These two 'newspredisters' should be held liable for post election violence along with many others because of this poor judgment.

If a newspaper could be predicting the outcome of an election with a definitive term 'will', then they should be ready for whatever if the elections turn against their predictions.

Predicting a win for Buhari in Ondo and Ekiti in the midst of current political realities is indeed very reckless.

Buhari will not be the president of Nigeria!

But Obama himself is a closet Muslim, how does this former 'envoy' want him not to support his brother Imam Buhari? His bossom friend and associate, David Axelrod has been helping to burnish Buhari's image.

Obama has not hidden his support Boko Haram openly. He said it was an economic problem and not an ideology induced terrorism.

And then his government has been embarrassing Nigeria everywhere; not only denying us supply of strategic weapons to execute the fight but also blocking and frustrating our moves to source for weapons elsewhere.

It could even be Obama's wish that Imam Buhari carries out his avowed mission of Islamizing the entire Africa.

When has Smart Adeyemi became the mouthpiece of God? Is he not also aware that Osinbajo was a career man, aside been a Pastor? He is not a full time Pastor. This one is too cheap and i dont expect this from Adeyemi. Osinbajo has consulted with Pastor Adeboye before moving ahead. there is nothing that concerns Adeyemi with Redeem. Leave that to the leadership of the Church. And let Smart Adeyemi focus on the real issues. Is he not aware that Reno Omokri is a Pastor too?
Are you saying that Pastor Adeboye now approves lies? Should Osinbajo not be held accountable for what he does as an adult instead of dragging Adeboye's name in this dirty monkey business?
Politics › Re: Buhari, Osinbajo’ve Sinned Against God, Nigerians -sen Adeyemi by porka: 11:27am On Mar 20, 2015
Osinbajo even lied for Buhari.

He went as far as concocting a phantom marriage for Buhari's daughter to a Christian.
A lie that even embarrassed Buhari himself that he had to come out and disprove it.

If he can do that in the public without any shame, only God knows what he might be doing in secret.

God is forgiving, He forgives when the sinner repents, Osinbajo better take Adeyemi's advice and start the restitution process immediately.

The flag with the sun is better to me..adds that pop of colour and it made sense. I remember seeing the akinkumi guy on "who wants to be a millionaire" show, but the episode was tagged "who deserves to be a millionaire",he came on the show with two celebrities who helped him play,he needed the money cos he "was" broke. Its quite sad. if the old one is childish, what would u say of the american flag with all the stars and stripes of colour?
The 50 stars in the American flags represent the fifty states while the 13 stripes represent the early 13 colonies.

What would the funny star in that first flag have represented?

All those screaming high up to the heavens that GMB was a former military 'dictator' should remember that a former President, OBJ was a military ruler. Even the present Senate President was formerly in the military. Did they still display their military traits in a democratic setting? Let's think pragmatically here, no sentiments. Our present president could not address the major problem affecting Nigeria today. In my own opinion, it is CORRUPTION. It is corruption in its many forms (bribery, nepotism, fraud, embezzlement) that has adversely affected the economy of Nigeria. Now I'm not an advocate of GMB, but I believe if you can't tackle a problem, leave it to someone who can (that is if you have the interests of the country at heart). GEJ has tried his best, let him give someone else the opportunity to tackle the problems facing this country, and if that person can't, with 2019 by the corner we can always elect someone else.

P.S: Typed this in a rush. Please ignore any grammatical/typographical error(s)...
Obasanjo handed over to a democratically elected president.

Buhari truncated a democratically elected government and suspended the constitution.

Politics › Re: 120 Atiku Support Groups Set To Defect To PDP by porka: 6:53am On Mar 17, 2015
GeneralBosco:
In the 2011 General Elections, Buhari, representing CPC swept about 70% of the Northern votes. It is really important to note that at that time, CPC, Buhari's party had just one governor in the North and country as a whole (Nasarrawa State) while PDP had about 11 Northern Governors yet the Gentle man swept the Northern Polls without stress or much campaigning.

The point I'm trying to make is that the Northern votes are already in the bag for Buhari even if every politician in the North defects to PDP.

While some ignorant people will try deceiving themselves into thinking that this defection spells doom for APC/Buhari in the North, the wise ones know that actions like this are quite insignificant to Buhari's votes.
He won all the states in the North and still lost by a whooping 10m vote margin.

2011 Presidential election result:

Goodluck Jonathan - 22,495,187; Muhammadu Buhari - 12,214,853

It is very annoying reading certain kinds of comments from supposedly educated people. How anyone can think Fashola is wrong and playing politics is beyond me. As a poster said above, it is simple common sense! the number of policemen drafted to the IG alone when he comes around is over 100 and they must remain on the road till he passes. Now compare this with the president. Obviously, whichever policemen are on duty would be inadequate. Usually, banks pay policemen on a weekly basis to guard their banks....the number of policemen could range from 5 to 10. I am sure they were not available on that day because of the president's visit.
When will these satanists stop playing politics with human blood.

They are even exposing their satanism and your like called that common sense? How?

Was it the first time they are drafting security to protect the president in Lagos? Were the three policemen murdered in active duty also drafted to protect the president similarly? The president even visited Lagos as recently as last week, did they similarly murder people too?
Politics › Re: Fashola Blames Jonathan For Lekki-ikoyi Robbery by porka: 5:44pm On Mar 13, 2015
Since the military is routing their people in the North East, opposition elements maybe relocating the centre of carnage to the South West knowing fully that the people are seeing their lies.
Politics › Re: Fashola Blames Jonathan For Lekki-ikoyi Robbery by porka: 12:33pm On Mar 13, 2015

If this is indeed true, then Fashola would be right to blame GEJ for the robbery, taken into consideration that the redeployment of Police personnel because of GEJ's visit was most likely the reason why the bank robbery was successful. The bank robbers knew that GEJ's visit would make it easy for them.
See reasoning!

Was that also the first time in seven years that President Jonathan is visiting Lagos?

Health › Re: The Real Reason Nigerian Hospitals Ask For Police Report In Trauma Patients by porka: 12:39am On Mar 12, 2015
babyosisi:
You folks think the average roadside clinic can handle a gun shot wound or accident victim.

They can't help the patients much even if they wanted to,they don't have the necessary equipment needed to do that, neither do they have the expertise for the most part.
Even here in the USA ,severe trauma and gun shot patients don't just end up at the nearest hospital and even when they do it's just for stabilization before they are taken by mediflight to trauma centers equipped to handle such.

You folks are demanding too much from people who have no knowledge,no experience and no training in handling things like this.

Most of these doctors probably just have an MBBS and nothing more

The facilities have no in house labs,X-ray or scan machines,no blood bank let alone more sophisticated equipment needed to stabilize such patients and certainly cannot perform the life saving surgeries these patients need.

They operate with much limitation, truth be told

Most are actually glorified dispensaries

The police report is just a way to send them away to go die elsewhere and not in their facility

The most they can do is put a drip in the patients arm if they can find a visible vein and watch him die

The average Nigerian so-called hospital can't do much for you beyond malaria and appendicitis if you're lucky

Let us remember the plight of DJDOLA ,two months in a Lagos hospital and millions of naira and they couldn't even give a definitive diagnosis and used our friend for experiment ,treating him for everything else and making up diagnosis along the way while billing the patient and smiling to the bank.

That should be an eye opener
Late Prof. Dora Akunyili's case was mishandled by your gods though.
