Regarding the leather work, do you hand craft or use machines? The reason I’m asking is because I handcraft leather mostly bags and hats but it’s a side job.
I think if you want to be employed by a leather factory, you will have to start as an apprentice.

Oh and always set some money aside for a rainy fund. You own a house and all the responsibility is yours. Boiler breaks down? You need funds for that. Fence blows over in the storm? You pay. Toilet blocks? You pay. Basically learn to do minor house repairs on your. Remember I never said don’t buy property. What I am saying is if you are going to keep it for a very long time then fine, if not, don’t buy because it not worth the stress and it ties you down to an area.

Stamp duty , solicitors fee and mortgage fees are all lost money if you are keeping the property for lees than 5 years, there is no guarantee that the property will go up in value within 5 years . It also depends on the location of the property.

Some old buildings will cost you so much to heat up because they have not been insulated properly and there is only so much you can do. The new buildings on the other hand are eco friendly and well insulated. Depending on the location most of their rooms are very big and they are so warm during the winter periods, you don’t really need the heating on for long periods.

If you are not going to hang on to the property for more than 5 years, then you are better off renting. Reason being when you add up the stamp duty , solicitors fees, mortgage fees, repairs during ownership etc ..then it might be better off renting.

Paying people to stay at home even as many are actually working. People claimed £££££££ fraudulently because the govt was willing to give out taxpayers money like candy

Now is the time to payback and its going to be painful.
