This election has proven that the problem with Nigeria is not mainly caused by bad leaders as people always say, but a massive lack of education as the root cause. Every educated person knows that Buhari lacks the knowledge and health fittness to rule a country. But amazingly he is getting a second term. This can only happen when the masses are not educated. Even though Atiku is not the best choice but he is better than Buhari and had the best chance to remove Buhari than the other candidates.

Lack of education is the biggest issue in this country and this country will never go anywhere as long as it remains like that. If Buhari can be reelected then it means rouges like Tinubu and Ameachi can also win an election in Nigeria as long as the masses are this uneducated. I have lost hope in this country.

But all in all the election will go down in history as the most one sided election? Atiku and PDP have no one but themselves to blame. How on earth do you expect to win an election as diverse as ours and lose woefully in your own backyard? What stops Atiku from matching Buhari, wit for wit, rig for rig and illegality for illegality in the north to emerge victorious. This he failed to do and was hoping on the SE/SS to do what exactly. I hope he learns the bitter lesson that you don't engage a man holding a cutlass in a boxing match. Beat him in his own game and when you emerge victorious curtail the illegality by signing the electoral bill into law. That way you'll save Nigeria's democracy from future tyrants. Something Goodluck Jonathan failed to do.
However, I appreciate the SE Igbos for their electioneering. It appears we've learnt some lessons from our one-basket political disposition in 2015.
Igbos and their leadership did well. Much oil to the elbows of Orji Uzor Kalu, Rochas Okorocha, Ken Nnamani, Umahi and others. Whether they rigged or not for APC is not our business. If other Nigerians say they want Buhari who are we to say No! They wanted Buhari in 2015 and we said No! What happened we were vilified and suffered alone. Kudos to my SS brothers too for doing likewise. We suffered together in 2015 and both the SW, NE, NC, NW enjoyed the spoils of our absence from national government. We were called 5% by a sectarian President bent on denigrating his opponents. Surely, Nigeria died in 2015!

I want to ask you, how popular is Atiku in the South East, I mean how well do the people in this region really know Atiku?
How has/did Atiku touch the interest of the people of SS and SE when he was opportune to do so?

What had been Atiku's track record? Was it flawless compared to Buhari?

How relevant has Atiku been in our political space? As far as I can tell Atiku started reacting to the issues of this country just 4 - 5 months to elections. Hate him or Like him FFK has more relevance in the Nigerian political space for the past 4 years than Atiku.

If you want to unseat Buhari bring someone that is way Better than Buhari (which you guys are capable of, but won't do so because he won't play ball),
than to bring someone that is slightly better or worse than Buhari.

Like I said there has to be balance some vegans do not follow a balanced diet for anyone who’s diet is not balanced will have issues with their health including those who eat meat. A typical Nigerian diet is far from healthy, it’s high in sodium and heavy on carbohydrates so balance is essential.

At some point something will have to give that's why I said asked what will happen in their later years (you misunderstood me here - you said menopause), take carbs for example, it's good for you for energy. But when you get older you will need to cut down your carbs intake because it can accelerate the aging process. This is just an example, vegans can do well on their earlier stages in life, but what happens as we get older and the body stops producing some molecules? Will there be able to keep up with folks that get their proteins from animal source, (this is what I was worried about NOT menopause).

My friend was under strict supervision from his parents about his diet, his diet was the most expensive among his siblings, as in his meals where always loaded (the parents thought having a vegetarian in the family was a gift from the gods).

Have you found if they age well or not? How is their quality of life?
Do they look frail and fragile just to live longer?

Yes vegans did exist, but where did they exist. Africa for one does not have a history of starting out as vegetarians. This vegan thing may work with the Asians but I doubt it will work with Africans.

Away from that, let's talk about protein deficiency in the body (of cos I know you will give me a schooling on this because it's your field), how long can the body go without animal based proteins? That's why I said what happens when they get to the later years of their life.

And for your first question, one of my friends is a vegan since birth, he could not keep up when it came to physical activities, as he grew older supplements became his best friend, followed by finding good excuses for taking testosterone injections.

If you bring in the use of supplements into the equation here that will change the narrative,
but only plants based dishes? Na.
