Regarding their charges,I honestly don't pay attention to it but I don't want to believe that they charge above their peers in the industry. On what ground will they do that ? If you're however,very sure of your facts,I think you should escalate this to the relevant regulatory authorities like the CBN. I'm very sure they will take it up against them if your allegation is true. Please,take it up with them;customers shouldn't be charged for an unsuccessful transaction. If they have been doing that,then it must stop and relevant reversals carried out.

It is not the value of the charges that I am particular about. Rather, it is the nuisance it constitutes to my email that is my major concern. Having to delete upward of 18 nonsense messages could be nauseating.
