Pearl1910: Oga Pope, with Bolt, U have freedom to go anywhere and refuse anywhere and nobody will slam u, provided u regulate those 4 activity parameters. Even newbies have gotten the hang of it. Free urself from the old notion u have about Bolt. I can't remember d last time I entered Ikotun, Igando, Festac, Agbado Ijaiye, Ishaga, Ikorodu, Oworo, Ijesha, Itire axis. Offcourse it doesn't mean I don't get trip requests to those areas but I have total control of where I am going to. Let's not talk about Uber, those ones head never correct, when they don't have any drivers again, their eyes go clear.
I still use Indriver sometimes times...trust me, the fares are rubbish compared to Bolt these days, the risk is high cos u can't predict traffic and ontop, commission has been introduced. U select trips with ease yes, but when u finally see a good one, many other drivers are waiting like vultures. Waiting time is long, no compensation if rider delays... Like I said before, the only reason anybody will use Indriver now over Bolt/Uber is if they don't have that choice or they are not informed. My work here is to inform. Free of charge.
Typical example, yesterday morning statewide was under surge Bolt and Uber. Small journey 1k, 1500, 2k. Long journey 5k, 7k, 10k even though long journeys are generally scarce when there is mad surge, if u keep at the small small ones, before u know it u have crested. I got one Ogba to Lekki delivery, 1.9 surge, nice one. I say make I on Indriver, wether I will be lucky to get trip along my route. And my brothers, d fares what I was seeing, I wan cry for drivers that don't have any other option than to use Indriver. What is d yardstick for indrivers fare options? Nothing, it's just jaga jaga.
It is well sha...las las we go all survive. Boss I still do 19k on indriver today and I deh my house, is not as bad as u make it seem. Bolt gives more money these days cos of surge, but do u think riders that r aware of indriver will use bolt? |

Slickleo: Good day all pls those encouraging earnings to be posted it's a shame some of them have being here long ago and the only way Dy encourage it is for there own benefit remember wat LASG introduce d other year was because Dy discover u re making money nw a lot of ppl don't know d consequence of there action bt I promise you d results will be out soon. 2mao ehailing drivers are being tax to install street lights pls don't complain or protest be patriotic. No made business man will ever disclose his/her earnings and you guys are here deceiving ursef anyway na poor man mentality dats all. I support those who are against dashboard posting anybody who want to know if d business is profitable jst tell d person it is profitable or not u don't need to motivate d person with dashboard because days where greed generates from.
PEACE Insecurity and eyes on drivers are just my point, I'm not that emotional to care how long or how many days anyone choose to work. Motive! Motive!! The thing is even making me to laugh, all d networth they put on forbes is yet to motive one, it's how to wake by 4am and sleep by 1am that will motive one. It is well Need to know, u can show people wealth, but u can never force them to think it. |

IFSHR: Most of those guys you shake your head for, some if not most of them have at least 3 cars on the platform wey dey deliver for them. They started the hustle when the fares was commensurate to the effort and overhead cost.
One of the secret to being wealthy, is making money when you are sleeping... Just like pope said they have paid their dues...
Just like you are planing to hang boot by December just because you have or want to create multiple source of income for yourself .. if you choose to hit the road just to reminisce the memories and someone who don't know your story calls you a lazy driver. BAZ001: Thank you for going down memory lane. I was a newbie in the days of farenhz and I followed his 15k daily net. If it’s not 15k I’m not sleeping at times till 1am and continue 5am next day but after breaking down on a trip and slept in riders compound. by the time jesusson came I just looked and laugh. Cos I’ve experience and knows better. I’m indifferent about posting of earnings but , 1. You must post earnings everyday, every month, so we can see the ups and down. Not rushing to post earnings only on good days. 2. If partners increases rent/hp or ask for outrageous deposit nobody should complain.
But my concern is the curses , we can argue, disagree, a little gbas gbos here and there but not curses. No matter what pearl1910 and his mentee will say till tomorrow about resigning job and join hustle cos it pays better, I will still say Nooo, we laugh and move on. If oga Dru23 talk about imported oil better than local oil I will still open eye. We make our stand known. It’s nothing personal. I will keep saying it dashboard misled me to d hustle, when I got in I realized it’s not as easy as d dashboard reflects. If it pays so much why did jesusson go into keke, why will kanuisagoat hang boot in December? Why are people having exit plans ? Baz001 ever since u deh post, seem like this is ur best post nah joke oo But u said it all, just like I say, there's no magic anywhere or rope to pull trip, if u can do the time and drive at a specific point in time u will hit 150k weekly. If I have a bill to pay or in need of quick cash, I may be tempted. I don't have anything chasing me, driving has taken a better part of my health, lost weight, hallow cheeks, most time I run on empty stomach till 4 before squeezing bread and apple bigi. It is my duty to watch my health henceforth. I am not going to discourage anybody, but I'll go with u on no sense for one to resign from his work just to chase after phantom. Let fanrez post his earning as at April, May, June 2021 I'm waiting I'll transfer 20k instantly to him if he net 350k on each month |

XGhost: Problem is, someone says something most folks here don't agree with, BOOM ... Insults. They bully the person into silence. Check the people that comment on a regular here, it's pretty much the same set of people and they generally agree on things, the older handles don't comment but I see them viewing the thread. Many still drive but they no get time for some of the things wey people de talk here. When newbies come and read the thread imagine the orientation they're greeted with. Cheerfulgiver however is not afraid to go up against anybody and he comes correct, however this is the result, clearly nobody has a monopoly of these things. People must understand that it's okay to disagree after all even twins have differences form time to time, but the manner in which we express our differences is important. If you have to resort to insults then I don't think you have anything to say to me cos our levels are clearly different. Imagine if someone said "it's nice that you're making so much and trying to motivate people, but because of security reasons it's not ideal as it can make drivers targets". But Una no go follow that road, na abuse straight. I remember farenz did same and y'all ran him out of the thread, but I said it that that guy's posts made me reflect and sit up cos I see say man must stop play and get serious. Imagine if he didn't post that time, maybe I'll still be doing rental now. I posted something recently, it was meant to inspire people but as usual, people started making stupid insinuations and asking silly questions. Thankfully some people mailed me and I shared the little I could help with. It doesn't in any way reduce my earnings. I now the number of people who ask if this gig is profitable and y'all discourage them, to what end? How many trips can you do in a day sef. If I get 10 good trips a day I'm good. As long as I gross my 20k daily and thankfully I am, even with the "e don cast" anthem here. Now I even close around 4 5 except weekends when I push a little more.
We rise by lifting others, and it's the insecure and inferior that feel threatened at every turn. Face your front sha I did mention insecurity reasons here, but got insult in return, I honestly don't want to say what I think, but it's cool he finally find someone to go on the dirty play with him today. I don't see anyone running anyone down here, what I see is folks that burns out and let me say it in the way I see it, the older u get in this driving the more it becomes tiring to u, for me it just doesn't stimulate fascination anymore. The newbies can get in with fresh energy and do their thing, it happens in all works of life, even football (maybe thats why Ronaldo is special), I just look at his 2 months activities and I'm tempted to ask what happened, but menh! Energy no deh me. Truth about this work is u can make as much as u want to make if u have the zeal and energy to drive, but when peeps come out with magic blah blah, I just crack a smile, we all got our trial and goes on our war. For the better part of this week shollyWendy have done above 11k b4 noon if u call him, baba go say em don deh house, dats what he want and I can't force him. As drag as d rain makes today look like I've done 11k b4 1pm and obviously after church is d main party (do I look like I can't do 25 by 11pm?), but I knew what I went thro at agungi rain last week that made me go work on my AC. Glad u gross 20k daily, I go as far as 15 to 16k daily even with d indriver shitty price and with all ease-Ness. Ogba to yaba always first trip 2500, yaba to island 2500 upwards to 3 plus, then I run island to yaba back to island till I feel like going on. Mind where u live have major effect on ur daily income in this hustle. Apology to shollywendy for calling u on this, I plead boss as I know u respect ur privacy. I just dislike this vibe of thinking hatred feelings. Far from it, all man should do things according to their power, but I'll say it again security should not b neglected like is no man's business. |

IFSHR: Sure bro, we are gifted with the golden opportunity of free-will.
You can be anything/ Everything you want to be in this world, if you are ready to do the work, offer the sacrifice, either taking the long or short cut, but one thing is certain every actions has its pending consequence.
That olosho that bought house in megabound paid her own price and sacrifice and she will squarely face any consequence that comes with it either Good, ugly or bad.
The question is what length can you go to get what you desire?
Money don't rule the world, decisions do.....
A man can have 5million in account and choose to starve himself towards a goal...another with such amount might be ready to paint the whole Lagos red.... That's decision.
Check out the very richest people in the world and their lifestyle compare it to those in the middle class....it's all about decisions.
Money is always there for making....that's why anyone can be rich. So the question is what length can you go to get the available money in your possession.
Take ehailing as case study.... Some makes 120k per week, some makes half of it, some makes less of it... Same app, same Lagos. It depends on what length you are ready to go for it. U try, only that I beg to disagree in some of ur submission. Free will is another kind of prison, we r all chained by our convention and mostly it starts from how we are raised. When u said rich, it comes in various angle and not just decision, don't allow any motivational speaker to f**l u, being in this country is a short 1 and short of privileges already and if u happen to have a father like S Balogun, Dantata or someone that left u with great heritance, than u are good, the only problem here is pray against self destruction. I don't know much about length, but I can tell u wisdom is profitable than strength or length, with the right information, u don't have to b netting 120 to 150k weekly to make ends meet. A job that the sun rise and also set on u head is suffer head, pointless for me taking glory in such, my oga nah just condition make cry fish bend. The other day I saw one olosho save my number as "my cab man", another "cab driver" that get to me, never in my growing days did I expect life will take me thro this route, but here I am, I only told myself don't let it get to the point of " our gateman". We all gets to fight our battles as a man, the detour on this road is still long boss, nobody really knows. So forget whatever anybody is netting today, person fit net finish, use em fix car, hardly anyone tell us the amount they use fix car, until bubble burst. E hailing nah roller coaster, it doesn't add to ur CV, I always pray against mismanage of funds for everyone. As a driver, how many years do u think u can save 5million? What if you choose to slowdown and use the saved money to invest and money misroad? Do you think u can still have same energy it took you to save that amount to start from scratch again? As a lecturer for instance, the more u grow the better ur pay goes up, that's how life should b |

Felicity001: What do you with the word inconsiderate drivers? So na car owners dey considerate abi?
The ones that'll collect their car from a honest, sincere and good driver with any issue? Or maybe because of minor scratches?
Or the owners that will demand up front payment for rental
Or the ones that will tell you to do maintenance beliw 10k after renting at 20/30k weekly on a 9ja used car and at the end of the month expenses less than 10k has accumulated to about 30-40k
Or is it the ones that Will ask you to fix a problem in theur car with the hope that they'll pay back, the next day they call for their car to attend a function and that's the end if it.
Listen, drivers are renting the cars they use so they've to workout the money for weekly fee, fuel, commission, data, call card, car wash, police, touts, police, lasma, and a few other.
The only thing I won't support is abusing the property youre renting. Play by the rules of the app coy's which is 3passengers (covid 19 protocols) but if your rider's load doesnt fit or can't fit... Use your head( that's exactly what we were told in training ground.

I turned back towards where I positioned initially and it didn't take long before I saw them zoom past me in a red corolla
The daughter must have told the mum "this was why I told you to leave him" when the other driver carried them If I share my experience on Tuesday, una go laugh me, up till now I still can comprehend what happened. The day was so rough and fustrating, but I was managing to push thro and a small voice is telling me to give up, but I kept trying. So Ard after 2, I made up mind to start finding my way back to mainland from Esther Adeleke confirm by 5, so I got this trip from Ard Babatunde Anjos going to Flex for 1k, since it's still Ard phase 1 and I may end up blowing empty to V.I in search of mainland trip, so I picked the trip. On getting dia, I meet my grand mother, she ordered me to drive inn, since it's a service apt, I frown and kind of tell her on top 1k, what do u want to carry? I don't have time, please it just 13 mins trip, I won't like to waste time on it. Then the oga, something of 600 u gave me 1k and u r still complaining, tot u will b a gentleman. Straight face, ur problem b dat. She doesn't have heavy load, but crazo loads, little bags, drinks, cup, like she practically have to go 3 turns b4 she can get ready. Me; I'm already boiling, u will have to add somtin and she was like u r not even helping me help fire! Gba!! Madam show with pant and bra top, my eyes roll, two persons plus all this load on 1k, who send me short trip? Well! I've entered this, crack engine and abt to move, security block us that he have to get confirmation from the owner of the service apt if she has clear them (very young girl). To get madam on phone took like 10 mins, she came down and told them deh broke a table, they r going to pay for the table, the girls say OK, they will give her 10k, madam said no, the table is 150k. Veem! Wahala burst , madam ordered security to lock gate, went inside, the girls followed her see Pope see hausa security man, they were dragging with madam inside, I am outside dragging it with Aboki to open the gate, let me drop dia bags and go, I've spent close to 20 mins already and he told me, I have to wait for them to confirm there loads before he can open d gate. I weak, yet i haven't eatin for the day and zero strength to even drag any Wahala. Las Las took them like 50 mins to resolve the issue, learnt the service apt owner reach out to their boy friend and he transfer 150k. I just weak start to they think of my life as I am like this person will call me and I'll transfer 5k, some men have this money sha. Las Las they add sometin above the 1k |
