Colonel don bash my bumper before for ebute meta. The man wanted to change it that it was my fault I just flared up, when dem jami si say na soldier (colonel) na him I call my friend wey him brother be major as I no know which rank high pass that time. My friend just smile and say guy you go let this one slide o grin
I guess the colonel didnt want negative publicity because all the while I was recording with my phone. The man just gave me 2k to go and fix my bumper, the woman I carried asked if it would be enough, hehehe madam it is more than enough already, let's go
One top military personnel once gave my boss d kind loud bang sound at d back of his car and broke d back light... So we got down with speed of light to reck havoc on d presumed mad driver. He was on mufti, as my boss took one side of his car, I took d other and his statement from the tinted car was very irritating "Take my number and call, let's settle this", like! Who does that? Who are you? Oga come down from dis car jhoor, we keep blabbing, until I peep thro d back sit and saw his uniform... I just call my Oga to one side, Oga dis man is an army man o... He look at me with calm voice and soh? grin las las I have to handle the matter in a mature way and turn it to explanation for him to reason our plight and put himself in our position. My boss wasn't ready to talk to him again, he got angry and left, but I push on with the case, after 2 days, he send 10k.

All these men that invite ladies and switch off phones or not pick calls what exactly is the colour of your problems?
grin
This girl my (last trip yesterday) came from Lekki to VGC and the man didn't pick calls again.
I have to start going back to Lekki, the girl was just boiling and shouting in the voice note she sent the man.
Thank God she was on promo, the fare was 2,800 and she was to balance 2k which was what she have.
But men no dey try ooo
How about if u r on destination trip? That was how I pick 2 ladies yesterday on a destination trip, one of dem was being rude or too happy that she left her manners in d hotel I picked dem from, but I maintain my cool with d solace dat it will soon come to an end. Mid way to d trip I hear one of den saying they will just pick up the sharwama and reroute d trip. Inside my mind I grin grin grin May God help u to reroute dis trip... As I was approachin destination, I already have one hand on d end, before she word I, my hand has already slide end trip. Oh! And I want you to park and wait for us? Sorry ma, I didnt know, you can book another ride. Home I go straight.

If I want to go to Igondo now, I'll book short trip first then reroute it *cause trouble*

I go to see my mum some weekends. She stays in Badagry

When I'm coming back, I still see Bags of foreign rice seized by customs with the owners begging and crying

Within me, I'm like "Why do people still take this unnecessary risk only to lose at the end? "

Some people like wahala. I don't even know how to beg much sef.
Same here, I just try as much as I can not to go beyond my boundary.

They flagged me down, I stopped, the man requested for my DL, I showed him, in other not to waste my time, I simply said pls sir I am going to pick a rider and in a hurry. The man just said Oh You Be Uber Driver, I said Yes Sir. He said GO.

Every driver has a story. We tell it to encourage others not to give up. Mine goes like this.
It was 10am, just collected the corrolla from the company after serious drilling and screening, was going home to just rest. At that fly over bridge that connects 3MD to Ikoyi, there was a gradual hold up. Getting to the top of the bridge to join the line that goes to Ikoyi. One danfo jumped infront of me. Mehn, I just collected the car and you want to bash it. I swung to the right to avoid a clash and too much English. Gbam! Right infront of me was the men in yellow. Lastma. The danfo zoomed off. I have already been pushed out of the line. Next move, bloody mistake. Had to start begging commuters to let me back into the line. Lagos drivers are wicked. Nobody send me. I was driving alone on one lane trying to join the main line. More mistake. The men in yellow was still watching from afar. Mistake continues. My silly head didn't think. Just want to get home and rest. Only to drive towards them. The next thing, is they started posing me for picture. One of them jumped in beside me. They said, I have created a third line. I was supposed to join the line from the beginning where I met the slow traffic going to Ikoyi. Hence i have broken traffic rule. I was trying to explain my self out. More mistake. The guy stretched his hand and grabbed the car key. Gbam! The trap has caught meat. I almost fainted. Just got this car, have not worked a day. My account was red, pocket empty. Don't even have money for fuel to begin work the next day.I ended up at olowu. If you've never been there pray never to. Not even a request should take you there. Better say Amen! Lastma are the most wicked. Here I understand the meaning of police is your friend. We started debating the price from N90k. We agreed 15k Then started making calls. I called the whole world. Finally raised closed that. Went back to the goat (guy stinks with all the money they make) the lastma boys handed over my case to treat my Bleep up. Offered them 10k with dehumanizing begging. Before they released the car.

Hustle has started since. Seen more obstacles worse than these. The Almighty makes us stronger with them. Keep pushing guys, never give up.
Your biggest mistake is trying to reason with an unreasonable fellow. I hope we understand how this people pray every day to apprehend defaulters (knowingly or unknowingly), it is prayer answered for them.

Sorry man. But next time once you sight them afar and no one is allowing you join the lane. Baba just continue straight there must be another route that leads to your house.
grin grin grin tojahh nah only God go fit judge u, I won't have tummy upset on dis platform. I was readin d comment without checking d poster, only to finish d comment and said this most b Tojahh and u no disappoint grin

There must always b another route ah swear, either u connect carter bridge to ijora or use yaba link to clinical road, highest fuel consumption can't b more than 500. Lately they always beg or yell at me to move at traffic light, cos I don't mind parking the car and walk to the lasma just to ask if the green means move. About airport, I dash cab drivers airport riders, ever since I paid 5k last year February, its drop and go position at 7/8, enough hotels ard dia.

This E-hailing job is quit interesting, I started yesterday and I have met with some interesting riders. I started today's hustle on Bolt, parked in front of my Estate, (Thera-Annex) a request came in, picked up rider at Sangotedo market, she was going to Altican Beach.

She was with her son, five minutes into the trip, she said she wants to stop to quickly get fish and pepper, that was how my waiting time started, she left alone leaving her son behind, I was minding my business jamming to Hillsong Worship (both mother and son were feeling the songs).

Fifteen minutes gone, madam is yet to come back, I couldn't end trip as her son was with me in the car and their stuff from the market was in the trunk. I had to wait more, while waiting the boy said 'uncle are you on Instagram, I said yes, he said can you please follow me? I need to get to 200 followers, I said No issue, opened IG and told him to type his username, followed him and he has been liking every of my IG photos since.

Madam later came, total waiting period 30 minutes, we continued ride towards altican, goto their destination, ended trip, collected my 1700. I drive back to Abraham Adesanya hoping to get another ride, 10 minutes, nothing I just closed bolt and opened Opay, na Opay come do me well.

Tomorrow is another day, bumbum is paining me.
You r welcome
