Hello Gurus
I am a medical doctor with four years experience post graduation.

Please which category of skilled PR should I go for 189 or 190
Thank you

Bros, you can go for any Visa subclass, but you must be assessed first.
Look up the assessment for Medical practitioners, and see if it's something you can do.

Otherwise, look for any other occupation that your experience can fit in, if you can't go through the ptocess of writing professional exam for assessment.

The pay is a bit above decent. The guy we stay with works with autistic people and he earns $33 per hour week days and $51 weekends. His wife who is a registered nurse earns $40 week days and $73 weekends. There"s talk in some places that aged care/disability workers might not earn as much from July this year but i do not know how true this is.
I met a couple a few days ago who were both accountants in Nigeria.Infact the wife na chartered accountant sef.Today she"s a nurse and her husband is a factory worker who is studying to be a nurse by the side himself. They moved here 3years ago and are living in their own house now.

so this place na as you make am be.

Thankyou, for this informations. May your dreams come through.

God is great!!!

It's my turn to testify........

So i received the grant letter for myself, wifey and son this morning 5.41 am. cant express the feeling
We decided we will be migrating to Canada in August last year and booked the IELTS exam for the 10th of October 2016. In September while going through the Canadian thread I came across this thread and we eventually decided to give both a shot. by end of September wifey and I somehow agreed Aussie will be better, so we jettisoned Canada. Every information was gotten on this thread, in fact I only got to know of expat forum through this place. Everyone here is wonderful, the Chief Bellong (I know you said we should not, but you are a blessing to everyone of us), every other person that has made it a point of duty to give information here I salute you all and say a big God bless you. I pray deeply this morning that all our testimonies will come soon in Jesus name.
So here is my timeline;

[quote author=teewhysafe post=52736627]Good morning..

PTE results came back yesterday evening:

Listening 86, Speaking 86, Writing 87 Reading 78.

Enabling skills:
Grammer 81, Oral Fluency 76, Pronunciation 80, Spelling 47, Vocabulary 85, Written Discourse 79

Fiance is so pissed. He was scored 47 in Spelling and he is still wondering how or why cos he wasn't asked to spell anything and he ensured he avoided typos. It was even the Speaking section he was unsure of.

Just one point. It is well sha..

It's sad. He is so close.
Tell him to brave it up. If I were him, ayam not throwing in at this point.
He should remove all bitterness, think about the good life AUS will give his children.
It's not too much a sacrifice for the kids.

Just do what Jamson said. You can contact the lady at UKEAS on phone, you don't need to travel to Lagos.
With the voucher, you can register and choose any center of your choice, Laidera included. Infact, Laidera and co get their voucher from Richeal at UKEAS.

Good day all

1)Please can i apply for both 189 and 190 since my course is both on sol and csol??
2) and would I have to pay for their visa fee saperately

Have you been assessed by your assessing authority?
Have you written English test?
If you can make up to 60 points on your own, then you don't need 190, since your profession is on SOL.

Is there a problem with getting the payslips?

If you can get payslip, you only need to show first three months of starting, another 3 months mid year and the last 3 months till date.
In addition to the payslips, you can submit bank statement as a third party evidence. The bank statement can show payment when you started, mid-year and the last 6 months.

If you can lay hold on your tax certificate, include it also.

If you can't get payslip, you can use bank statement and tax certificate.

Good afternoon, sir.
Pardon my question, if it appears ignorant. My taxes are deducted from source before payment, and reflected on my payslips, do I still need tax certificate?

Please does any one know a better center with less distraction.

You might want to try Pearson center, there at Ikeja, after Shoprite. Your score is good. I scored W 90, R 76, L 74, S 58.

Hi, Struggling girl, Sassy.

You are good for both 189 and 190.
To start with, you need to write either of the English test. It doesn't matter which one you chosed, your assessing body accepts either IELTS or PTE or TOEF.
The important thing is that you score 7 band in every module and its equivalent in PTE, 65.
With this result and prove of not less than 2 years experience you proceed to AIMS for assessment.
The assessment is in two stages, documents and professional exam.

As for your point calculation, you might be wrong
