Sports › Re: Arsenal Set To Announce Arteta As Their New Manager Today by polofemo: 2:24pm On Dec 20, 2019 |
logon599: Yes Guardiola succeeded at Barca with little previous experience as a no 1, same thing with Zidane. But I still think Arsenal appointing Arteta is a wrong move that will backfire. Arsenal are currently at crisis level both on the pitch, in the dressing room, at board level and fans too, and I don't see an Arteta as having what it takes to steady the ship. Time will tell Two wrong previous move (i.e Unai Emery and Lungburg). This will be a positive move, I assure you. Time will surely tell |

FamousMonk: About Xenophobia... Let's quit the hypocrisy. It is appalling.. Truth is,a typical Nigerian man doesn't care about what happened to some Nigerians in South Africa. We are just trying to follow the trend and appear like good patriotic citizens who love each other.. Forget the posts and hate speech on twitter ,Facebook etc.. It is just for social media attention.. I repeat,as long as the killing of Nigerians do not affect the price of garri,a typical Nigerian doesn't care... I woke up and decided to write about it too.. But I'm so sorry i cannot pretend to care when I really don't.. After the whole fracas,Nigerians will go back to their usual daily routine. If I'm killed today,I will be buried and nobody will care. We will post about it,empathize with the families of the victims, make it seem like we love and care about these people, but in reality,we don't .. For me,I don't know them, and they haven't helped me in any way before so I swear,I do not care.. This is the bitter truth.. There is something fundamentally wrong with an African man's brain and way of reasoning.. I don't think you are Nigerian, if you are you won't type this nonsense you called truth. How dare you say such about good and Honourable Nigerians. Please if you don't have anything to say its best you keep quiet than to vomit this satanic statement of yours. Anyway, God loves you and is not interested in the death of a sinner! |

Politics › Re: US Basketball Players Honour Igbinedion Osaretin After Accident In Texas. PIC by polofemo: 5:23pm On Feb 17, 2019 |
Hedonini: This argument is unconvincing, for the simple reason that time and chance happens to us all. Everything else is plain conjecture and permutation.
The only condition that would validate your argument is that every instance of tragedy is a direct consequence of the sins of the victim's forebears. In other words, for every accident or tragic event that befalls anyone, it must mean that himself, , his parents grandparents, or forefathers must have committed a crime that the victim is paying for. How does this sound? Well that's it.
Like I said, the family knows best whether it is a payback time or not. It just has to be for a reason, either to give glory to God or it could be anything. Consider Lazarus and the man born blind in the Bible, the calamities that befell them was simply to glorify God not because of their sins. I tell you the truth, it could also happen because of the evil the father or forefathers has committed |
Politics › Re: US Basketball Players Honour Igbinedion Osaretin After Accident In Texas. PIC by polofemo: 4:39pm On Feb 17, 2019 |
Hedonini: So everyone that dies in an accident paid for the sins of his parents? You see your life for ground? It is relative. Whatever you so you shall reap. The father or the family knows best whether it is their sins that has caught up with them. Education or science doesn't stop this. One thing I know is that if you shed blood or commit any evil you will pay with blood either you or your generation. Don't be deceived! |
