Now we have gotten used to Dollar being N1000, isn't that pathetic... Dollar that used to be N180 when GEJ was president...

Nigerians, una never ready!
Don't mind them. Naira that used to be #100 before Jonathan got there.

I have never seen a currency appreciate this way before. From 1915 to 1098 in 2 months with no signs of slowing down yet. Incredible.
By the end of the 3rd quarter it should be below #1000. What they need to tackle now is food inflation.

OKOATA:
Lol. Bros you funny o. How dem won stop am. Do you even know how many hunters we have in Nigeria and do you know the amount of hunters hunting daily? See bro all these wild animals can't be exterminated unless God or nature wants it so. Most of this animals are so bountiful in the forest so they won't go extinct.
Antelopes are almost extinct in our forests due to unbridled hunting. The only thing saving animals like grass cutter is private breeding. Bro, the wild ones will soon go extinct. Nigeria used to have leopards.

Very true on the bolded, because you might be drinking correcting fluid mixed with sugar and flavor without knowing grin grin grin grin grin
You are right o. I sipped a bottle of captain Jack rum the other day it tasted like kerosene mixed with a little chocolate flavour, unlike the previous better taste.

Stop taking medicine for another's ailment..
The OP got the message and reacted well.

You are part of the persons he is complaining about with this attitude you always show on this here nairaland.
That's what we told him but he seems very obstinate and keen on getting the last word.

I didn't write any long epistle for distraction. That's the difference.

If I was to right something about the thread, that attitude of people leaving the comments and be talking something else would have been part of.
That's exactly what I said. That's the only difference between you. But while the Op and everyone else learnt nothing from your own post, the OP himself acknowledged the other guy. So your own post was less relevant than the guy's own.

You are not even getting the points. So all those long epistle without even responding to the topic itself...

It's something common on this forum for people to leave the message and be talking something else. More like part of op's message.

Where is the guy's contribution to the topic with the epistle?
And where is your own contribution to the topic? So in essence the only difference between you and the guy is that your own attack on him is shorter than his own correction of the OP.

Learn ordinary literally with that long epistle ..

Literally only.. What?
Don't be petty. Nigerians misuse words a lot. People react to bad grammar differently. He said what he had to say to the OP, who reacted maturely. Oga, rest.

So all this long epistle is only about literally without even contributing to the topic.

Too cheap from you bro
He actually said something important. At least a few people would learn something from what he said.

You should know these people by now. He knows you are right but he would rather cut off his nose to spite his face. He would rather pray for prices to keep going up so that he could always have bad things to say about the country and its leaders.
PoliticsRe: Arewa Group Warns Peter Obi, Tells Him To Stop Subpar Projects In The North by predictor1: 12:32pm On Apr 10, 2024
I don't know when Yoruba people became this bitter because of politics. I didn't vote Obi. I do not really think much about the man. But abusing him for a project to provide water for some deprived and forgotten people in the north is not right.

Is the borehole working or not? If it makes life better for those villagers then it's a good thing. Why didn't their own state governor who is stealing their funds do it?

Like someone said- if doing things in the north will continue to bring insult, then Obi should rest.

But why is it that Yoruba people are at the forefront with the insults on Obi?

PoliticsRe: Petrol Subsidy Payment Pushes NNPCL's Fuel Import To $3b by predictor1: 4:15pm On Apr 09, 2024
Ok. Let them remove the subsidy fully and let fuel price go to #2000. We will still abuse them. Ruling Nigeria is seriously hard. I don't know why these politicians always clamour and fight for it.

For #1000 I get 29 units. Just down the road about 5 mins drive is an area where #5000 we get you only 65 units. But they have better power supply. The whole thing is a mess. Nigeria is not organized.

Let me gist you
I went to Ibadan last month to visit someone, so I went to a shop to get monster energy drink. This woman told me monster energy drink is 900. I told her I usually buy it for 650 where I'm from. This woman said it's a lie, that she always buy directly from the company's truck and it doesn't even come at that price from the company. She now ended the whole thing with "I should come and steal it". The thing pained me. When i got my base the following day, I went to the mall and sent a picture to the girl I went to visit
I live in Ibadan. The shop owners and market people here are very wicked.

When will Nigerian Cards start working again for international transactions with Monthly limit of up to $1000 at least & exchange rate go back to at least #216/$ just as it was back in 2015 before APC took over till date, only then will i be interested in news like this, they will just hyper inflate everything and later bring it down a little & people will be happy, SMH....we still have a very long way to go, till then...
Even in America $1 in 2010 is worth $1.42 today. You obviously don't know how economies work.

If Nigeria stops importing ax much as it does and starts exporting aggressively and more oil and gas are also sold, then there will be a great jump in the value of the naira. Until then let's thank God for the little improvement in fx crisis.
