I'm not d type dat burst grape in fruit fight, if I tell u sometin, best believe its coming to existence, some times u have to get ur ego on, so ppl will understand no one has monopoly over madness, dat particular drama goes beyond Bolt cos we r off it... It now life after Bolt, made her to understand while I recite her address into her ear again, I'll come personally for her if she don't control her stupidity, won't say more then that. Let's bombard the driver's line with calls, sms, and WhatsApp messages. This driver should refund the rider.

Not blaming boss, sure I'm calling the guy... Just starting the obvious, even Bolt can not pick this up, they can only block the account. People need to understand dis things about both just being a link from point A to B, so at that moment ur safety is important.

On Saturday a lady threatened me and I am still waiting for the outcome. I got a request from her and after the normal ritual, I humbly ask her destination, she said do I have to know, she is not saying, when I start the trip. I gently let the phone call end in peace and cancel d trip... She called back and start blabbing, I made her understand her right which I respect without any fuss and I've done wot is behind my right, she should learn to respect. She went all out on me saing I should get off d phone, then I sent her a text asking if she can't see how stupid she's being... Next I receive a call blab blab and action she would take. Long story short, we both had no contract under Bolt, the moment I end the trip, she should move on with her life, while I go do same any other entitlement she's looking for, is just another way to ridicule herself.

Yes we can all join force to see what we can do to get the money back, but I'll advice d rider to b careful of riding with drivers that have wrong info

I booked a ride on bolt from back of United estate at alagbole ,that's the estate that has it's entrance at the end of the new bridge on Nov 10th.I just added my card before the trip and was given 900 naira discount .
The trip ended and the driver told me it's 2700naira. I did a transfer of 2700 naria to the driver the account he drop is Adedeji olatunji Ibrahim .union bank account ...... about 2 mins after the driver left I remembered it's was a card trip and boost had charge me 1800 naira. I called the driver and he claimed it's a cash trip on his app.

I told him that is a lie that it's a card trip and he should refund the 2700 I transferred to him ,I sent him my account details and since then he refused to pick my calls and he picks if I use a different phone number.

His phone number 09014498140. Name on app Gabriel.

Note that the driver is not the same person in the picture on the app. The drive lives in that estate

Sorry for wot happened, but from what u said, I think u've been scammed, why enter a ride that have different driver from d pix on the App? If the driver live in d estate, best u pay him a visit.

Bolt guys need to put a 'WAITING' clause after the trip has started for riders who book a ride and expect the driver to be their personal drivers for the day. Picked up a woman and her son. They were supposed to go to church. The son said he had to pick something at school first. Spent like 30mins waiting for the boy at his school. Left his school and on the way to church madam said she want to quickly pick something. Madam spent almost 40mins there. I dey boil. Madam came back, nothing like sorry or whatever. We left and got to the church. She was trying to say I should wait for them till after church service, as she dey talk I don end trip. "Oh, I'm sorry ma I've already ended the trip. You can request for another ride after service." She was like we should do offline ISH. Madam no vex, pay me make I waka.

Question is, Is there a way to know who rated you down? 'Cos that's the only major incident that would have made my rating drop.

You have to manage it boss, dose hold drag once earning, but what can we do? Yesterday I picked 2 riders looking for hotel to check inn, we went to different 8 hotels, yet they keep having one complain or don't have ID card to present. I told them, I'm cancelling this ride, they should book another driver to continue the ultimate search, ask for me, I'm tired.

Can you please check if there is any fare adjustment in your payment. This is the fourth time this has happened and I really need to know what is the actual cause.

Wrong person, I had to stop after picking a rider twice... She said she does not have any money in her wallet and at the end of trip Ocar said confirm cash received, yet she is dragging it that she have a bonus of 1k, took her boyfriend to settle the balance. Up till now I don't understand d calculation, how to cancel trip or set destination trip, the u have a request of 780 naira disgust me. I feel it will take enrolling into Harvard to understand d complexity of Oride app.

There was one trip I ended mistakenly but fare price came up as 1,700. Ok the price is shown, that means I can still go on with trip then you pay me at the destination. It was the next day I saw the fund adjustment and their CS is so useless, they just bunches of untrained staff just to receive calls.

My experience so far with ocar.

Avoid getting request from same rider else you work for free.* This has happened to me thrice.
If you happen to start and end a trip mistakenly, avoid going any further with that rider, anything more is at your own discretion.

Ha, I'm in trouble b dat o... I carried one rider now and end trip, she rebook again, I've been on d trip for 2 hrs now looking for hotel

Please guys I need your help. I carried two female riders from lekki phase 1 last week Friday (when they did a show on admiralty way just opposite parktonai hotel) they were going to VGC when we got there I ended trip only for one of them to go into the car of the guy they went to meet and came back saying the guy doesn't have cash that she will transfer to me. I knew these is sakamaje and that I had to options give her the benefit of the doubt or bundle her into my car and drive to the nearest police station in vgc but I took option one gave her the benefit of the doubt.
