Muafrika2: You do see the foam coming out of his mouth Poison does that.
She drugged him.
Dont jump into conclusion. How do you know he was drugged? Where you there? Do you have proof? Have you ever heard of Pulmonary oedema? Do you know if he had risks factors for a heart attack such as smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure, overweight, stress? It's better you wait for the autopsy report before you can reach your conclusion
kITATITA: Mr. Suleiman is using his influence to subdue the voice of the weak. He is using his power and money to manipulate the justice system; freezing her bank account, getting her locked up at the Police Station and throwing her into prison. If she is lying, how did she get his personal pictures; his casual pictures on the bed. Pictures never seen by any other and he never denied the pictures being true. He only quipped about the lady not pretty enough. The way the case is going, I don't see this 'lady' getting justice when the Police have already taken sides and being used in humiliating her.
If you have heard of of blackmail or identity theft, you wont be talking like this. My take is that the law should run it's full course. Anyone proven guilty should be punished according to the law.
Xaddy: The lady, Stephanie Otobo is a lying liar. The story she told was gravely exaggerated.
(Apostle) Suleman and his lawyers and his PR Team also can lie for this whole African continent.
You have read their statement and counter statements so I won't bore you with all that
These are the things you can deduce from both statements tho; 1. That they both have knowledge of each other, sexual or otherwise 2. That they were fond of each other might have led to sex or not... 3. That there was financial transactions between them, wether it is for opening business or it is for payment for sex or sex chats 4. That the girl is a blackmailer but to blackmail someone you have something against that person 5. That those pictures are real, those screaming Photoshop must note that for Photoshop to occur there have to be original images. Nobody can Photoshop pictures of me lying on the bed, placing video call and smiling sheepishly at the site of breast at the correct Snapchat video call Resolution. Because no one has such pics of me
In conclusion, both parties are guilty of different sins, one a blackmailer and the other an adulterer. So I don't support any of them....
PS: I believe strongly that Mr. Suleman is not of God and does not preach his word when I watched the 9 Min clip of him calling for the head of Fulani Herdsmen. It was not the Fulani part that convinced me of this but towards the end if that video he confessed a crime, where he said with his mouth that he was complicit in the beating up of a man(most likely Omo onile) because of a land tussle involving his church. Beating up a man, telling him that he must attend the church when it is built, involving policemen? The sins against God, the terrorism and the blatant disrespect of the Constitution convinced me greatly.
That man is not of God, he is not a Christian as he is not Christlike...
Where you there when it all happened? Do you have all the facts to make a judgement? Other than that, i suggest you wait for the law to run its full course.
neocortex: The fact is sacrosanct in this case. Apostle Suleman had an improper relationship(Adultery) with a supposed stripper, got her pregnant and convinced her to abort it by promising her marriage. Then he bailed after deceiving her.
The girl is now back to settle the scores and the lying Apostle and his minions are doing all they can to bury the story.
The color of a car doesn't determine its road worthiness.
Have you ever heard of the Phrase "proved beyond reasonable doubt"? If that were to be the case, i believe the Suleiman would have been in prison by now.. My take is that the case should go to court for the law to decide. Meanwhile Stephine Otobo passport should be seized for the mean time, just as a precautionary measure to prevent her jumping bail.
plainol: Today me, I believe Nigeria is under a spell, because that airport road is the most important road to convincing foreigners that Nigeria is DEVELOPING and not an underdeveloped as being portrayed by that road.
Just do it, I don't care if it is the local government or federal government that does it. It's an eye sore.
Nigeria is not under any spell. What we have is leadership problems. Our leaders cannot see beyond their nose, so they never plan for things. Apart from the bad state of the road, which is obviously creates a bad image on the country. Do you know how many lives have been lost there? Maybe it is when a top shot in convoy dies on that axis, only then will they repair the road.
diva90: This is messy! I don't like it when Pple spread their dirty linings in public. She should have just quietly moved on. There was no need to further put more information out there. They have a kid and the child will grow up to refer to all this in the future. The internet never forgets
She probably doesn't know that. Its a pity that the child will hear of this embrassment in years to come.
Fifthcolumnist: I understand your point, but see every company owes it's host community social responsibility part of which entails considering qualified indigenes first whenever there's a position to be filled. It's just the same way a Nigerian would be considered for a job first before an equally qualified foreigner. Most companies especially in the Niger Delta are dominated by either the two major tribes in the south who automatically fill in positions with friends and relations whom they know when there's a vacancy. These host communities have sensed this trend that's why these agitations continue to erupt over and over again.
Although, laziness on the part of youths of most host communities is still a serious problem, you can't excuse the defience of some coys to the plight of their hosts.
I want to ask you a question, as a business owner, do you think it is right to employ your relatives or someone that can do the job better? I bet you will take someone that would be profitable to your company. The point is if we continue with this host community mentality, we won't really make progress in this country. Do you know why? It is simple, the right people won't get the jobs. If the right people don't get the jobs, how would there be innovation? Without innovation how can a company have comparative advantage? It's that simple. I say this because what was a privilege sometimes back is now a right. People don't want to got to school and learn now. Rather they want to work. They will get the jobs alright because of host community thing but they will not progress in the company and at the end of the day, they will be hostile towards the company.

agabusta: His jail term has started already. He was led to prison after the sentencing.
He was sentenced at a High court. He can still take his case to a court of appeal. That's the reason why is said the sentence should be ratified by the Supreme Court. Other than that, he is almost a free man. Meanwhile he was jailed for 5 years. That's like 45 months prison calender. People that steal pure water without an form of violence are jailed for 15-20years.
Fifthcolumnist: Who says they're no qualified indigenes? Seat in your father's house there and comment on issues you have no idea off. No wonder Many companies employ Filipinos to do jobs we can do cos of people with a mentality like yours
I really don't know why they are protesting. If they don't like the work condition and pay, they are free to go. It's not by force.
Keneking: "Lagos lawyer, Festus Keyamo, according to the church statement, backed Stephanie and her gang claiming that the lady was his client while he allegedly insisted that the Apostle pay her the said sum."
- Festus Keyamo again...I think he should be arrested too
No, he should not be arrested. Rather, he should bring out proof that such a thing occurred.
olapluto: No one is judging. The actions of the pastor have further shown that he has plenty to hide. He used his power to get police to arrest the lady so as to keep her quiet. Yesterday, he released a blackmailing presser in which he claims the lady has links to Boko Haram, that she is a stripper whom he was just trying to help. He also accepted that he wired money to her many times so she could open an African shop in Canada. The case is already in court anyway. Keyamo will not go on a wild goose chase if there was no real substance in the case.

The question I ask is there clear proof he used the police to keep her quite? Do you know high profile lawyers are more interested in financial rewards than the case itself? Granted Apostle Suleiman has a known relationship with the woman, he could be either innocent or gulity of the charges. The only way to prove it is if all the evidence are brought forward. What is Keyamo afarid of, he should bring out the evidence and still sue the man.
Yarnvibes: The Lagos airport whether local or international is one of the busiest in Nigeria and arguably in Africa. The airport which is supposed to highlight Nigeria’s history, culture and tourism to both local and international travellers is a shadow of itself.
How? When you arrive Nigeria, there should be available information about our history, way of life, choice destinations to visit and best hotels to stay . Unfortunately nothing! The airport is a microcosm of the larger Nigerian society where government services are barely up to scratch.
Even with the concession of the airport, it hasn’t changed its fortunes. So, if you ply the Lagos airport often, Jumia Travel gathers some of the struggles you can readily relate with. This is to encourage the government to fix the Lagos airport to meet international standards because it is Nigeria’s window to the world.
1. Epileptic power supply You can only imagine the disgust when you arrive in your country and everywhere is dark. It is a rude welcome to Nigeria. The reason for this? The power grid of the airport has shut down. Some people will not be surprised by this because beyond the airport, electricity is unstable. The intermittent power outage at the Lagos airport is the height of embarrassment to use torchlight to taxi your way through the airport. There should be nothing like power interruption at any airport in Nigeria let alone Lagos airport.
2. Fanning yourself Due to poor ventilation and absence of enough air conditioners, you have to provide air by fanning yourself.
3. Officials asking for tips The different officials tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the airport function without any hitches are the ones who use underhand ways to collect tips from travellers. While some greet you excessively, others ask you pointedly to offer them something.
4. Spending hours to be cleared With recurring power outages, you have to spend hours being cleared by the different regulatory agencies at the airport. And there are many of them. Their services are very slow when there is power. You can only imagine how their services will look like when there is no power. It is worse when you still have to fan yourself through this harrowing ordeal.
5. Ambush by Taxi drivers For travellers who have no one to pick them up at the airport, they are at the mercy of taxi drivers or individuals scavenging for persons who may need their services. As you are leaving the arrival lounge, their voices will be the next you hear. The disorderly manner they ambush travellers who have just arrived is the problem.
olapluto: Apostle Suleiman should better start confessing. In this age of digital signatures and abundant evidences, he cannot now deny this lady. She says she has his nude pictures, including text messages and evidence of money transfer. I am also sure she has pix of the introduction. Funny pastor licking a woman from head to toe including private part, will use the same mouth to shout fire fire the next day. Festus Keyamo bad sha. I knew he must have seen the nude pix before demanding 500 million naira from apostle. Instead make pastor pay jejely or pull out another Eseish robust reply, he is doing agidi. This thing about sleeping around is now common amongst pastors, especially the young and active ones. Women mumu level is at an all time high, and the pastors cannot help themselves. In fact, I dare say that over 80% of pastors under 50 years have cheated on their wives. The ones who get caught are the unlucky ones.
Don't judge. Give everyone the benefit of doubt. It is very simple , let them bring out the evidence they have. I still prefer it to this cheap blackmail.
I think you should be talking about both sexes rather than focusing on women. It seems you have this mentality that women are "sins" themselves. Please wake up to the realities. Both male and females are equal human beings with both of them having the same capabilities. Thanks
SalamRushdie: "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan---Proverbs 29 vs 2"
This bible verse explains all Nigeria has been going through since Buhari took over and the little respite the economy is seeing since Osinbanjo started acting as president ..
MY people our God is not a liar so in 2019 Vote wisely
What do you really mean? Are we still not groaning? What you should be talking about is how does this statistic affect us now and the next one year.
