I was checking Emirates few minutes ago and i saw 486k for tomorrow, screenshot below but when i checked again, it increased. Keep checking emirate for flights tomorrow, Saturday, or Sunday. If your class starts on Monday, you are still allowed to get to the US that same Monday, just ensure you are landing in the US on or before Monday.

Another option you should start looking at is to message your department or international office, tell them you have gotten your visa if they can give you like 3 days extension, it's still morning in Houston, so while searching for flights, also email them and wait for their response. If you see a flight, book it, the extension letter is only a plan B.

Pick a cab from the airport to Area 10, tell cab you're going to Bolingo. Ask for Embassies (US, Canada, UK, etc are together) around Bolingo. I think about 1hr should be enough for your commute.

I would like to know if it's safe for an applicant to appear for interview just 7 days to class start date. Won't the Consular Officer think the time is short for the student to resume? Is it better if he requests school to extend his latest resumption date?

You don't have to pay for a new SEVIS if it's still less than a year. SEVIS only expires after 1-yr. Since you got a new number, just go ahead online and do a transfer to the new one.

I guess something went wrong somewhere... MAYBE your vaccine was not administered properly. Of course I'm not defending them, but just saying I didn't experience such and people around also speak well of their chicks. Different experiences for different people...

I did administer antibiotics and anti coccidiosis when I got them. I also resumed administration of antibiotics and anti cocci after gumboro, but those didn't stop the malaise.

Normally you should administer antibiotics, coccidiosis vaccine and multivits, at regular interval from DOC to 41 days before you have peace of mind... Well, I commented based on my experience, my stock mortality rate was less than 1% before I left it in the care of who mismanaged.

My assertion that their birds are bad is predicated on the high mortality within a period of 5 days of getting their day old chicks and these mortalities were preceded by symptoms of coccidiosis. Pray tell, does a quality hatchery churn out birds with coccidiosis? Their birds grow fine, but the conditions under which their birds are hatched *MAY* not be the best in town. I got a carton of Cascada broilers from Turks and didn't lose a single bird while they were day olds.

I hope this isn't coming too late. Run away from Zartech birds. I'm yet to get over my experience with their birds. The birds grow fast, but risk of disease from the hatchery is sky high. You can try Agrited, Cascada or even Chikun (they also stock Cobb 500 strain like Zartech). Poor quality birds aside, Zartech has the nastiest customer complaint system. They only came down from their high horse the day I sent them a letter with my law firm letterhead.

I quite agree with you on their poor customer service... Especially their manager in charge of day-old chick production. However, I must say that the quality of their birds is quite good

They're going to recover considering a vet is taking care of them, were they given LA sota vaccine? NCD is viral and only thing you can do is give supportive care and hope they recover.... The antibiotics the vet is giving to them will take care of secondary infections which are usually the cause of death.

But the employees on ground did a messy job and there is an outbreak of Newcastle disease right now. I just want to know if people have successfully curbed it with only few mortality rate.

In my opinion this could be Newcastle...
It usually causes green poo and nervous symptoms... You can try a mix of Admacine+sufamix+multivitamins... I got good results out of them on an infected turkey

Please can Newcastle disease be effectively eliminated from an infected lot? I need urgent response... Some birds have died and the rest have been placed on Floxinor.... A vet. doctor is working on them, but I need to be sure all the birds won't be lost...
