The only influential person I know on nairaland is eliosk. The rest na water go carry dem like Davido and chioma |
I always ponder this question when I see "woke" Nigerians defending homosexuality. They will never touch polygamy (a man marrying more than one wife) with a long pole but always tend to prove why homosexuality is so right. So, I'm putting this out here... Why do we want to justify homosexuality but we hate polygamy because the west doesn't like it? Is the west our brain now? |
Iyaebe:stop turning things around to suit your narrative. A citizen should first find ways to please his king because the king is more powerful. If the king sought to dance to the tune of every citizen then a mad man in the market will be better than him. He's the king for chrissake. He won't and shouldn't be intimated into silence...Much more by a fool who thinks he's not worthy of his father's name. |
TearNinja001:e shock you too ba? Freedom is like money, the more they get it, the more they raise more issues. Probably the next one is to cut decide whether to remove or leave the uterus of the girl child at birth. The west is messed up with shallowness. This 'me too' movement will be their greatest undoing |
MHBNeiman:The Patricia guy was making money buy carrying out every transaction. Abeg basically is for sending and receiving money. It will only make gains when it becomes a thing that people use regularly. Seriously, it's a disaster. They came to the table with things Nigerian bank apps can already do. No need for people to move money into abeg and then transfer to other people when they can just ask for account number and send the same fund as already customary. Kuda Bank and Patricia are the only real gainers from BBN. Abeg was only a waste of fund. People that should advertise on BBN should be flutterwave or monnify With that they could easily have overtaken paystack. Abeg is not offering any real value other than giveaways which they won't be able to sustain. |
Offpoint1:thanks boss but it's a sexual product. I don't tink Facebook allows that |
Crucialgem:Don't mind the cowards. All they have ever done in life is to sit behind their keyboard and attack people. In real life they are as hopeless and clueless as a baby. Just be careful next time. I've taken a few risks like you in the past and lost. Mine was 32k then. Still about to gamble another 20k with nairaland ads. Don't know what the outcome will be yet but if I no make that money back e no go funny o |
chatinent:yes bro. Or should we share the country between Allah, Jesus, amadioha and sango? |
chatinent:so we should look to animal government? |
elonmuskbaby:are you stupid or something? |
elonmuskbaby:sharap. What ego? Simply because you can't take care of kids as a man doesn't mean others can't take care of theirs. It's not ego, it's protecting your kids. A woman who cheated and saw nothing wrong in her doing is the kind of perfect mother you want for your kids? |
Sparkle777:they didn't take her kids. The kids are Also nedu's. And they didn't hand them over to another woman but to their father. Stop typing rubbish |
dasparrow:the northern elites don't hold any power |
The website is ugly as Bleep. |
tempest01:they are not Nigerian companies. Emefiele is shameless. No trust in the youths ability even though they've built more techs than he can ever fathom |
Mood11:choir master bro. |
OK. |
saintrow1:I understand you bro. I'm from the middle belt and have always say that the middle belt is not northern. I don't know if its brainwashing but some of my middle belt people seem to think that middle belt 'will go' to the south or north if the country breaks up. And I begin to wonder why a group of people wil see themselves as up for grab instead of fighting to stand on their own feet. As someone rightly pointed out, the problem of middle belt and southern Nigeria with the north is a psychological problem. Mental slavery to the north seems to be a real thing and one we need to start educating our people about. Because the north really has nothing in their desert. |
Echoban:I'm tired of trying to figure out how the section of the country that contributes virtually everything to sustain the country is being threatened by a section that brings literally nothing to the table. And somehow the section with everything feels they must bow down to them or else they can't survive. It beat my imagination honestly |
Igbos dominated Nollywood for more than a decade. They changed our narratives about a lot of things. In fact, most of us can't act drama without an igwe regardless of where we are from. But the Igbos never utilize this great power to change their narratives. They never even tell their story or that of Biafra. All they focused on was comedy and Biblical tales. Biafra would have been an easier goal if Nollywood had pushed that agenda a long time ago. Igbo president who have been an actualized dream if Nollywood has focused on that. The Igbos had the greatest media power at their disposal but all they could come up with was Mr ibu, aki na paw-paw. Sick. China did better with their movies in the west. All their struggles with the white are in documentary and just about anyone who watches Chinese movie can tell you how the west did corruptly with China wealth. |
The south is stronger than the north in everyway. They have the oil, VAT, port and virtually everything that powers this country. The only thing the north can boast about is population. Why do southerners then let the north threaten them? Makes me wonder at times. Imagine a useless body like miyetti Allah threatening southern governors for their own land. |
