i got your mail about an interview when i was out of the country and i instantly mailed you to tell you and to crave for your indulgence in rescheduling me for only a couple of days later when i will be back..... Then the fear of fighting a company that used and dumped you even after your supposed good services rendered. No you have no business suing your boss, you'll lose.
