CelebritiesRe: ‘Why Dammy Krane Was Kicked Out Of 2face’s Record Label’ by pressplay411(m): 3:37pm On Jun 10, 2017
Driftingking:
This past week has been probably the first time pop singer, Dammy Krane, trended on social media networks especially Twitter and Google. Sadly, it was for the very wrong reason as it was reported that he was arrested for credit card fraud and grand theft in far away US.

A source very close to the troubled singer, in a recent interview said part of his woes was his expulsion from Tuface’s Hypertek Records.

It was gathered that the singer was kicked out of the record label which brought him to limelight about two years ago and ever since then, he had been searching for sponsors to help with his career. The singer, the source added, travelled to the US to find ways he could enhance his career which unfortunately landed him in jail.

His exit from the record label was silent because it was felt that it was not good for both the image of the singer and the record label.

This news is flawed cos I know for a fact he's under Davido's label, cos it was a public signing.
His situation is one of two things:
-He either succumbed and crumbled under pressure. Cos he was trying to belong. Another victim of fame without fortune.
-His promoter goofed and he got caught up in the mess. He's been trying to profess innocence of the credit card fraud and claim his promoter booked the flight which he didn't find a need to scrutinize, which is his undoing.

Either way, trust Nigerians he's Guilty until proven innocent.

I like he's fearlessness even thou sometimes he guff, often times he's just so blunt.. keep up the opposition spirit without bias or propaganda. nigeria politics needs some serious reform.
Honestly he's proven to be a worthy adversary.
But his antics are antique, I believe we're beyond his level of deceit and shameless foolhardy. The average youth is more informed to know his is a case of desperate measures to evade his impending dooms day.

Bimpe29:
Waaleikum sallam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

In fact, we are blessed to be Muslims and alive to witness the noblest month.

I am a Public Servant whose working hours are between 8am and 4-5pm, and this is how I have been striking the balance between my major (Spiritual Duties) and minor (Official Duties);

5 Daily Prayer;
I have been able to observe the 5 obligatory prayers in congregation since the 1st day of Ramadhan.

Quran Recitation;
Any idle time in office is diverted to the recitation of the Holy Book, then at home I do recite fairly small portion apart from weekends.

Taraweeh;
This has been consistently observed behind Imam

Tafseer;
I have been attending, even though, it holds during the weekends only as almost everyone of us is a Public/Civil Servants.

I therefore, beseech Allah to bless all with wherewithal to engage in good deeds during Ramadhan and beyond, and accept same from us.

Ramandhan and Juma'at Mubaraq!
Lol @spiritual duties being major and official duties being minor.
Apparently I don't believe you meant that. Typo perhaps?
Too many scenarios I'm sure even you know you've made your work a priority over your religion which is the proper thing to do.
But feel free to lie, everyone else does. grin

FamilyRe: 'it's Irresponsible For Married Men To Stay Out Late By 11pm'' - Nigerian Lady by pressplay411(m): 10:02pm On Jun 04, 2017
FlirtyKaren:
According to Facebook user, Victoria Onwuchekwa:

I don't think it's proper for a married man to be outside at 11pm in the night with the excuse that he is hanging out with his boys and he needs to de-stress.
I don't know how some women tolerate it.....I can't.

Women stay at home after work even during weekends whether stressed or not...to be with their family.
Since you have decided to be a Married man then you should act like one.

It's not only irresponsible but selfish and also very dangerous.

I know of men that went to hang out...were attacked when coming back and till today their wives haven't seen them.
Some died through accident cause they drank and still drove and drove in the night for that matter.

The risk involved with night movement is too much.
Once in a blue moon with permission from your wife...Yes
but an everyday or occasional occurrence...its not acceptable at all...that is how extra marital affairs begin.

I don't know how some women do it o...I can't be in a marriage where it's only me that is living like a married person while my partner is still behaving like a bachelor.

Marriage comes with sacrifices, especially cutting off some social activities.
If you can't do it then you have no business being married.

But looking at it now is making me angry. This RCCG has become a full time business enterprise,and i am yet to see them giving back to the society.

There is an RCCG per every square mile around the World,and they are supposedly winning souls for Christ.

Na which Souls them dey win?i am yet to see one Redeem member that i take serious as christian.
You'll be surprised to know as a business they have a mission and vision statement and they have Bible verses to support this and the congegation would gobble it up like water to a deserter.

Now, this is a question that has given me a hard time solving. According to the doctrine, sinners and unrepentant unbelievers would be condemned.

Then, I've met many people from other religions with a good good heart, better than some Christians and I can't help but wonder what will happen to them

Guys, what'd you think?

cc: Lalasticlala
Truly I tell you. More Christians will wrought in hell for idolatry. For Worshipping Christ instead of God.
And yes, the Bible does state that only Jesus is the way and no one gets to the Father, God except through him. But then again Jesus is personified in Love. If you love God, love yourself and your neighbor, you have the Truth Jesus embodies, hence you will make heaven nonetheless.

jiggaz:
If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.” (Mt 5:29-30)

I
To the answer the question at the top of this post – was Jesus serious? – yes, He was deadly serious! He was so serious that He suffered and died to redeem you from the curse of the law that He himself preached. So the next time someone tells you that Jesus was playing with words, that He didn’t really mean what He said, don’t let them get away with it. Don’t let them water down His words to suit their own religious performance. Jesus was not exaggerating to make a point. Neither was He using fear to motivate us to pursue dead works of religion. He was telling us that God expects nothing short of perfection and that He – Jesus – is the only hope we have.

While I don't agree with the totality of the message. I find your explanation not only engaging but also very impressive.

I tell you if this passage is to be taken literally, he'd have not one worthy disciple. Let's agree Jesus is infallible.

See the response to your question in the suggested link below:

http://reasonsforjesus.com/jesus-never-claimed-to-be-god-a-historical-response/
Interesting and stimulating.
It identifies the ambiguity and misinterpretation I've been stressing, whether intentionally or innocently the fact that the teachings of the bible professing Jesus as God can never be credited to Jesus himself but by his disciples and early believers.
It also makes an intriguing observation, no record of any writers among Jesus contemporaries makes any reference to his God status, but rather as a prophet who professed himself as son of God, which in itself was already a blasphemy among the Jews.
Another observation is the fact that you should imagine someone, a Jew you know from birth suddenly professing himself as the God you all worship?
So, No Jesus is not God. At most he's the son of God as he professed.

I understand your point. But involving the parents might ease him up a bit. His reaction is what I'm after.
I see your point regarding him getting violent, people especially the very religious can be quite unpredictable. But that's where her timing and the presentation comes in. I still think the parents should only be involved after the fact. But either way, it requires tact.

1stOctober. Lemme tell you this and believe me when I say it's the truth. Until you confess, scratch that, tell him the truth, you'll never be free.

Just talk to your parents, tell them what happened. Then have your parents talk to his parents. Then both parents should summon him and tell him in your presence when you guys are together. I'm sure that will loosen whatever devious action he would be thinking about.
bad idea involving the parents yet.
let him be first privy to the secret in the family and they can deal with it and decide it stays and dies between them both.
if shit hits the fan, and he decides to throw her out, or emotionally tortures her that's when the parents can come in.
My 2 cents.

No! l am not portraying any attitude to signify such life is going on.
With a conscience like yours, I suggest you confess to him.
You have a virgin heart, unadulterated. It's a rarity and a thing of beauty.
But Timing and Presentation are of utmost importance. Be prepared for the consequences.

It would have been easier to salvage your marriage by simply living with the secret but your conscience might just continue to haunt you and attract negative karma viz your miscarriage.

Personally i would prefer my wife keeps this secret from me as long it's only the once cos i'll find it hard to trust her again, clearly no more vigils.lol
