YEBOmadiba:You've been spamming everywhere with this crap while thinking you've hit the bull's eye. Now, to burst your bubble, the poverty you've been parroting about is only prevalent in Northern Nigeria because the government opened its borders for the largely poor Sahel region of Africa to flood into Northern Nigeria. Black South Africans are poorer than Southern Nigerians where most of those ShopRite you're talking about are located. Southern Nigeria has far more enterprising youths who are into tech development, movie acting, music, football etc. and that is why Nigeria dominates all these sectors I mentioned in Africa while South Africa doesn't come close. The same way there is a large disparity in household income between white South Africans who are rich and Black South Africans who are wretched and live mostly in slums is same way we have a relatively rich South and a poor North which was made worst by a government that likes playing Father Christmas to people from the arid Sahel region of Africa. Unlike your White overlords, if Black South Africans are not lazy, economically disadvantaged and poverty stricken, they won't be going about looking for scapegoats to visit their frustration on. Meanwhile, we now have lots of Nigerian owned malls that are better than ShopRite and that's where most enlightened people now shop for groceries because we have discovered that ShopRite often sells unwholesome products. |
omonaijiria:Lol, the sort of madness only found in sh!thole bastardized countries. |
sesan85:Lol, see them Afonja abobaku skull mining, algae concussion eating and children of the fallen demons. Nobody will want to stick around in slum settlements. Those that are taking the risk of staying in the ritual capital of the world are just adventurers who came to exploit the locals and take advantage of their laziness. Aside the No Man's Land that was developed by other Nigerians, there is nothing of worth left in that rustic region. |
[quote author=FOXDOSSIER post=94228684][s][/s] [s]Shut up, i asked a very simple question. Ebonyi has 85% poverty rate, infact Ebonyi people have the highest poor population in the entire southern Nigeria. Are they the population that will patronize cinema? Any business that wishes to survive don't waste resources going to state like ebony.[[/s]/quote] You're still talking rubbish. Cinema is never patronized by the poor in Nigeria, but the rich and middle class and Abakilike just like any other city in Nigeria, has a good number of such. Stop envying a state that is making a giant strides, instead put pressure on your own governor who is obviously performing woefully to emulate Umahi is bringing development to you. |
FOXDOSSIER:Stop talking rubbish, every state in Nigeria has hawkers so you have no point. These people you are letting down as hawkers are earning better than some bank workers, teachers or clerical staff who earn 40k monthly, or even those agbo sellers who are found all over Nigeria. Stop mocking people doing legal things to earn a living. |
If only half of Nigeria's irresponsible governors can be like Umahi, this country would go far in no time. Dave Umahi is definitely the best governor in the history of Ebonyi state and among the best ever in the history of Nigeria. He has single handedly developed Ebonyi from a backwater state to an emerging powerhouse. Great job man!!! |
sesan85:Don't get it twisted Abobaku. We are only bringing our Investments home while we keep some of our people behind to look after our properties. I know afonja Abobakus have been eyeing our properties but sorry to disappoint them ![]() |
Asour:You mean a company of 75k staff earned $3.2bn while a country of 200 million earned and shared $1.7bn Then let each state manage its resources and pay certain % to the center, at least that would help us to double productivity in the near future when all these idle states are forced to ditch laziness and get to work on whatever activity they have comparative advantage. Otherwise, I don't see how we will ever escape this poverty circle and hopelessness. |
Lol, this delushional bullion van theif is yet to get the memo. The humiliation he suffered in Edo is just a preamble to what is going to befall him in 2023. Tinubu azorola nshi aboki n'aka anyi ![]() |
oneeast3:I don't have time for psychopaths. Isn't it obvious you grew up abandoned in the streets without the love of parents. That's why you grew up to become so bitter in life. Any psychologist can easily know you're greatly troubled and frustrated. All I feel for you is pity, considering your situation. |
In this 21st century Nigeria is still sharing money to states in such reckless manner. Why not post how much each state got? Why can't they run these states in a professional way and have funds audited properly? The federal government will receive money from the IOC's and add the ones it collected from China and other lenders and distribute to governors who end up using it as they pleases. Is it impossible to audict the civil servants population and respective ranks in each state and and have a professional firm handle the allocations, while state governors will make specific requests that will be tied to any infrastructural project before funds will be released. Run this damn country like civilized people!! |
oneeast3:What sort of mental illness is this bikonu? One person will use several monikers to post and still reply himself?! SMH. |
Masterclass32:Absolute truth!! Igbos must bring their investments home and leave only warehouses and stores outside our region. If we bring 70% of our Investments home, SE will automatically become the most industrialized region in Nigeria. #Igbosbringyourinvestmentshome! |
Arrewa:Lol, this one is always decieving himself. You will come online to brag that all is well with the North. Small thing, you start posting pictures of street lights and roads with ridiculous claims that North is now developed yet all the charity organizations in the world are sending relief materials there. Yet all indices about the North shows a region that has not only declined steadily, but a place that is now globally known for its widespread poverty, diseases, infant and maternal mortality, chaos, terrorism etc Buhari still has three more years to go, by the time he completes his tenure, half of you guys will be receiving food aid from Cameroun and Niger rep ![]() |
I thought they said North is feeding Nigeria? They never see anything self, by the time Buhari completes his useless and worthless 8 years, they will move from being the world's poverty capital to the universe's wretched capital ![]() At least majority of us here in the East can still afford 3 solid square meals because almost every family in Igboland has someone abroad who sends them remittances ![]() Kill ya selves there kawai ![]() |
Awol1:As it stands now, Tinubu can't even win APC primaries talk more of contesting the presidency in 2023. However, I will pray they give him the APC ticket either by hook or crook so he will be utterly disgraced at the polls. Which part of Nigeria will vote for such a character now that everyone knows him for who he truly is. |
Collyweed:Close which thread? Why would they close a thread that has a source and came from someone as reputable as Yinka Odumakin? SMH!! |
Kai, just look at the evil man some irresponsible idiats want to rule Nigeria!! Is this so-called Bullion Van theif not ten times worse than the current president?? The godfather can continue riding roughshod on Lagos and doing whatever he likes with state money that would have been used to make life easy for Lagosians, but he should remember that a day of reckoning is coming and his disgrace would be worse than what Oshomole just suffered in Edo state. |
Nice one ![]() |
Why always Igbos all the time? I thought Nigeria has over 250 ethnic gruops ![]() |
Imagine how happy Edo people are to have elected their choice. Now imagine how they will feel if Obaseki were to be removed and replaced with Ize Iyamu. That is the exact feelings Imo people are having over that supreme Court madness they called judgement. The person we wanted and voted for was Emeka Ihedioha and no one else!! |
Wow, this is amazing! They look as beautiful as those imported ones they sell 2 million per set in shopping malls. The federal government should help all these maufacturing clusters in Aba, Nnewi, Kano, Onitsha and Lagos to enhance their capacity then give a date when the alternate imported ones will be banned from Nigeria. That is how countries grow!! Once the refineries are enough you ban fuel importation! Cement is banned already. Rice is banned. Extend the ban to item that local manufacturers can produce enough alternative and by so doing you save forex, create jobs, and grow your economy. Help Innoson by not just using its vehicles for all ministries and agencies but also help them in the diplomatic angle by promoting the Innoson brands to other African countries. This is not rocket science na. |
Adeedris:Everything! They're the only ones still supporting the bullion van general. |
hollah123:Oga Ade, stop lying, you're a Yoruba Muslim ![]() |
Misterdhee1:The part in bold is a statement borne out of ignorance. What do you mean by Tinubu's Lagos? A man who came from Osun state has no more right to Lagos than any other Nigerian from any state. I left Lagos back in 2013 because I couldn't stand the Hobbessian lifestyle there and relocated to the East. We don't suffer fool's gladly here in the East, and that's why we always call out people like Ikpeazu for performing below per, same way we call out Tinubu for not allowing Lagos to breath. The bullion van theif didn't do anything tangible throughout the 8 years he ruled and has since pocketed the Lagos. He is the reason why most parts of Lagos mainland is now rotten because money that should be used in provided amenities is sent to him in bullion vans. FYI, Lagos has a special status in Nigeria, just like Abuja. So you guys should stop this pathetic attempt at trying to make it look like a Yoruba success story because that's fallacy! |
You guys have been sleeping too much in Lagos, and that's why someone could come all the way from a decayed village in Osun state called Iragbiji to pocket a whole state with close to 20 million people. Put your acts together and send that rotten teeth godfather packing from Lagos State. He has stolen enough already! |
Honestly, anyone expecting to become Nigeria's president on the platform of APC, after Nigerians have been made to pass through hell, has failed already. APC is now hated with passion nationwide except a few Yoruba Muslims who still believe in Tinubu ![]() |
Nice one! Extend same reciprocity and deal decisively with Ghana and Congo for shitting on Nigeria. That's how you earn respect from others and not by demanding it!!! |
He is a theif and should cry us a river with his rotten teeth ![]() |
1759ademola:Tinubu is from a rustic and decayed village called Iragbiji in Osun state. He should go and develop his primitive village and leave Nigeria's commercial capital and former federal capital alone. If just being a Yoruba can not earn you special status in Lagos except the right to do agbero work then I wonder what you're bragging for. Lands will be sold to whoever has the money to buy! You go to the same markets, buy fuel at same price and live as a tenant or landlord depending on your economic status. So stop decieving yourself. |
