out by gunmen and we have careless leaders throwing big parties, spending on concubines with tax payers money and they are still planning on taxing social media.
