SeverusSnape: Exactly... A formidable opposition is very healthy for our democracy, It keeps the ruling party on their heels, I just hope PDP will act as that. I trust them to do that True bro My respect for GEJ increased with his concession Even mujahid has become calm

Im impressed I wish the higher ups in the current administration can toe this line and strategise how to recover cc: orubebe SeverusSnape: As you all know, I'm a staunch supporter of Jonathan, The final result has not been announced, but I see Buhari winning this election; No two ways about that. GEJ has lost the election, It's over, it has been a really tough battle, It was fun while it lasted; the insults, , The teasing and the bashing, I personally enjoyed every bit of it. For those of you saying "SeverusSnape will soon deactivate", No way!.... I ain't deactivating, once a nairalander, always a Nairalander. To all GEJ supporters, I urge you all to support the new government of Buhari and contribute your own quota to the development of this great nation. Jonathan has tried his best, let him just leave the rest.
That's all I have to say for now.
God bless president Jonathan God bless the president elect, Muhammadu Buhari. God bless all Nairalanders. God bless all Nigerians. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Thanks

EnlightenedSoul: The bolded is perception, not reality. Your perception can only be reality if & when it succeeds in aligning/corresponding with - wait for it - reality. Otherwise, it remains mere perception.
Psycho-trash is as psycho-trash is. Perception =/= Reality.

GL: It was the same in my family. My mum was a housewife but did small businesses, which she used to complement my dad's income. People assumed my dad earned much more than he did cos she made us & the house look extra nice. Dad started getting lazy, so she worked even harder sometimes doing 3-4 different businesses. Eventually his laziness cost him his job and she had to carry the family's financial burden alone. She really covered for him though, cos she didn't want people to know.
I have seen fathers who would go out of their way to buy clothes, feed their kids, make their wives happy. I pray for such a man.
To men, shirking your responsibilities doesn't just affect your wife, it messes up your kids. Especially if it starts when they are young.
I better start planning a massive retirement home for when your crop of 'irresponsible' men grow old. I bet the children you abandon will be glad to have a place to abandon you to. No need for retirement home They will be well funded in their old age with their nest egg which was kept away from prying alimonic eyes. |

fellis: But will your kids want to take care of you in your old age when you were not part of their upbringing? They will rather be with the woman who was there for them don't you think? Even if they do show up to care for you it will be out of pity and not love.
I believe the solution for those who don't like marriage is using surrogate mothers for the men and sperm donors for the women. That way you men raise the kids yourself and grow old with them and women can finally have kids that bear their own names. The idea of women discarding their individuality by changing surnames after marriage never sat well with me. When your wish comes true we shall see |

RoyalRoy: Whether she visits your Mum or not, she should not be forced. Whatever she wants to do should be by her own will and initiative.
The moment when you have to tell her to visit is when you are both married and you have some right over her.
A word of advice..... Why should you make her your next of Kin? Are you so in love that after sponsoring her to school, you still made her next of kin? And take her to your "sites" that even your Mum doesn't know about?
Wake up dude....you seem puzzy-whipped already!!!!

zeb04: it is his choice pickabeau.....although it is a risky one, but isn't life about taking risk if u were a guy or your brother wanted to attempt it, will u do it 1. Sponsor Education YES/NO 2. NEXT of KI YES/NO |

what is your opinion on his making her his next of kin and sponsoring her education zeb04: so true.
I am naturally reserved too and soo laid back about things like that. I probably won't just dress up to go visit my MIL without an invitation or urgent reason.
Its very possible she dosnt even know she is doing something wrong nd also family upbringing matters.some people grew up in a mind your business kind of family and will never just jump to go visiting so before you take any rash decision, you better speak to her about it. |

Jahblessme: And as I said,I do not see the advantages of marriage to any woman. Marriage or no doesn't make anyone responsible. Exactly, who needs marriage its becoming outdated. I ask again what is the advantage to a woman,? Esp when she ends up doing all the chores cooking cleaning washing kids plus work and then should form p orn star for night..
Abegi, the end is nigh.Thank God people are realising that its all been a big scam I am also waiting for this your wish to come true |
Family › Re: Why Do Men Shy Away From Responsibilities Once They Notice Their Wife Has Money by pickabeau1: 6:50am On Mar 30, 2015 |
Jahblessme: Marriage on its own is going to be obsolete very soon. There's no real advantage in it for women. Society has decieved us into thinking there's real gain in being married. The only thing is avoiding ur kids being called bastards.
Cook clean chores kids,na woman. You go work on top yet come home and continue plus no help?
So of what use is a man then?Thankfully the world in general is wisening up.No need to marry, split all bills and yea you can live next door. Cannot see wait for the dawn of an equal world!! Soon and very soon. Muhehehhehehehehe Your prayer may soon come to pass We shall see who needs marriage more Why bother with responsibility when one single mom will raise my kids. That means I can even be more irresponsible. I pay my steward or stewardess to cook and clean my home So who needs marriage.... PS we need more women like you so we can have less women who want marriage tieing us down Yay Equality |

crackhaus: Diabolical enough to use pictures of her own grandchild for ritual purposes, funny insinuation considering how said diabolical MIL can still take a pic with the child at another time.
However, I can't rule out the possibility of one having a diabolical MIL but if she believes that fighting a supposed witch in the physical is the best way to overcome the devil, then she's got a few screws loose. . . or has she forgotten night will come.
I'd rather not believe she thinks her MIL is diabolical, she just doesn't like the woman...period! She believes it...I tell you Let's wait for the op to tell us her feelings about his mom Cc: perfectionist |
